One of the best Asian trips I had this year. We stayed in this property back in June 2022. My son and I arrived jetlagged after a 20- hour trip so I was a bit worried that check in might take long. Since we booked a transportation from the hotel, I was grateful to be welcomed by a woman upon arriving at the hotel. She opened the car door and assisted us straight to our room. This service made me feel like the ultimate VIP. To make the whole experience tip top, our luggage arrived shortly after we entered the room. If this is not called luxury then I don’t know what it is! Breakfast area and buffet is AMAZING. Food is good and the options for international and local food are extensive. Service from the staff from operations to f&b is tip top.

If you are going to visit Vietnam, Park Hyatt Saigon is your best choice to stay. Room is very cozy, well decorated, and quite clean. Location is good, you can basically get everything you need nearby. I like the amenities they are using. I also would like to thank their housekeeping team, they are so thoughtful and do their job very well. Doorman as well, so heartwarming to hear “welcome back” after a long day meeting. Overall, this is hotel is good, the only thing is that elevator sometimes need a long wait. I will recommend Park Hyatt Saigon.

The experience in this hotel is extremely ridiculous and bad. I can not feel any respect and good service here. The experience in this ‘highest tier hotel in Saigon' let me feel that asian people is not welcome here. If you are an asian and you want your holiday time been ruined. Then book this hotel. The staff here is not polite and impatient. Every request here will not be treated seriously. For example, When I go to breakfast ,the staff arrange me a table very close to entrance and I Told them I want sit inside, then the staff take me go around the canteen very quickly and said: 'we don't have table right now and you need sit here.' with very impatient tone(actually there has some tables avaliable). Then after the staff leave, I find the table by my self. The way the staff talking here show no respect to the customers. and i feel many times here . I will never book this ridiculous hotel again. 19/11/2023 (just checked out today)

One of the best Hyatt Property in Asia. The location itself is superb, right in the heart of District 1 close to everything you can imagine. Most of the parks and monuments are within walking distance from the hotel, and so does Cafes and a multitude of restaurants the heart desires. Even when booking through points, we were upgrades to suites on the 9th (highest) floor with our Globalist status. Here is a perfect example of how status should work. We got off our flight and got to the hotel at 11AM and was given a spare room as the suite was being serviced. The staff did not have to give us the spare room, but the fact that they did speaks to how tentative and good-will they have to customers. The suite was amazing and expected from Park Hyatt properties. There was even complimentary wine and an assortment of dried fruits awaiting for us. I cannot emphasize enough of how professional and exemplary the staff were.

Hands down my favorite stay during a two week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were beautiful, well kept and nightly turn down was wonderful. The dining options were many and each were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with more choices than I knew what to do with. Offering fresh teas and juices, there was always something great to start the day with. We also participated in high tea, another phenomenal experience I strongly recommend. Our final night we enjoyed drinks at 2LamSong which were everything I could have asked for. Great lounge vibes with creative and complex drinks. 10/10 all around from the soft beds, clean rooms and great service to the amazing dining and overall atmosphere of this establishment.

I wanted the best hotel in all of Chi Minh City to propose to my fiancé so I made a special request for a bouquet of a dozen roses for her birthday. She was presently surprised by the Ecuadorian roses and the view from the eighth floor of the pool and city. We loved our room so much we only left to run some errands. She was afraid of the bad reviews she found online, but I assure you as an American Express Platinum member, I know quality service when I see it and I change her mind. All the staff members at the hotel were extremely benevolent, respectful, and fluent in both English and Vietnamese. If you ever need a place to stay in Ho Chi Min City, look no further than the pinnacle of Hyatt luxury: The FIVE STAR Park Hyatt Saigon.

I stayed at the beautiful Park Hyatt Saigon during my recent visit to the Ho Chi Minh City and it was such a fascinating experience. The Park Hyatt Saigon was a beautiful property with a classic luxurious charm- I love how they have incorporated traditional Vietnamese materials and motifs throughout the design/property. The whole property was of a French-colonial flair adds glamour and it was also within walking distance of cultural and historical attractions.

Simple and timelessly elegant hotel. If you want the best location in District 1 for walking around, bars, food and entertainment this is one of the most luxurious choices. My wife and I made a tradition of booking one night at a 5 star hotel in Saigon where we reside only for birthdays. This year didn’t disappoint and all the staff who work here are amazing! They tidy the room secretly when you slip out for dinner. And treated us to a delicious tiramisu coffee cake as well, thank you. -Cam & Ngan

This hotel is one of the best in Saigon, with a classic feel and a beautiful swimming pool and restaurant. The pool here was one of the best I've experienced in Saigon. The staff were always friendly, anticipating my needs before I even asked, which made for an amazing experience. The Bar on the ground floor had a trendy atmosphere that is a must-visit spot for those bar-hopping in Saigon. In addition to the Italian restaurant, the restaurant that blends French and Vietnamese cuisine provided not only exceptional food but also professional service from the staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high standard of service and cuisine in Saigon.

Cream of the crop. First time staying in Park Hyatt and it was a great stay. Almost everything was top notch. Garden views, well spaced out sun beds and swimming pool, perfectly set up steam rooms, great bars and live music... I could go on and on. It's been a real treat and I'll be back the next time I'm back in town.

Best hotel ever! Best hotel in Vietnam by far. What an amazing experience, so enjoyable and special. Square one restaurant was astonishing. Swimming pool just perfect and a great gym. Rooms are flawless clean and soft comfortable beds.

We reserved for a tea break and to relax after many ambiguities in our life. For a 5 star service, I do expect the hotel to confirm more information, disclaimer for customers if they are arriving late, how the doorman can approach us more friendly and ask how they can help. We were late and that was our fault, the hotels also have restrictions to where you can take photos if you’re not staying there. A guy was approaching us every time we move to different area of the hotel, saying you are not allowed to take photo here without giving out the reason why and I had to ask okay so which areas are not allowed?? If you position in the first place then I will totally understand and collaborate. Please work on your reception especially for restaurants and tea area, approach customers, ask what they need, and how you can help, can do attitude is key to a 5 star service. I apologize if I may sound unreasonable, but I also work in luxury retails and we train our staff to be approachable, not to scare your customers like a guard man in front of some bars or clubs.

Lovely hotel, but wouldn't be your cup of tea if you prefer modern offerings. The Park Hyatt is very old-school and for people who appreciate old-fashioned hotels in terms of decor and style. It brings to mind an Asian-toned Versailles, in some ways. Chandeliers, plush carpet, mirrors, statement art, larger-than-life floral arrangements... Park Hyatt staff are also very courteous and guest-centric, but the hotel really should be more fastidious about food hygiene as the extensive breakfast buffet came with a little bug that caused some stomach upset (we hadn't eaten anything except food at the Park Hyatt for two days). Parents should note the pool, nestled within a tropical garden, has a depth of 1.4 metres throughout, so there isn't a shallow end apart from the steps

Wow this hotel is great. They really are into the details. Extensive breakfast with great service and live cooking stations. You can order everything from out of your chair. Suggestion: order a boiled egg and the staff will come to your table with a special tool “uncapping” it. There are even different kinds of sunscreen lotion at the pool. Very nicely decorated rooms with full amenities. Some are a bit hidden (like ironing board) but it’s all there. Probably the best place to stay at in Ho Chi Minh City.

Visited in 2013. Excellent place to stay. The place is colonial in design. Very central yet quiet. The hotel staff was discrete and polite. Extremely helpful for directions to the nearby tourist sights. Hotel room and room service certainly up to 5 star standards. Would definitely come again

This has to be the best hotel in Saigon. We were checked in by Anh, who was super friendly and nice, and shown to our room by Ly, who was very informative and nice. Our turn down service was perfect and I can't wish for a better hotel team. The Park Hyatt made our experience beyond expectation. This was the best way to celebrate our anniversary, thank you!

Great ambiance the other day! City is slow but Martini bar?? Many guests and obviously Hyatt standard. Maybe they are famous about cocktails but nice selections of wines too.

They have coffee machines in the room, which I love, The room are remarkable and clean, love the fragrances for the bathroom amenities, best bed is very comfy. I definitely will come back to stay again and recommend staying here. Best for couples.

This hotel has to be the best in Saigon and one of the top Hyatts in the system. The location is perfect, service personal and friendly, food outstanding with perhaps the best Hyatt breakfast in the world, the atmosphere is classy without being flamboyant. Hotel has perhaps the best lobby lounge I’ve ever experienced (with live music) along with a modern, trendy, cocktail bar. Garden room was relaxing, unique, and fit the theme of the hotel. Pool is excellent as well. What more could you ask for? Perhaps the prices are high for SGN but you know what you’re paying for.

Easily the best luxury hotel in Saigon. Mind you there is surprisingly little competition at these prices, but they do the brand proud with excellent service and quality amenities. Once you stay here, it's frankly hard to check in to any other of the city's many hotels.

Location was in the middle of District 1, perfectly walkable but we mainly used grab since it was so convenient and inexpensive. The rooms were large, amenities plentiful, the staff (door, front desk, concierge, housekeeping.. Everyone!) were very polite, friendly and respectful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We stumbled in here by accident when we got lost looking for dessert. The front desk concierge named, Nga was so helpful! She gave us an amazing dessert bar recommendation for “Monkey Gallery”. She even called and got us a reservation. She was so attentive and helpful! My family and I truly appreciated her help. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious as well!

Staying at the Park Hyatt Saigon was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms were elegantly appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the room decor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. The Park Hyatt Saigon truly understands the meaning of luxury and hospitality. It’s a haven of relaxation in the midst of a bustling city. I can’t wait to return to this exceptional hotel on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Alter a disappointing stay somewhere else in the city, it was a true relief to arrive at the Park Hyatt. Service throughout the hotel is flawless, tastefully decorated and it gives the rare feeling of arriving at home. Rooms are a bit too playful for my taste but the design is consistent with the overall atmosphere. If there is room for improvement then probably in the restaurants of the hotel - Square one was below expectations. On the contrary the breakfast is outstanddingly good!

Currently day 3 of 5 staying here and I have to say this is probably one of my favorite Hyatt’s I have stayed at in the world. The breakfast here is amazing. I go every morning. Pool and gym is very well maintained and poolside food and drink service is great

  • 5/5 Lolo R. 4 months ago on Google
Very clean and fresh amenities. The staff go over and beyond normal call of duty. The whole hotel is very nicely designed, and the pool area is made in a way that you still have privacy even though it is a public space.

I would leave a zero if I could. The foods and cakes were good but the service from start to finish was horrible. We ordered 2 sets of an afternoon tea. They brought the pot without the tea cup. We had to raise our hand multiple times till someone noticed us. When the waitress visited our table. She kept talking back and blaming others when she was the one helping us from start to finish. This is a five starts hotel in Saigon. Service should be better. Staffs should be more professional at work. I don’t think I will come back again if things have not improved

I love the breakfast that serves many kinds of fresh fruit including fresh coconut juice. Their pool is perfect, cocktail wagon by the pool makes you wanna drink more and the food by the pool is also great. Going back to Saigon next week and of course we are staying there again. So much looking forward!!

Poor staff service at Park Lounge. We came for drinks but the lady staff made us feel uncomfortable by asking like we running away after we ordered (in fact we got wet bcz of rain n go to rest room). Nobody comes to your hotel thru big rain and go away. She also took pretty long time to take sugar. It could be a busy night for her. We should not be there and should manage our expectation.

As a traveler who has stayed at numerous hotels in Saigon, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Saigon and I must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Not only was the stay itself pleasant, but I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's lounge with live music and try their must-try coconut ice cream. The rooms at Park Hyatt Saigon were spacious, modern, and luxurious, with all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. The highlight of my stay, however, was the hotel's lounge. The live music was fantastic, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The lounge itself was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and a great selection of drinks and snacks. I highly recommend trying their coconut ice cream, which was absolutely delicious and a must-try if you stay at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Saigon for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Saigon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's lounge with live music and must-try coconut ice cream is a definite highlight. I would give this hotel a 5/5 rating for its overall excellent service and experience.

Gave it 4 stars, hotel was overrated. Looks better in pictures. Some staff were friendlier than others. Building needs some upgrade to be considered Fine Hotels and Resort. Have had stayed at better ones within the city!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived, with friendly and attentive staff making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the food. The hotel has several dining options, but I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the Opera restaurant. The buffet had a great selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. I also had a chance to try the afternoon tea at the Park Lounge, which was a lovely and indulgent experience. The room itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. Another standout feature of the hotel is its location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, within walking distance of several tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to popular destinations, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel for its exceptional service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. It's definitely a top choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The latest one was the first time after COVID. I believe this still by far the best hotel in Vietnam. The room is small, cosy and sufficient. I noticed some difference in service quality especially in the restaurants since my last visit. In the Square One which used to be my dream restaurant, the menu has been changed and the waiters were much less approachable and friendly. Park lounge is a beautiful restaurant. It is a pleasure just sitting there and sipping a cup of tea.

I’ve been a loyal member to the Hyatt and been experiencing their awesome service at different locations around the world. This is my first trip to Hanoi, Vietnam and I was amazed by the excellent customer service there. I didn’t mention at all about the occasion of my trip but somehow when I checked in, the staff saw my sister’s ID and noticed it was my sister’s birthday. We came back to our room with surprised flowers and cake. They really went beyond perfect and made our stay amazing! We will definitely come back!

It is hard to rate the Park Hyatt. Those who love the prestige of always having the best of everything will love it. Those who are offended by the excess will hate it. We fall somewhere in the middle, because we want to get value more than prestige. PHS is an excellent 5-star hotel. There are just some details that should be reported. All the rooms, common areas and restaurants are beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. The breakfast buffet is exceptional in its quality and variety. Except at the lowest levels, the staff throughout the hotel seemed aloof and unresponsive. It didn't seem that service was as deeply ingrained in the culture as appearance. Our $530 per night room was a little small for what you can get for a fraction of the cost at many other 5-star hotels in Saigon. Some prices were so high that they were just funny. For example, four coffees and four dishes of ice cream were $85 US. There was really no difference from what you could have bought for $15 at a hundred different shops around town. Finally, if you are considering staying here you should be aware that you will be completely isolated from Saigon. Your experience will be homogenized, global luxury and you won't really have the feel of Saigon or Vietnam.

I have visited the hotel several times during my stay in Saigon. I have not stayed but I dined there on several occasion at different time of the day. I have to say that this must be the most beautiful and the best hotel in Saigon! The main lobby/ lounge is spectacular , food and service is great . In the evening they have live music of a beautiful couple , lady sings and gentlemen plays piano. They really made my every evening . Beautiful music. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful accommodations but the communication is somewhat lacking. Staff attempted to charge us for breakfast. Been told the room is under my name and therefore there should be one breakfast per room. I have to correct them in order to remove the breakfast for globalist.

Have stayed here now on two different trips. Excellent rooms. Great, prompt service. Elegant design. Great amenities including gym, steam room, and locker rooms. Walking distance to convenience store in case you need anything — along with many good restaurant options.

What a great place! A 5-star hotel that truly lives up to expectations. Prime location and excellent in all aspects. Comfortable, clean luxurious rooms. Staff are so helpful and well trained. Breakfast is comprehensive and well worth including in the rate. You won't be disappointed! Lovely outdoor pool situated on the third floor with great amenities. Special thanks and shout out to the following individuals that have made my trip complete: Assistant Front Office Manager, Thanh Do Assistant Guest Experience Manager, Hang Tran Director of Rooms, Timothy Hunt Pool Assistant Nguyen Anh Tan who provided outstanding customer service. Bravo! Surely will come back again . Thumb up for the pleasure and wonderful stay .

this is our 3rd time staying here but +4 years since last and it has been fantastic. the hotel has been very well maintained and we can't recommend enough ... the luxurious beddings and furniture, beautiful details in the rich yet tasteful decoration, service that always goes one step beyond, fresh and delicious breakfast spread, a place of calmness amidst the madness that is Saigon centre. This is the our top choice of accommodation in Saigon. Thanks!
