I used to go to this specific location of Starbucks in order to change the scenery despite always ordering my safest cup of coffee the tall americano. At times a good chicken panini would help me in staying energetic and continue my work. Also I liked the the stuffed croissants. Starbucks was always a good choice aa it follows international known standards.

It’s kind of weird to say that this place genuinely kept me away from the commotion outside. Moreover, the brown sugar oat milk iced shaken espresso brightened up my day, and without a doubt, has become one of my all-time favorites already.

Cozy ambiance. Not crowded. Space is not that big but it is 3 floor - so yeah floor area wise is huge. Staffs are friendly. They are good in english but not sure why the guy wrote my name as R-I-L-E when I spelled as A-R-L-I (Arli)... overall, it's a good place to go, walking distance from sheraton.

Not having napkins, forgetting 33% of our order, no clean tables, utterly filthy toilet … but having the balls to complain we consume 1 small tart brought from outside while spending for 300k #starbuckshit. Located right at a very crowded intersection, yet for some reasons it is charmingly calm and quiet inside. It is one of the most peaceful Starbucks shop in town.

tiny , tidy and clean with 2 floors , comfortable seats for working on computer , nice green window view with street vendors and corners . A bit cold from the air condition ^^.

I love this place a most. Partners are so kind, friendly and very be nice. My cup was always marked cup by unique way. Food, drink, dessert is absolutely great <3

One of the most hideout Starbucks coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City. Quiet place to read books, working by yourself. Friendly staff, good range of cakes. Love the woody table and comfy sofa with a touch of jazz playlist.

Branch manager, please check this comment! The staff is even louder than the customers. They take most of the seats on the ground floor. Please be aware of that to remind your staff to be more professional.

Had to wait 20 minutes for drip coffee. Five customers that ordered after me were served their drinks before me. No cream or milk was out to use with said coffee, but I'm in a rush at this point so I don't have time to deal with it. I don't get it, but won't be back, not interested in paying a premium over street cart cafe coffee when it comes with worse service.

Best Starbucks in Saigon, in fact my favourite Starbucks anywhere in the world. It is SO much better than even my old favourites in London. The service is excellent, the staff are always kind and smiley & the coffee is fab! They always make me smile and improve my day! X Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so special! 🥰

When I walked in, I saw there are a lady was going out, I let her to close the door but it seems that’s lady forgot to close. A chubby staff complain to me violently, I have no choice but to give one star

Ms. Truc, the staff, did a very good job when I ask for her recommendation on which dessert would fit the best to my ongoing Caramel Macchiato. She sincerely advised me to try Black Forest Cheese Cake with a mix flavour of cheese, a bit sour slightly from starberries and chocolate crumbs on top. I enjoyed all of them and yupe, it brought me good mood for a busy afternoon. Thanks Truc and Starbucks for a "Merry Coffee". Love ya as always.

Besides the fact that the drinks are not that good; I am only giving 1 star because, now you have to order, pay and WAIT TO COLLECT your iwn drinks at the counter. See, we are paying a higher price for drinks that are no better than other VIETNAMESE coffee shops, and yet, we are getting the worst service. I believe that in cases like this, the only thing to do is NOT to keep supporting this kind of places, where all they care about is to make money, and not to offer a good service/product. If we as customers do not say/do anything, pretty soon you'll see other places doing the same. Putting their own profit over service and customers.
