I purchased some rings here before, whose quality is questionable, you can see the part where they joined the ring. I decided to order 3 custom silver rings, the price was 1.8 million dong, which is quite high seeing I ordered one simple band ring and one small ring for the pinky. and another one. I paid half of the price, which is 900k dong, beforehand for production. I went to their shop to have my fingers measured. They said they have to make one ring slightly larger because of its design. After all, it took almost 5 weeks to finish. I went to pick them up, and only one fit my finger. They said, my fingers changed size within one month and they will resize it within another 3 weeks, for a fee. I said I will pay the rest of the bill and resizing fee after I have picked up the two resized rings, and take the fitting ring with me. They insisted I pay the whole bill in order to take the one ring and have the other resized. After a long and wearing discussion, I paid another 250k in order to take the fitting silver band ring. Which, by the way, costs around 10 USD dollars on etsy- I have been a customer on etsy, ordering custom rings from the UK, and they resized it for free. I bought rings in Lotus Jewellery in Hoi An, they make very nice designs and custom make your rings within 48 hours. All in all, I will order my rings from etsy or Hoi An now. I feel the customer service is much friendlier and the quality is better.

Cá nhân mình dẫn bạn mình tới đây mua phụ kiện, lần đầu tiên mình đến đây cảm giác đầu chính là mùi sơn gỗ mới vừa phải, khá dễ chịu, decor của store cũng rất gỗ và trông kiểu rất mộc mạc. Tone mầu chủ yếu cửa hàng là màu nâu mình thật sự ấn tượng đối với một của hàng trang sức phụ kiện. Về phụ kiện ở đây có khác nhiều mẫu mang nhiều style khác nhau (mình đi mua nhẫn nên chủ yếu xem các loại nhẫn) từ rất nữ tính đến khá gai góc, mình thích một số sản phẩm với hoạ tiết đơn giản ở đây. Nhân viên ở đây 2 chị rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Điểm mình thấy không ổn lắm và vấn đề về chỗ giữ xe vì không có người trông chừng xe. Anyway, trải nghiệm của mình rất okay. Thank store, có cơ hội mình sẽ quay lại

Very cute, little, cozy shop with silver jwellery. Though there was language barrier, the sales person and I were able to communicate via google translator. I bought a snowflake pendant with chain. The piece is beautiful and I love the jwellery pieces of KaT. They are light and delicate. Overall, very happy with the purchase😁.

First and last time purchasing from KAT. Kat's customer service and jewelry department is very bad. I wore it for 2 days but accessories fell off and stones fell off (this was due to a product error). I also did not exercise vigorously. Please send the product back to the stone setting company in 3-4 weeks. Huh?? There was 1 stone that took almost a month. When I texted on ins, I saw no reply but still uploaded the bth post. So is that hospitable yet? You should review whether the management department as well as the employees have been thoroughly trained
