This is a fairly nice cafe tucked in an alley. The prices are pretty high here starting from 70k ish, but their coffee is very good. You have to park your scooter at a parking space nearby for another 10k. It was very hot here around 3pm even though it’s an AC room, and there were so many mosquitoes getting on my legs. Overall, it’s hard to justify their price.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and able to talk me through their menu (in English) to help me make an informed decision. The decor inside is nice and you can buy bags of the coffee beans they use if you happen to fall in love with your coffee. I had a Vietnamese style iced coffee which was made to perfection, the coffee was strong but the drink wasn't overloaded with condensed milk, they got the balance just right, (to my taste at least) it was the best iced Vietnamese coffee I'd had in Vietnam. The prices are reasonable based on the quality. I've attached a photo of the menu so you'll be able to view it before visiting.

Cute little café in HCMC that offers almond milk for all my lactose-intolerant travelers! It definitely is challenging finding coffee shops that accomdate for my plant-based milk requests, but thankfully this one can. The shop has a cute outdoor and indoor seating area with a bathroom available inside. The staff speak limited English, so be prepared to whip out the trust Google Translate to help :)

Very high quality coffee and baristas. It was difficult to find. Enter the building and turn left. Go to second floor and you will find it. Worth coming here. We tried cappuccino. From two different baristas and both were very consistent. Texture was perfect. Taste was amazing.

Good coffee in Hi Chi Minh. I tried arabica from Dalat (cappuccino.) The coffee is good, milk froth is perfect (both the foam and temp.) The place is nice... small and cozy. However... it's kind of hard to find though (you need to go into a building, pass arts shops, motorcycle parking lot, and up one floor. Anyway, worth your time to go there and money (definitely better then the mermaid one!)

This place has a really nice vibe, great for working, and great coffee. Only complaint is the prices are really high compared to other hipster coffee shops.

Excellent coffee from a local roastry cafe. The cafe is tucked away in the 3rd district , and it has a shade courtyard as well as a modern airy interior. Small food menu and huge coffee menu. Great service. One of the best coffees I’ve had while in Saigon. They have just opened a 2nd coffee shop, located in the 1st district- much more central and convenient.

This is the only place in Saigon that I've seen serve cortados and I loved it.

Amazing cafe drink options prepared incredibly well. I had a flat white and the ratio of espresso to milk was perfect. I enjoy tasting a stronger coffee flavor with my flat whites, and this cafe has it down to perfection. They also offer specialty espresso pulls that I would like to come back for.

It appears to be more like a bistro to me rather than a coffee place. Prices are steep probably not the every to go to for locals here. Drinks are so so, staff spoke English so that's nice. It's a lovely, neat full of sun and breeze. Took some time for me to cool off cause the AC could use a push? They having some sort of renovation going on so be mindful when you need to swing by to work or so.

Beautifully located among the trees and the rustic ambiance within is just so delightful for a quiet time to read or write. The hand filtered coffee is beautifully done and the unique Saigon Breakfast was customized to my diet. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. 🙏🙏

The cafe is a few minutes walk from the famous chicken pho. There’s a nice outdoor area which I didn’t sit in since it was quite hot already in the morning… My cappuccino with Ethiopia beans was really nice 😊

Great place for an afternoon coffee! Food was nice, but simple. Not the best brunch in Saigon, but does the trick! Loved the atmosphere, nice and quiet. The iced choco blended was great, had a real chocolate flavour. Would recommend for your weekend cafe hopping!

Good tasting coffee, was able to see them roast their own beans in the shop at the same time.

Ambience and coffee is okay, though it’s too pricey for the mediocre service. You have to park elsewhere and pay a fee too. When I visited, they don’t have most of the food on the menu, only the waffles. Would not recommend.

Great coffee, nice working ambience. It is a bit expensive.

Best coffee in HCM, hidden away down a small side street, would be a great place to do some work also, electric sockets are available at some of the tables. We had flat whites, and French toast with bacon for brunch. Definitely worth the trip. There is space available to park bikes also.

Very stylish and relax coffee place. Many choices of coffee including ice drip coffee. Highly recommend for a easy and relax place with friends.

I ordered coconut coffee. How surprise. Strong coconut milk favor with coffee is a perfect match. The store is on the second floor of a building, it's a little not obvious. It's a small shop but the atmosphere would make ppl feel relax and comfortable.

Chill vibes, vegan milk options available. No oat, but they have almond, walnut, and pistachio milk.

I’ve been to many coffee shops in Saigon and I can say here is the best. Their Dalat Bourbon is the best from all speciality coffee I’ve tried in Vietnam even in Dalat itself.

Specialist coffee roaster in gem place. Coconut coffee is recommended and hand drip coffee is also must try.

Not easy to find but best coffee we have tasted in Vietnam. Smooth and rich blend. Perfect temperature taste and texture. We ordered an extra shot even though it comes with a double as we drink double shot piccolos normally in Australia. Highly recommend. Go in through the art arcade, turn left after 30m walk to the end and up the spiral staircase.

The best light roast coffee in Ho Chi Minh City! I also love the vibes with plants, natural light etc…. Kind of hard to find it because it’s not facing to the Main Street, I would recommended to go there by grab for tourists.

Pretty pricey coffee but they're made from locally sourced beans. Aside from ground coffee beans, they also sell wooden kitchen ware but are kinda expensive. Place is narrow but the environment is quiet and relaxing; good for reading a book or chit chat with friends. You have to go through the art arcade from Nguyen Hue in order to get here.

Beautiful cafe with experienced and friendly baristas. I ordered a Cortado which is not well-known in Vietnam but they perfectly nailed it. I also love that they have selected some good Vietnamese beans that really outstanding

One of my tier 1 coffee shops! They focus on specialty coffee. Will return! Friendly and properly trained baristas. excellent pourover! They sell roasted bean too with high consistency among batches. spacious, have indoor and outdoor seats. Good place to work with laptop. Minus point is the seats at the bar, damn those uncomfi high chairs.

This is still my favourite coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City. Love the coffee and the food. The chairs are comfortable and I spend a few hours here working. I'll keep coming back.

Nice, quiet place for a great cup of coffee. They also sell their own roasted coffee. Also nice small sweet desserts to come with the coffee like panna cotta and Chocolat mousse. A bit hard to find but weel worth the time.

Beautiful coffee hide out..down a back street. They serve local viet and other origins. Cosy brunch also offered, I wasnt a fan of the saigon breakfast..for me it wad wierd having salad, pate and strawberry jam all on one plate. The western brunches look much better. Coffee was good, and it's very chill and quiet. Staff are pleasant.

As an Australian, the first thing we do when we travel is source the best coffee. Pleased to say that Saigon Roastery exceeded expectations. The coffee was perfect, the venue well set out and tucked away.

Ambience: lovely indoor and outdoor space where you can sit for hours with friends or on your own. High ceiling allows sunlight to fill the room and noises to get diluted easily. Shop is located in an alley but still accessible by car/bike. Food: overall decent. Panna cotta is rather too sweet to my liking. Price points are 50-70% higher than big coffee chains. Overall recommend for a weekend hangout.

A gem in the alleys of Saigon with a innovating design of its own. A must visit for coffee lovers. The Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk is a must order. The “aeropress-pourover coffee are simple but enjoyable. This is a great place to see people from all over the world and recharge after a large lunch. Enjoy! 🎉
