Excellent. 95% of the clientele here are local business people or people who have lived in Saigon for a long time. Excellent coffee and a real slice of nostalgia. The other 5% of the customer base is from tourists who have stumbled upon The Box Coffee when wandering near Ben Thanh Market. Go here for local style "Cà phê sữa đá". This place is located right on the corner of Nguyen Du St and Thu Khoa Huan St. Beers and fresh coconuts available too.

Stopped for a cold coconut coffee on a hot afternoon. It was whipped and the perfect level of sweetness. Hit the spot.

This coffee shop is very easy to find. Just small corner, and can see a lot of people in the early morning or evening. You can relax here. The price is normal, not expensive, not cheap. Also there are a lot of trees, so the air is good.

Went there with my +1, but only one of us wanted a drink. Were told by the waitress that if we wanted to sit at the cafe, then BOTH of us would have to order something. Otherwise, if only 1 order, it would have to be to-go. So, essentially kicking us out unless both of us buy something.

Dipped into here for a quick bite to eat and was not disappointed. Friendly staff with a simple menu and setting made it an enjoyable stop on our walk around Saigon.

PSA: This shady business charges tourists double or triple. Menu displayed shows no prices for a reason. The guy charged me 48k VND for one ice coffee which is ridiculous for a shop like this. He even laughed and the other female worker looked away when I questioned him in Vietnamese. I could’ve went to phuc long or trung nguyen legend for that price. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF!
