good coffee for sure. but i hate the way to connect wifi (asking for my name and email) and some time, disconnect and reask again. so, i can not be happy to chill a cup of coffee and work in here :D

Nice place to drink, prefer the afternoon when there is not so much people: not noisy, fast service and many free chairs. Drink are tasty but a little bit expensive compared to the other brands.

Always good to be however the location is not designed to accommodate the expected crowd as always crowded and you never find any empty table.

Customer service is horrendous. Not recommend anyone go here if you want to be treat as human being. I won’t ever come back Starbucks in vietnam once more time due to this store customer service. Unbelievable

Even though it should be the universal Starbucks coffee, the coffee here taste quite different. The soy latte was quite watery. Wifi code is valid for an hour, and the code is on your receipt.

The convenient place to get some Starbucks on Nguyen Hue walking street. It is located right next to the big road, so it is easy to identify. However, the capacity is quite small inside, which makes customers have to sit outside or take away. Enjoying your drink while sitting outside and watching the crowd of the city is quite a good choice. The staff is friendly, and the beverage was served quickly. There are a variety of options for Starbuck’s cups, sourvenirs, too.

the shop does not have a coffee smell well; just a bad one of old room and not cleaned.

Just another Starbuck, but I give 5 stars because the staff suggest to serve my drink in a REAL glass!!! Staff is super friendly as well, but I guess this is Starbuck culture! Anyway, keep it up!

The drink is great as usual. Just really want the glass mug for the hot drinks and they don't have it. It's a better place for takeaway. The place is fairly small to sit if you went with a group of friends.
