You can spend 15 minutes driving to the top floor to find a spot. 2 hours will cost $27.00 You are taking advantage of sick people, forced to park here when unable to walk long distances! This makes this business evil.

Yes it's expensive but what can you do. It's convenient. I wish the money went towards the hospital. Rates in photo correct as of 12/1/22

Huge prices to park where Lifts not working for 9 months since floods ( arguing with insurance who has to pay. Conservatively speaking $ 250K income from parking fees PER WEEK and can't upkeep simple technology like a lift for disabled and mobility restricted people. Pathetic.

Parking prices are horrendous probably the most expensive hospital parking in all of Brisbane. It makes an already hard time even worse when you have to pay $32 to visit for just over 2hrs. If your loved one is in hospital for weeks the costs are impossible for ordinary people to manage.

A REALLY expensive car park and continue to have No lifts! Constant problems with the pay machines and exiting is painfully slow when 1 is out of order again! Ripping off people who depend on the proximity to visit loved ones in hospital is disgusting.

The machine charged me double the cost of the actual cost! And no one was on site so no one can help. The help centre is even worse, saying well how do we know it charged you double, when I have the receipt in my hand. Overly disappointed by point parking.

Convenient for STAR patient but omg the price to park. $32 for parking...at machine..no cash..no debit card which I use as credit card when purchasing / paying bills. Pushed help button and very unfriendly ,unhelpful person on other end. Had to get half sleepy patient to transfer money into his credit card to pay. Not happy but you have no choice when you need to be there at STAR and you need to be close for patient who is having procedures done. Parking a KLM away and walking them isn't an option. Suck service at this parking..avoid at all cost if you can

Super expensive and the lifts have been out of commission for months now. How hard is it to repair a lift? Especially at a hospital, this should be a no 1 priority. Operator should be fined and loose the asset

Typical hospital parking, go in visiting hours and your lucky to get a park. If you need to go for a visit then allow to be there early at least 20 minutes to half hour. No joke we got there just on visiting hours and drove around and around for 20mins. Bit expensive. We were there just over 2hrs ( and 20 minutes) and paid $27.

Amazed that this parking charges such exorbitant fees . The lifts have not worked for months now, very hard for those in a wheelchair or other disabilities: have had to run up and down the stairs on two occasions when the pay stations failed. Yesterday only one of the exits was operable and it took several minutes of cars snaking around to exit. Up the game or reduce fees!! Shame I couldn't post without giving at least 1 star!!

Hospital car parking at it best, plenty of room and tonnes of parking. You can get a discount here if you hold a Pension card. The right one has to be aged. You take your ticket once parked to information desk, fill in a form, they validate it and you are set to go. Ring hospital for more information.

Busy for parking! Make sure you arrive 30 mins before visiting hours if you want to be sure to get a park. Paying at ticket machine was easy enough to use

It's a pay to use parking complex pretty much in the city, at the busiest hospital in Brisbane if not Qld. So it cost more than the others, and even if you get there by 8am you still find it tough to get a carpark.

The exit is totally beat up. You can tell so many cars have trouble leaving the gate. I was able to maneuver, but I feel sorry for others

Parking fees far too expensive, especially for cancer patients and other people needing to be in the hospital for treatment for more than 2 hours. $33 for over 2 hours. SCUH, Sunshine Coast University Hospital is free fit cancer patient. Management need to show some compassion.

Expensive and gate does not work. My wife was in labour and when we collected the collected the ticket, the gate did not open. We buzzed to open it, after multiple fails, we decided to take the other entry. The point I am making is during a crisis situation this was big waste of time and annoyance for us. The parking fee is also ridiculous and quite unfair. Mind you the others on the same vicinity are no different in terms of cost. Definitely needs to improvement in this area for the hospital.
