In short: expectation/reality. It looks good from the outside and inside. The drinks on the other hand completely looked different than what they offer in their own menu. One example is there will be no tasty milkshake with cookies in a big icecream-glass/bowl, but a small plastic cup with smashed/crushed ice mixed with chocolate and cream on top. The place itself looks luxurious compared to most other cafes around. The personnel is friendly and willing to offer service as good as they can.

This is a really nice place to have coffee and smoothies in the city! As you step in off the street you are greeted with cold air. It feels so soothing on the skin. The inside is very clean and is even nicer than most Starbucks. Yes, you pay American prices for what you get inside, but it is well worth it. You will be hard pressed to find many places better than this one! I recommend.

Fresco is usually crowded especially during weekend. Today the whole place is empty. This is rather unusual. A perfect Cafe to enjoy a quite Sunday afternoon. Their coffee and cheese cake are both pretty good

Came here around noon, but found it surprisingly not crowded considering it is at the corner of two busy rounds. The only reason I can think of is that the menu is a little pricier than other places around the area, keeping the locals away. Coffee is decent. The place was large and well lit with ample, comfortable seating, but the lack of outlets doesn't make it ideal as a place to work or study.

My mom LOVES tiramisu here. I like this place since it's quiet and has good music taste! I can sit here for hours.

This coffee shop is very well located. It’s about 3 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market, is next door to SAIGON SQUARE, is in front of TAKASHIMAYA shopping mall, and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Fresco serve good coffee, and also good meals with reasonable price. Let’s have a try if you are nearby.

The food is good, but not as good as what I expect. Quite expensive also. They provide good service, since the staff who assisted us is friendly.
