[LONG POST DISCLAIMER!] The service was good and attentive, although occasionally even too attentive with many disruptions and a somewhat rushy vibe. There were also occasional clumsy moments, like a significant delay after ordering a water bottle. The atmosphere was nice with a top-notch view over the city. However, there were significant drawbacks that prevent me from leaving a very positive review, particularly regarding the main course combined with the price of the menu, which I believe to be a rip-off. I was shocked by the beef quality, taste and the disparity between the reality and menu description. Menu described it as "Pan-fried wagyu ribeye with truffle sauce". However, a waiter said they were serving it with "raspberry sauce" and "black pepper sauce" with a hint of "truffle oil". We unfornately did not taste any truffle flavor in the dish. This was contradictory with the “truffle sauce" in menu. The worst part was the "Wagyu Ribeye", which was really stiff and had an underwhelming flavor and texture. The steak tasted just a bland and mediocre medium steak with some stiff grease, which resulted me leaving half of it uneaten. In fact, one could easily find better beef quality from supermarket or other restaurants with much lower price. It felt misleading to advertise this as wagyu beef, although I am not sure about the origin of the meat. Another complaint is about the dessert: even though it tasted good, it did not taste at all coconut and passion fruit as stated in menu, but more like white chocolate, marshmallow and strawberries. The restaurant and its management need to work closely with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure that the ingredients match with the menu descriptions. It is not easy to fool customers nowadays.

Very nice restaurant and bar with a fantastic view overlooking the city. Smart attire. Reservations recommended (we came on a Saturday evening). Really cool cocktails, designed and presented after the different streets and trades of Saigon, e.g. one is presented in a handbag to represent the fashion district. We were stung on the price, but then we did have tapas and enjoyed a few cocktails each. Worth it if you want to treat yourself.

Really underwhelming experience. Come for the views, that's worth. The food was really disappointing. My husband made a reservation for our anniversary dinner and to take a break for Vietanemse food, and the food was just meh. What made it actually bad, is the insane amount of oil - even the ceviche (and believe me I had ceviche all over the world) was covered in oil. Not mentioning the pasta. 2 stars for service as one of the waitresses kept coughing in her sleeve and seemed sick, yet was serving us food.

Nice ambience with very friendly staff. Food are well made, compliments to the chef. Just the drink I ordered, Hendrick’s gin and tonic has too much lime in it. Overall it’s good, rooftop restaurant on the 23rd floor, but also a bit pricey :)

Nice place but the service could get a bit of improvement. For the kind of establishment I shouldn’t be calling the waiters several times to remind them to bring basic necessities.

A high end rooftop bar and lounge. Nice drink options and very luxurious food choices. Their Hoegarten on tap was a bit watery. There were a lot of people here who were busy making IG posts. Older men with attractive young women ordering bottles of champagne and taking various contorted body shots to highlight the view and the drinks.

Ordered mushrooms with wedges and vegetables. No mushrooms. Wedges came without the vegetables. Finished the wedges and then asked two members of staff to cancel the vegetables as I'd finished the wedges. They then brought the vegetables! My partner got her food completely separately from me. I'd already finished my food long before my food arrived. Other problems with service. First and last time here.

You come here for the view. It is romantic and a cozy modern feel. The food is ok. We had the lobster paella and hamond. Again, you come for view and experience. Perfect date place for someone that likes you the same as you like them 😂.

Great rooftop views. Neat cocktails. Love the way they get creative with cocktails' names. A great place to spend the evening and chill. Crossing the transparent bridge and you can visit another club on the adjoining building. Sitting on the balcony is highly recommended. The city view at night is magnificent. On the minus side, the bar is quite pricey. On weekend and public holidays, advance booking is a must!

Located at the 23rd floor, you get a nice view of the city while lunching down on some quality goodness. We had the executive lunch. Had the cannaloni and fish. Nice experience. I hear, it nicer at night.

Shri is a multi-concept venue that comes with dining room, bar & lounge, whisky library, glasshouse and (as main feature) a fantastic rooftop terrace, offering spectacular pamoramic views over the Saigon skyline. Price for couple is 1.350.000 VND with two glass of wines and two main dishes.

One of my favorite rooftop bar & restaurant in Saigon. After renovation,foods & service are sophisticated. Price is slightly expensive but balance considering taste, service and viewing. Recommend to reserve nice viewing sheets.

Had a dinner for a big group of 20 people Well arrangement with a long table Very nice view from the high floors! Food are actually amazing! We ordered quite a few starters to try the favour which I believed all the dishes are good! I ordered “THE KING” which the Iberico Ham and bread with Salsa which is also amazing; I would recommend to take 100g (shown in the photo). Overall is a very nice place with great food!

We went to Shri for NYE drink. At first they gave us a table inside with very sad atmosphere, after agreeing to buy a bottle they gave is a table on a terrace which had a good view but overall the music and ambiance wasn’t great and service very slow. Wouldn’t recommend for any young couple.

Much better to have a dinner date or a fining dining but not an event or a party for big group… Best compliment for staff and environment 😉

The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, a beautiful view of HCMC, the service was very good. One of the best in Saigon, the restaurant is a bit expensive but worth it.

We had dinner on NYE however, we will not be recommending it, nor returning here. The place is not cheap but with it being NYE and the option for outdoor dining viewing the skyline we opted for this, but now regret. The only plus is that the dishes were hot and arrived together. I'll start with something I saw at the end, which was a waiter who was openly picking his nose in the public dining area. I'm pleased he had not served us during the evening. On arrival we were shown the 2.500++ set menu but I had to ask to be shown the advertised 1.400++ version. We were also not asked if we wanted any water before taking our main food and drinks orders. We were never asked even through the course of the evening. For a restaurant that charges these prices, I'd also thought they'd offer bread as most establishments would. As it's NYE, my husband ordered a glass of the prosecco, the only sparking option available by the glass only to be told (some time later) that their prosecco supplier had not made the delivery but we could buy a bottle of sparkling wine instead. There was no alternative option for another sparkling by the glass given to us nor any thought that's it's NYE and a glass of bubbles would have been nice. As I don't drink, a bottle of sparkling was not an option. Very disappointing. It was clear that making money from selling a bottle meant more than keeping a patron happy. Having ordered from the dearer set menu option (due to lack of options on the other), our starters arrived before our drinks. For the main course, the lobster option I chose was noticeably a smaller portion by comparison to neighbouring table again they failed to address. The courses were rushed (our booking was for 8pm and even though we were told we could stay for fireworks). The desserts were provided without any spoons. As the dining experience was very poor, we opted to leave as soon as we could and pay the bill at the main till indoors however, the woman at the till tried to charge us for another table so she had to be corrected. Overall a poor restaurant, poor service.

Food quality is great but the food waiting time is really poor and in between orders. Waited for main dish to arrive >30 mins. Pathetic!! Total spend for dinner for 2 ~$350 AUD

I have dined at many awarded five-star restaurants, however, I must assert that this particular restaurant stands out as the worst. The staff simply did their job in a basic way, lacking the outstanding service spirit that you would usually expect from a 5-star restaurant. The staff's dismissive attitude continued when I offered feedback on how to improve the customer experience. Instead of listening and engaging, they responded coldly and even with a hint of sarcasm. Given the value I paid for a dinner at a 5-star restaurant, I cannot accept such service and treatment. This was not only a disappointment in terms of the food but also in terms of the overall experience that I had hoped would be a memorable one. While this review may be just a personal experience, I believe that 5-star restaurants should realize that the quality of service is just as important as the quality of food. I hope that the restaurant will make significant improvements in their service attitude so as not to lose their customer appeal and reputation.
