This spot is a gem. Great service, great food, great drinks. Will be back soon. Jerry is the best supervisor there ever was! 😊 She made me feel right at home. 12/10 service.

Decent food and pints and a nice quiet atmosphere. A warning to anyone with small thumbs. The large thumbed hairy Irish barman does not like small thumbs so keep your hands in your pockets or under the table when possible.

Good food. Great local brews! Really clean looking and cosy little Irish bar. (doesn't feel like you're in HCMC) they have a variety of brews available from the area also. Pool table in the back (smoking section) great place if you're looking for a not-too-loud bar to have a few beers and just chill. Good for breakfast as well

Tje Dublin gate was shut down long time ago. The new one is called O'brien which claims to be an Irish pub isn't even a pub. They don't even have Guinness on tap, and the canned one is ludicrously expensive. The only ones available are Heineken, Tiger, and some so called domestically brewed "Irish stout" which is terrible. Customers smoke inside and the only waitress is so often nowhere to be found.

Warmly air. Friendly service, especially the boss. A nice place to drink and talk.

A very typical "overseas" Irish pub with all the usual trappings of "Irishness" photos of famous Irish people, country and city scenes etc. As is often the case in such places, the absence of any Irish staff is a shame as in many cases this is what make an Irish bar Irish! That said, the place is comfortable, has a good selection of drinks typical decor for such a place and a couple of pool tables for those interested. Waiting staff were polite but could probably be a bit more observant as trying to catch their attention sometimes was a challenge. On the upside, one patron lit up a cigarette and was politely but promptly advised they would need to smoke outside. A definate plus in the staffs favour. Live music is provided however on the two nights we were there, there was no musician present, only background music. All said, it's a quaint enough place and worth a visit if you are in the area.

The Dublin Gate is probably my favorite bar in Saigon. Is a combination between an Irish folk pub and a high end cocktail bar, followed by great food. They have a selection of Western and Vietnamese and the greatest whiskey selection I ever seen. They have Tiger, Heineken and Magners on tap, which is extremely rare in Vietnam, and you can find real Dublin made Guinness. The staff is great and very friendly, so if you ever visit Saigon, you can not miss this bar

Found this lovely bar almost by accident. But delighted! Very friendly. Great beers. Great food. Irish pub that delivers. Happy to recommend. Do try. It won't disappoint.

Good bar and friendly owner. Prices not on the cheap end but not crazy. Decent food and portion size. Free pool. Most staff friendly but not attentive. Some staff refused to take our order and walked off.

Good pub! Good staff food and beer! Very reasonable prices! Nice part of town too! Don't understand how some people say it's expensive? Paid roughly about 6 euro for the mother of all fry ups and it was great! Under 4 euro a pint of Irish red! Great value! Will return!

Had a great time at bernie's Irish Pub a week ago. I was really enjoy the cozy atmosphere; the food was absolutely delicious (we got salads, the sea food risotto and BBC pork rib and apple pie for dessert which were full of flavor) but what made this place great was the owner himself and his hospitality (He came to talk to every customers and ask us about our feeling). Highly recommend if you want to taste Irish cuisine in Ho Chi Minh city.

👍👍 Great beer and food, we are still talking about the salted lime lager 2 months later! We had a tasting paddle and a light meal. Service was excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Sit outside in the balcony and watch the world go by, beer in hand!

👍👍 Went to the Heart of Darkness, ended up getting a table at the Cellar Wine Bistro (they must have a partnership or something of that nature). The food is amazing, there is no way around it, if you like meat (especially red meat), go for it! We had, as pictured, the pork ribs, some wings and the veg...
