The enterace is not so visible but once you head inside. Its a SUPER nice place. Family and kids friendly. You can spent your whole day with you love ones or family here. Lots of relax activities to enjoy. Pay for entrance about USD$20 per adult for full day access. 8am till 11pm. Massage, Drinks, Food and Medicure and Pedicure are chargable.

From 5 star to 1. Our family loved this spa but their service has declined now that business has picked up. Checking in is a long drawn out process. They're more concerned with sharing their FB page so you get a discount. Better to take care of your customers and they'll happily share their experience. Often 5 people at the counter but only two are helping guests. People cut the line because of the confusion. The common area is a zoo. People playing music, watching videos full volume, phone call on speaker in the sauna is too much; the staff do nothing. Far from relaxing area. The restaurant now holds tables for groups so did not have a chance to eat on our last two visits. Time to find a new spa.

This place is pretty shady. I was here few months ago and when I first arrived they right away asked me to write them a review on FB, before I even recived any services from them. I told them I'm not interested but they keep insisting if I do, they will give me a 10% discount on any services. They did not leave me alone until I told them I do not have a FB account. My husband and I did a couple massage and it was terrible. The 2 ladies were just rubbing us NOT massaging. When I told them to add more pressure they straight up said "no, this is the type of massage and can't add more pressure ". I have been to many spa, but this is the first with such awful services. The reason I came here was because I have been to their district 1 location and it was good. However location to please stay away.

A great place to relax, detoxify, and relieve stress. Although they do offer massages for additional price, people go here mainly for the saunas and the relaxing atmosphere. They offer a good variety of sauna rooms, heathy foods and even has a places for kids to play. Best to go with friends and family. This place is not open 24/7 like some koreans spas. They also offer no place to swim, just a pond of water to soak your feet in.

Decent place for sauna and bath; however, they started to “nickel and dime” customers by charging extra fees for every little things, such as VND 5k for a small towel. It’s very annoying. Lotus’s management should learn more about its customers’ preferences before implementing such annoying policy. Lotus should simply raise the entrance fee and drop the annoying extra fees.

Excellent spa modelled on Korean jjimjilbang that has elements of Japanese onsen and western spas, with a charming Vietnamese twist! A great place to relax and spend the whole afternoon, evening or weekend. Friendly and helpful staff is always near by to assist. Plenty of standing and seated showers; sauna; steam room; several big hot tubs with different water temperatures; hot water jets; powerful cold water jets; clean separate toilets; large locker room with all amenities; separate wet room for soap massages and peeling; generous vanity kits and toiletries, including disposable toothbrushes and several free towels. The whole space is incredibly large and all rooms are spacious. Although the spa areas are gender-segregated, there are plenty communal rooms, spread on four floors, with many facilities for families, couples and singles: a snack bar, heated floor for lounging and sleeping, wide-screen TVs, kids' TV rooms, ice rooms, coloured rooms, heated salt rooms, karaoke, two separate gardens, hammocks, foot fish tanks, caves with infrared lamps and plenty more. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

From the moment that you enter this Korean style spa, you are met with a sensory plethora of serenity. 90 minutes foot massage for $16.50 including the tip. Take me, I'm yours!

The service is pretty good. Good employees, they care every single customer. The room is clean and no trash can be found. You can enjoy a whole free day here. They have many functioning rooms. Cold and hot rooms should be combined to improve your health. Biking and car parking are available and can be found easily. It is a good place to spend your free day in.

I only enjoy this place between 8am - 10am. Staff in men’s room are friendly and remember your preferences. I only go to the sauna and not the other levels because it usually too crowded with people talking loudly, some even watch YouTube with speakers on and staff don’t intervene to stop. This is quite irritating for a spa, regardless of the price point. Sauna becomes dirty by afternoon. Especially the cold and hot pools, jacuzzi, when people don’t shower before entering. If you enter at around 5pm, the water is almost always brown, which is quite disgusting. I’m not sure if there’s even a water filter. I notice staff tried their best to remind guests but I think the spa can do better with graphics and signs, there are too many signs in the sauna area that it can be confusing to read. Golden lotus, please bleach everything everyday, consider having a clean up during the day during low traffic hours and consider raising ticket price for a cleaner and less crowded experience.

Everybody is taking in all the rooms. Answering phone calls and just acting like they are at home having coffee with friends. Even in the meditation rooms. Such a pity as it used to be a great spa where you could relax in quiet

One of my favorite places till now. Nice decoration, it seems cleaned, nice massage medium prices. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because there’s space for improvement. But it’s where I go most of the time.

Clean facility after a long day walk. Happy hour after 6pm. The front desk girls seem a bit impatient explaining difference prices (regular sauna and jjimjilbang). I have been to the real ones in Korea. This is a pretty good! 1 star less because they don’t seem to let you change wet towels and uniforms.

Price is not cheap but ok. Service is normal. Some staffs are unfriendly. However the environment is very nice. They have many kinds of sauna, pools, etc.

It’s my favorite place to relax, staffs are nice and friendly. However if you want real tranquility, avoid to come before 5pm, there were a lot of people and they are very noisy.
