Staffs were all very friendly and would also help you with your queries. We were very surprised how fast our customized rings were made and they turned out to be so beautiful! When you also receive your rings, they'll show you of the rings' final weight, if they used the same grams as what they have initially issued, and if you have stones on your rings, they'll also let you see the legitimacy of the stones. Great communication, timely delivery, fair and reasonable market price, and really impressive workmanship. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We had a very non-typical (and I would say complex) design and our ring was fully patterned. We were so happy that they really executed our design well and on time. I would have given them 5 stars if not for one minor error: we requested to have the bride’s initials on the groom’s ring (and the groom’s initials on the bride’s ring). But, they had overlooked this request and the bride’s initials was on the bride’s ring (and the same for the groom’s). Although, given the overall complexity of the design of the custom engraving we had requested on the inside of the ring, we somehow understood this oversight.
