This is one of my go-to places when I want a sweet and refreshing treat. I often try one new thing each time I am there. Matcha houjicha or black sesame ice-creams/drinks are delicious. Matcha crepe is tasty and enough for two persons. Houjicha bingsu is good too. The place is pretty crowded whenever I am there. And it is quite cold due to the low temp of the air-con which should be improved. Suggestion: The shop still uses disposible plastic straws. Please consider doing your share to reduce plastic pollution. Think of using biodegradable straws, and let customers self pick up only when they need. Your drinks/ice-creams can be enjoyed with spoons and without straws.

If you love Matcha or taste of Green Tea, you must visit this place! It also has delicious mochi. Staffs can speak emglish and quick. It provides free parking for motorbike, but good luck for car finding a parking. The place is a bit small with hard wood chair. It can be very busy and easily bump to the person next to you..

the bingsoo matcha was not that great…the texture was not like the original version and it melts too quickly. i can’t taste any yuzu even though the name is yuzu premium matcha. the place is too noisy with tables so close to each other. it’s a bit expensive for what you get and the quality.

Matcha is one of my favorites, because two people nearly stole my bag riding at me on a motorcycle outside on the walking street behind here, I am celebrating. The outside area isn't nice, but inside is good in the day, as not many people are there Mon to fri. But in the evenings, there are too many people and it's so loud. I like the cake, but I suggest you have a non sugar matcha with it, to even it out. However, if you are not having the cake, then perhaps have the sugar version. The choices are huge. Maybe choose the matcha cake first or the matcha drink with the ice-cream. I saw Japanese people in here too, so they probably like the store in their home country. I think that the price is a bit pricier than the other matcha store nearby. For me, I'll probably go to the other one next time because I also prefer the environment. Check the wifi password. Tons of desserts to choose from and all of the ones I've tried were excellent! My favorite is probably the hojicha ice cream. The tables are pretty packed together and it definitely gets quite crowded and noisy though.

Ordered matcha tiramisu and the 200ml pint of matcha gelato. The matcha gelato is with matcha bittersweet . The tiramisu is sweet from the cream. Bittersweet from the matcha sponge cake at the bottom. Matcha taste is strong for both. Decent enough for a place that prefer mostly sweet items. No staff to guide on how to queue and order. Price is reasonable.

If you’re looking for Japan quality matcha dessert, you might want to skip this place. Matcha taste is like what others have reviewed, of lower quality. Ordered the Matcha crepe which was a tad dry albeit large piece, Hojicha Tiramisu was also dry with a tinge of salty (strange) taste and the matcha ice cream on the Yuki Soft Matcha dessert was quite bland. Packed the Hoiicha Latte and opted to separate the ice and drink, it was a sight to see how much ice goes into the small quantity drink; and it wasn’t cheap too. Service was good and had a staff who was polite and could speak English well.

Space: bright and kid-friendly space. Though the place is a but cramped and you may have to sit very close next to strangers. Also tables and seats were cheap-looking. Food: the toast was amazing, thick and of good crunch. Their anko paste was well balance, too. The anmitsu was meh due to their fruit choice which was canned peach. Also the dishing of the anmitsu could be better too since they placed all the topping under the ice cream, left me confused for a minute though. The drinks were good, though i reckon the quality of the tea powder was not very good but again, it matched the affordable price. Service: staffs were helpful and quick on their feet.

Amazing matcha/ houjicha/ black sesame (what we have tried) drinks/ ice cream / crepe cakes. Fresh matcha and strong and bold in flavor. You can buy their powder and make your own drinks at home and still taste as good. It is Our favorite place to go for dessert and rewind after long days every time we came back to VN. Few drawbacks: small tight space so it’s quite noisy. Service could be slow during busy time. We don’t recommend ordering savoury food (such as spaghetti) as it was served frozen and took forever last time we ordered. So don’t come if you haven’t had your meals.

The matcha crepe was amazing. It's my first time eating a Japanese mille-feuille crepe and I'm now a fan. The slightly bitter matcha powder balanced the slightly sweet cream layers. Another surprise for me was the spaghetti. I was told it'll take 10 minutes to cook and so I went ahead with the order anyways and I wasn't disappointed. Even though the sauce wasn't a Bolognese that's been simmering for hours, it was more like a Neapolitan sauce with hints of minced beef. I thoroughly enjoyed this flavourful dish as well.

Taste of green tea was so strong and cacoal black sesame ice cream was good. But we can not pay by our travel card. Better bring a cash with you 😂

really nice dessert matcha and houjicha flavours here! they even do a matcha bingsu (despite the different country origins hehe) i especially liked the houjicha as it was rich and deep in flavour - just how i like it matcha could be a tad darker though the place has decent amount of seating inside however the place gets pretty crowded pretty fast. but its also got a pretty quick turnover

Amazing experience to taste geninue matcha in different ways. This place is definitely a great place and must try in Ho Chi Minh despite it being a Japanese staple. Attentive service from the young crew. Recommend any of their drinks!

Stumbled into this place looking for a sweet dessert. I’m not sure what matcha is supposed to taste like but it tasted good to me ! A little expensive, my drink was 62,000. Nice atmosphere, many locals hanging out studying etc.

I love this place. I randomly found this place after I visited Bui Vien walking street and gave it a try. I ordered matcha with red bean on top and it was really good. It costed around VND 50,000. The space is quite big and they have so many seats. Definitely worth to try!

Delicious, affordable price. Fantastic service, they give you a large bottle of water and cups to drink. The panna cotta is superb.

This place is heaven for matcha lovers, that's the easiest way to describe it. You can find a variety of great-quality matcha products and generous portions for a good price. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The only bad things I can find is that the shop is small and can get very crowded, especially at peak hours, and that the non-matcha options are limited (if you're not a matcha person), but otherwise I would really recommend this place!

Tbh, the food tasted mediocre and pretty average to me. It's OK if u want a meal but u cannot get full if u pay a little. On the day I visited, there were some problems with costumer service and the way staffs solved them. Noted that this place is pricey. We ordered Tantan Udon and Tonkatsu Udon with some side dishes, total bill is over 300.000 vnd.

I love matcha drinks and ice-cream so much. This place is a perfect spot to experience matcha. They only focus on matcha drinks, ice-cream and cakes 🥰 a minus point is that the place is quite small but always packed so you need to be patient to come here. Take away won't deliver the best quality so recommend to dine-in 😋 The overall experience is very great. I can say that I like but not love this place since the place is quite small and I must wait for a table to sit 😮‍💨 I think it's nice to come here if you don't know where to go 🌝🌝🌝

Very wide collection of matcha drink, cakes and other matcha products. Not the cheapest but still affordable. Wide crowd of young ppl inside. Strong AC. We liked everything that we order.

Fantastic Genuine Match dishes in the middle of not Tokyo, but Saigon?! Delicious. Very busy and highly rated, and understandable why. The prices aren’t too bad either - check the menu and it’s pretty affordable. We went here after dinner, and had all that was pictured for 400K VND. Not bad for a lovely dessert. 😋

The place is quite noisy as the noise echos throughout the room. They could be a little more generous in their portion - does not really match the menu pictures haha. Overall good experience though, will revisit

For matcha lovers, this is a great little spot. From latte to frappe to cakes, there is something to satisfy every matcha craving. I personally do not find the taste of matcha to be as strong as I would like, but it is still quite enjoyable. Excellent customer service. Loud music, but tolerable, clean and spacious area. Overall, good experience.
