This establishment is located in the "uni bar" yet serves no purpose in providing students with an appropriate venue to relax and have fun after a hard day at uni. They provide zero events for students and are very overpriced. They have destroyed the students chance at a normal university experience of mingling, making connections and enjoying live music. Very unreliable, rude, unprofessional and unsupportive towards students and have even mistreated some students who work for them.

Owner was very rude and disrespectful. Went out of his way to try a ruin a student run live music event. Cannot express how disappointed I am in this business.

Owners show no support to uni students putting on live music events. After students already have been suffering for lack of opportunities post covid and then the flood it's a detriment to the community that this business ruins a space for uni students

Foods overpriced, terrible bar with no beers on tap. Pretty dull atmosphere as they actively refuse to have any events or entertainment, weird for a uni bar

First of all I don't understand why the Uni bar is leased privately. The owner is rude & unprofessional, actively going out of his way to stop uni students holding music events.

Horrible experience with the uni bar. Shocking behaviour actively trying to sabotage youth events. Incredibly unprofessional and childish behaviour shown by Jamie the business owner. Would not recommend having anything to do with this place.

The owner of this business actively disrupts student and community events for nothing other than personal satisfaction. I have witnessed the chef make disgusting remarks to friends and volunteers whose sole purpose is to help run events and provide everyone with a safe and comfortable environment. Incredibly spiteful and unprofessional. I will never support this business and strongly encourage everyone to stay far away from the owners vile attitude.

What a great place to eat and have a lovely cuppa in a lounge setting or a table on the deck overlooking the green fields of the university. This is a great place for small or large groups with both indoor and outdoor dining options. This locally owned and operated also offers catering services.
