This place solves all of those challenges in one fell sugary cheesy swoop. A highly recommended and incomparably more satisfying alternative to jumping off a tall building.

Finally, a decent vegan spot in Saigon! I've followed them on FB since pre-covid era, but managed to visit only now. I tried fish'n'chips, tacos and apple pie. Everything was quite good but I didn't like the deep fried bread in tacos. I prefer it to be softer and less oily. The rest is just great! Decor, books, table games... For a moment I forgot I'm in some other Asian country.

English food served by the beloved Homer Simpson lookalike person. It was a wonderful food served with joy and hospitality. Thoroughly enjoyed it and had a good time laughing together with the owner who had great experience in vegan cuisines. The food portion was American size i guess haha as for Asian i think it was quite fulfilling. Do ask whether the portion can be shared or not due to size of it. The place can be a bit stuffy but hey welcome to Vietnam as it is hot and warm all the time. There is plenty of fans to keep you chill. The drinks also quite amazing with affordable prices overall for the quality and the quantity you received. Really recommended for everyone

i have been there multiple times already and if I ever come back to Saigon this is where I will dine again. Nice place! Clean and comfy (i did not use the facilities, which is why i can not say anything about that). Friendly and funny waiter, sends positive vibes on to his guests. The food was delicious!!!! Nice presentation and verrrrry good taste. Many dishes to choose from and also weekly specials are available. It is a bit pricier than other restaurants in this town but still really affordable and def worth it‘s money! This should be a restaurant chain!!!

Park right in front of the door or at the end of the alley next to the Cao Dai Temple (across the street). Walk up to second floor. Cozy room with fans, travel books and games. Owner was cooking in the mezzanine. It’s vegan junk food hence name “dirty.” It’s slang and not easy for Vietnamese to understand. The food was ok. My husband was happy. British owner was chatty and funny. It’s ok to try once this life. 😂🤣

Amazing food! All vegan restaurant with a large menu featuring western dishes, very British western food. The wide range includes food, desserts and drinks. The service is quick, but not rushed. It’s very friendly and the place has a great vibe. Food tastes amazing, I would highly recommend the number 4 burger. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the city.

I order the bacon burger that was So unbelievable good. But the highlight was the fish and chips The taste was amazing and so similar to fish taste. And if all of this doesn’t make it the best vegan restaurant at saigon the kind&funny owner/chef will make it.

I spent 4 nights in Saigon and came here for dinner on three of them. Having been travelling in SE Asia for 4 months, it was lovely to have some home comforts; the bangers and mash is so good I had it on two of the three nights. I also tried a brownie and a pizza and all were great. Enjoyed chatting to the owner while there too. If I find myself in Saigon again, Filthy Vegan will definitely be on the agenda.

This is best place in HCMC for vegan eaters, the cashew cheese pizza was so mouth smacking and Oreo cheese cake was delicious. Vegan Hotdogs like i have never ever eaten before…!! 🤤 had such authentic vegan food and amazing cozy place..!!

This small unassuming place blew me away with the Oreo cheesecake and chocolate ganache The shepherds pie was a massive portion, I don't know how I managed to finish it Legit homemade vegan magnum, the one pictured is blueberry flavour, kind of reminded me of a jelly tip. I ordered the cottage pie to be delivered as I was feeling ill and in need of some good British comfort food. The food was delivered piping hot, and was an extremely generous portion, definitely worth the price! Tasted very similar to something I would eat at tome, and hit the spot. I want to visit and try everything! Edit: ordered takeaway again, this time the chips and gravy and Mexican hot dog. Well damn, is there anything this place can't nail?! I'm not easily pleased when it comes to food and I'm a harsh critic but those chips are bang on like I used to get from my local takeaway and the hot dog was delicious. And arrived piping hot again too! I'm one satisfied customer.

The food was good and the choice was great, during a long trip to Vietnam it can be nice to have some british food if you crave some ! The owner is especially nice, he gave us tips on what to do in the city, and we really appreciate the fact that he is so invested in promoting the veganism in Ho Chi Minh. The owner is a pretty funny guy and I enjoyed being there. It's a nice respite spot for an expat. The food is vegan and they have a variety of foods you'll probably not find anywhere else in Saigon. I'll go back next time in the area.

Wow what a hidden gem! I finally tried a coffee with vegan condensed milk, needless to say - it was amazing! And don't get me started on the oreo cheesecake and vegan cheese on pizza. All those things a dairy allergic person can only dream about (until now). And the owner, perhaps a future famous stand up comedian, was there to answer all your questions, loved his friendliness and humour. Can't wait to get back there and try out more wonders!

Anyone looking for vegan western food this is the spot! No frills no fancy presentation just simple classics but they have got it spot on! The owner makes everything from scratch, including the vegan sausages and cashew cheese which is soooo good. He’s very friendly and welcoming too if you like a bit of banter. He also helped me plan my next part of my trip. Top quality guy, top quality food.

I got the Mexican hotdog which was topped with fried onions and ‘chilli non carne’. Was craving vegan junk food so was a bit disappointed to find the hotdog part was a vegetable dog rather than fake meat, only to be blown away by just how tasty it was! The chilli on top was fake meat and overall made for a super tasty hotdog. The chunky chips on the side were great and the owner is lovely. Good condiments like ketchup, mustard and... VINEGAR! Also the coconut donut was heaven.

After eating fried rice for 3 weeks, this was exactly what I needed! The owner was really friendly and the food was so delicious. I highly recommend this place. Specially you should try the hot dog and the vegan Oreo cheesecake. Such a nice place!❤️

I was not a big fan of non-meat dishes, but Filthy Vegan is the one place that can alter my perspective on plant-based plates. We came here as a group of 6 and order a vegan pizza, a mash potatoes and a big plate of nacho. Though we had to wait for quite a while, what came out of the oven was totally worth it. We can't blame the owner for the tardiness, though, since he is both the chef and the waiter. I enjoy his signature British sarcastic sense of humour. The cheese on the pizza is simply phenomenal, it is from cashew, but taste like real cheese (I think). If you want a vegan replacement for other dishes such as burgers, pick this hidden gem also. The entrance is quite small and you have to go up stair to enter the restaurant's premise, which harbor a very intimate and secretive atmosphere, it fells like a diamond in the rough of Saigon. Highly recommended!

Food is pretty decent. Place is nice and cozy with loads of books and magazines and even board games. Menu is really big, all western cuisine - burgers, hot dogs and British foods. Owner is really nice and friendly. I got a hotdog with “chips” for 105k and an iced coffee. Food is slightly more expensive than if you go for local foods. The hotdog was pretty decent, very filling, please note that Thai chillies will be used if you ask for mildly spicy. Not a bad thing, just could be way spicier than one would expect if you’re not in to spicy.
