Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time! The young blonde girl serving basically threw our plates down on the table, scoffed, rolled her eyes and made no effort to wish us a good meal. The table next to us had a mix up with their order and the girl didn’t even apologise, just walked away and got her manager. Woman at the counter was not friendly at all, didn't greet us and asked what we wanted. We didn’t expect such hostility and rudeness as a first experience with a new business in this town! Although food tasted good and arrived timely, we will not be dining in again.

Horrible food and Horrible customer service. Staff had a foul attitude as soon as we walked in. Slammed our number down on the table and rolled her eyes when we asked for extra chairs. $46 for 2 people and they forgot our chips and the burger patties were less then half the size of the bun and were cold. Do better because this was a trash experience. As for the staff take your ugly little personalities elsewhere and don't act like we are inconveniencing you by buying the food that pays your wage. Disgusting.

Both this place and the adjoining burrito bar are run and staffed as one restaurant.so I'm not surprised after a bad experience at the burrito bar it was repeated here. Rude staff both to customers and each other most not all seem to think people eating at this place is a problem for them. Take my advice go to hungry jacks over this the Burgers ARE BETTER 😂 maybe try sourcing your food from somewhere other than the Woolies upstairs. DO NOT GO HERE.

The food was lovely, however the lady in reception was so extremely rude!! We went there on 3/1 and she couldn’t care to be there. A employee came in and the way she spoke to him was disgusting. It was the worst experience in customer service I’ve had in a while. If you don’t want to work, let someone else do you job. It’s a shame this effected the whole experience and took awake from such nice food.

I found the service at burrito bar was fantastic, which makes me disappointed in leaving a review here after attending. The girl who took my order came off as hostile and uninterested. She also spoke to her coworkers very poorly. A complete 180 compared to next door. I understand it was a public holiday and maybe she was either: A)Not wanting to work on a public holiday. B)Hungover C) All of the above. I did enjoy the food and cant fault it however.

Good customer service. Had the full rack pork ribs and it is really well cooked; tender and juicy, not over cooked and dry. Also not smothered with too much sauce (the way I like it)! Deluxe burger was also one of the better ones I’ve had in awhile. Keen to come back to try the beef ribs next time!

I had the chilli beef cheesy fries and half a rack of pork ribs and wow! The food came out quick, there was cold beers everything tasted dope! Corona with lime wedges, real nice background music and nice staff, not pushy.

Had a booking, a bit of a mix up, easily sorted out. Ordered meal, food was amazing, spices on the ribs perfect and cocktails priced reasonably. Will certainly go back and try the 🍔 burgers.

I was a little apprehensive having been invited here for my grandson's 18th family birthday and having read the negative reviews. Our experience was very different to those. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress and our reserved table ready. The ordering was a simple task and she was very patient, friendly and helpful. Most of the food came relatively quickly and it seemed to be brought out as it was ready. Whilst this could be improved by a more efficiently run kitchen so that all the meals ordered at one table come out together, it is by FAR a much better dining experience to have your order brought out freshly cooked, crisp and hot rather than soggy and lukewarm. Every burger, bowl of chips and ribs ordered were delicious. The chicken burger was super delicious and the Chipotle beef ribs I ordered were the moistest deliciously charred ribs I have ever eaten and the Chipotle sauce, whilst on the hotter side was exquisite in its flavour. We found the prices reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. Would I go back again. Absolutely. I would have given a 5 rating except for the disjointed delivery of meals. My ribs were the last to be delivered, several minutes after all the rest and the accompanying chips came about 3 minutes after the ribs. The sangria is also delicious with lots of fruit.

Just had the 'Beast burger' while it was dripping with grease the flavours and presentation were absolutely sensational, am looking forward to the next time I have it, I also managed to pry a bite of my partners chicken and guac burger which also had a delicious flavour profile.

Ordered the Beast burger w/ onion rings. Absolutely beautiful 💯. The Chargrilled Angus beef paties were were amazing.

BUYER BEWARE sadly not like the pics. Expressionless, disinterested and detached staff. Tiny serving size. Expensive to very expensive. Toilets very unclean, no paper towels. Grilled lamb ribs $36.95 tasteless, covered in cheap sauce, small and thin. There is something undeniably wrong with this establishment. Adult daughter had a burger, looked toddler serving, $15. Suspect in all ways. Payment was made on a separate, portable card reader, not on countertop reader. Daughter and I will not return nor recommend this place.

Sorry but maybe it's the American in me. But I did not enjoy this food at all. I wanted my money back. Think you should stop using the American tag.
