😠 Horrible experience. Parked here on Australia Day and left after 1 Hour and 20 Minutes. Went and paid for my parking and realised shortly after I had paid $40.00 instead of the advertised $23.00 this isn't what made me give 1 star though. I exited the carpark and then check the signage again (photo... People often mention park, parking, carpark, find, lift, access, hour,

Horrible experience. Parked here on Australia Day and left after 1 Hour and 20 Minutes. Went and paid for my parking and realised shortly after I had paid $40.00 instead of the advertised $23.00 this isn't what made me give 1 star though. I exited the carpark and then check the signage again (photo attached) I walked back into the Pay Station and rang via their phone there and the lady who answered was really rude, blunt and dismissive and said there was signs saying $40.00 for Event Day parking. I set back off to try and find these mystery signs that supposedly were all over the carpark and at the entry and there was not 1 sign in site. After checking I rang again, same lady who this time basically said too bad and hung up on me. Poor customer service, incorrect signage and pricing and totally ruined my day. 0 out of 100 would not park again.

Terrible experience, this was unsafe, inconvenient car park. This car park was advertising that it is 24/7 but clearly it was not behaving that way. Parked here in the evening to watch a movie at south bank and returned to the car park to find my car was locked inside along with 2 other customers and their vehicles. We waited hours for security and a mechanic to open the roller doors at the car park to let us out with our vehicles. The other customers were also very frustrated and we all thought this car park was 24/7 as there were signs displaying this. Worst experience. Called customer service and didn’t feel that they cared about our safety.

Parked there on 24/3. Cost $21 for 4pm-9:30pm parking. Price and convenience was good. However, upon my return at 9:30pm the car park was locked! Intercom didn't work, ticket scanner wasn't working, and I was on hold for 15 minutes. However the trick (which requires two people). Person 1 stands in the lift, Person 2 scans the ticket while Person 1 presses 'B' in the lift.

It doesn't make it sense. It's definitely terrible. I booked online for the weekend and paid $27.10, including Gst. I entered there and the car park was full, there was no space. I called security, and he said it often happens and recommends to me to find another carpark. I was so embarrassed to lose my money with time. If you have a plan to make happy memories by visiting around here, please do not book and expect to park on here.

We parked there last night (2nd December, 2017) to go to dinner at Southbank for my birthday. We went to access the car park via the lift and it did not go to the basement, just to the upper levels. We walked around , in rain to the actual car park entry. And of course the doors were down so we could not access our car. We called the number and were put on hold fir at least 20 min. They told us the lift was broken and some one will be over to let us in. 45 minutes later an employee did rock up with a swipe card for single access. No apologies given for our inconveniences. On the contrary he told me that there signs written evey where inside that informed patrons that there was no access to the car park after 10. Implications were that it was my fault for not reading!!! Of course there was none when i did eventually got in 😡😠😠😠. Please beware that their advertisement of " 24 hour parking 7 days" is misleading!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PARK THERE. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 😠😡😡

Good rate compared to what else was around but got back to our car around 10pm and even though this is opened 24hrs we couldn’t access the car park from the lift and had to wait for another car to exit before the garage door opened and we could enter the park to retrieve our car.

Entrance isn't all that visible from the street - there is a hotel (and signs for valet parking) on the same driveway between street and carpark entrance. Free hour of parking available for customers of respiratory/ vaccination clinic (South Bank Family Doctors)

If you like getting ripped off then this place is for you!!! Validated my ticket at woolies and left after an hour on the dot, the carpark attendant told me it had been exactly 1 hr, but still had to pay for the next hour. I wish I could rate this company 0!!!!

Terrible experience to pay for the carpark that I come in and decide to not stay. I paid as a full hour for a 5 minutes or less stay. Really upset

Terrible service !!! Booked & prepaid for parking at Secure Parking (40 Tribune St) & Drove 1 hr to Brisbane to see a show - except the car park was full and could not find another car park ! So missed the show & the petrol !!! They said they would refund the parking money but what about everything else ? $200 of the tickets & the waste of time !!! Appalling really !!! They eventually refunded the parking fee but we were told the Manager will call to discuss compensation - obviously he never did ! Totally unprofessional !

It is about half price a 20 minute walk from here up at Browning Street, same mob, but this is right on top of the Brisbane Tafe Southbank Campus. (Currently) At $25 plus some fee for the early bird it's pretty good. Only $14 plus the fee at Browning. A few other places a smaller walk with relative pricing. I'm young so the walk wasn't a big deal. Depends on how lazy I am feeling.

$10 for 15 minutes. At the gate it took quite a while to pay for my parking. The different slots and swipe points and helpful labels were barely visible in the very dim light. No wonder people avoid it. At about 8.30 pm 12/4 18.

Happy with convenience of parking, close to Gabba. However, prices indicated cost of $27 for Public Holidays, when went to pay was charged $44. 😠

Terrible after hours service. Lift to go down to basement doesn't work after certain hours. Taken over 30 minutes to get someone to let us down so we can get out.

Solid carpark, small lift to get up to ground floor and can easily miss this parking due to being inside the Emporium Hotel

Pricey yes, conveniently located yes I used a discount code and still paid $19 for weekend parking which is still better then the $30 I would have had to pay at Southbank Parklands. I used Secure a Spot and thankgod I did. We returned at 10.45pm and the elevators will not go down to the basement unless you have a Secure a Spot code. The Secure a Spot terminal is located directly outside the elevator and controls it going down to the basement. If you have a paper ticket you are unable to get to the carpark through the elevator and have to walk down the hill, around the corner, up the hill again and find your car. Not great when it's raining
