Room 2401 was very spacious and has an amazing view. But the room's floor plan was so impractical. Bathtub in the middle of the room, with half a wall, which, blocked the view and a safety hazard especially at night when it's dark. It feels like were in a maze when going to the sink and toilet because we have to go around the bathtub. Also, toilet doesn't have a bidet! You have to go out of the toilet and go in to the shower to clean up! Ugh! Plus water in the faucet and shower takes centuries to heat up. TV was a hit and miss when using the remote control. So disappointed in this hotel. Never again!

We stayed this week at the Pullman Saigon for 4 days and it was spectacular! The service was amazing, rooms were perfect and best of all the staff were so attentive and really looked after our family. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We had executive club rooms and each afternoon had access to the executive lounge which was amazing, great food, cocktails and drinks. The staff in the executive lounge provided the best service I have ever had in a club lounge. Thank you for all your efforts we will come back for sure! We could Not fault your hotel.

An average stay. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Room cleanliness should be improved as dust and particles were around the room corners, below sofa, on coffee & tea tray and in amenity box. Breakfast's quality and taste could be better too. Located in lively neighbourhood. Fun to explore.

Stay - June 26/27 - 2022 Got really really sick from hotel provided contaminated fruits. Hotel admitted fault but I am still sick from it. Have not eaten for the last 36 hours -and still suffering from it. And obviously I am upset with the hotel - thus this review

Very good hotel with good buffet breakfast. Room was very comfortable with nice city view. Pool is good for laps and in the shade. Hotel is close enough to many markets and 5 - 20 minute walk to most places. Staff are friendly, attentive and professional.

I stayed for a week and after checking out I waited in the lobby I forgot a basket with a gold chain and a box of my friend's birthday perfume. When I called the staff answered disrespectfully and when I asked them to show me the camera in the lobby about me they didn't accept. They said they only found my white nail polish box and I know the staff they took my stuff because the hand paint box I put the same basket with the necklace and birthday present. They say that here foreigners lose a lot of ipads and iphones. If they find it they return it. For a big five star hotel where tourists lose their stuff often. May I ask, when tourists know about it, who dares to enter? I will never come to this hotel again because the staff here speak disrespectfully to guests and are very lying. I hope the management or senior of the hotel will take back control of the staff and teach them how to be more honest and speak more respectfully. Thank you.

First time at a Pullman, and we are more than pleasantly surprised. The hotel was up to the high standards of room and service that we expect in our city hotels, and in some aspects, surpassed the usual brands we use. The lounge and everything provided in there was excellent and the view from both the suite and the lounge was impressive. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Spa package she bought, and the gym, pool and sauna offering were good to. All in all, I would recommend this hotel, as I said, the location is excellent, lots of entertainment, shopping and cultural things in walking distance. But if the heat is too much for you, Grab taxis are really good value. Had the pleasure of chatting with the hotel management, and it was a pleasure. The staff all spoke excellent English and gave us some great advice about locations and answering our queries. Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market are easily within walking distance, along with the high end shops down by the opera house. Executive lounge and the suite we had were perfect. Huge recommendation and I found the hotel to be great value also.

We were welcomed warmly by the concierge and check in was easy. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were beautiful and enjoyed the pool as it was a hot day. They made me feel special with a cake on my birthday and flowers. We has some miscommunication with our breakfast one morning and due to a miscommunication they did not bill me for the breakfast. Thank you Pullman for a great stay.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Pullman Saigon Centre and we were definitely blown away by the excellent service from all the staffs (especially Quang, thank you for making us feel so welcomed!). My husband booked a deluxe twin room by mistake and the one of the staffs sorted a deluxe king room out for us the next morning although it was during Tet holiday (busy period). We were also offered 2 vouchers for complementary cocktails which took us by surprise! Thank you team for a wonderful stay! 🍸🫶🏻 And the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options!!

The room was modern, very clean and as a bonus, it has a nice view being on a higher floor. I would have rated it 10 out of 10 if only there are some cupboards for clothes that we wanted to unpack. Staff were helpful. Restaurant service, especially on the ground floor was great. Location was also great, almost walking distrance from places of interest

We had a great start of our honeymoon here. We were welcomed extremely well, all the staff was very friendly, polite and always helpful. They were so nice as they made us a small cake for our honeymoon and we also had some flowers and a nice card waiting for us in the room. We booked the executive suite, the view was spectacular both during the day and during the night. The pool is also nice as it is opened until very late in the evening, and the gym is open 24/7. The breakfast always had fresh fruits and it had a variety of options. We definitely recommend the hotel!

We were welcomed from the very start by checking in at the executive lounge and they helped with our luggage, and making our kids feel welcomed. All the staffs were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Definitely would come back to this property again next time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Visited the Urbane Lounge...excellent burger!

Perfectly located, up to the best possible standards, with great amenities, comfortable rooms, amazing view, an incredible rooftop, tasty restaurants, nice wine selection, large swimming pool, complete spa, ... it is difficult to even want to ever leave the hotel! Few days aren't enough to enjoy the hotel, with so much to do. They even have some happy hour offers that are worth checking out.

Unfortunately not the experience we expected… We booked this hotel for the last days of our trips through Vietnam and choose a 5 Star Chain Hotel to not be disappointed. At our arrival the check in was good in general, but nobody explained anything to us. We needed to figure out where the Spa & Pool is by ourselves. We did not receive any information about the Bars, Restaurants, etc. (-1 Star for that, as this is not what we expect from a 5 Star Hotel). The Pool area is good for a city hotel, but as the Pool is opened until 10 PM it should be much brighter. Only every second lamp in the pool was working so that the pool itself is very dark. Outside of the pool there are also only a few spots with light so that it is in general very dark in this area after sundown. But for a hotel of this size there should be more than 5 sun loungers. As we went to the pool in the afternoon it was nearly impossible to get a chair or lounger. The towels were also not enough for all guests at the pool, so that only hand towels were provided to guests (at least for quite some time). After some time there were pool towels for the guests again which are faded or have holes. Further, the waitress did not clear up the tables during our 1,5 hours stay at the pool area. Also the hotel should consider to renew the small tables. (-1 star for the Spa & Pool area). The rooms are modern and well equipped. The beds are comfy and in this respect there is no negative comment. But the cleanliness of the rooms has still some improvement capacity, as the dead bugs on the bathroom floor (which were there upon arrival) were not cleaned during the daily cleaning procedure. That’s not 5 star standard we are used to. As we did not book the breakfast in this hotel, we cannot provide any feedback on that. In general it is a nice hotel, but for a 5 star (luxury) hotel the management should consider to improve the small details as many 3 or 4 star hotels do better jobs in this aspects.

Went to the casino in the basement. I got 70 dollars free credit for signing up and writing a few reviews. For me that is great. Nice beer served quick too. Will dwf go back. No pics as not allowed.

Totally awesome experience staying here for 1 night as I am transiting in vietnam. Serving me was Mr Luu with his team of English speaking team. Totally no problem conversing with them here. View is awesome at night when you look from the mad Cow Roof top bar. Great place to chill between 6 - 8pm with happy hour 1 - 1 deal. Breakfast spread is awesome serving local and international food. Couldn’t imaging what will be the experience if I am to stay for a few more nights. The bar street is walking distance from hotel. There are lots of great food for lunch just across the street. Recommend to ask the receptionist for direction. Good beef hot pot just 2 streets away. Going everywhere is short taxi ride away from the hotel. They will not hesitate to help you to book the taxi when approached. I am definitely coming back to this hotel or in the future.

4.5-Star: Stay in Superior Twin Room Room amenities: 4.5-Star: Very comfy beds and good amenities provided, worth every cent. Only complaint is the stain around toilet bowl at chk-in and continue to add up despite there was room cleaning... Had to clean myself instead, 🤢🤮 Svc: 4.5-Star: Very good svc by all departments, front desk, porter, F&B staffs. Same thing, complaints is rgding the toilet stains... Buffet breakfast: 5-Star: worth the price. It's not incredible but the spread and quality is worth every bit the money, servers' service were also good and prompt. Plc was well kept and ambience was great with alot of sunlight brightening the plc while has corners with more ambient lights

Happy with the overall hotel services. Room is great. Bed is comfortable. Wifi is Good. Breakfast choices are great. Should try the ice Vietnamese coffee. Minor feedback when cleaning the room, please refill again the items that have been used by the guest, such as shoe cleaning cloth, shower gel and shampoo, cotton bud…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Rooms are clean and spacious, location was a good home base, but the staff was the best part of our stay. Room service and laundry were great, we even got a birthday suprise! Everyone was nice and helpful, even holding an umbrella over us when getting into cabs while it rained. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in district 1!

We stayed at your hotel for 1 night (19.10.2023), we had a very welcome and quick check-in even we were just walk-in guests. After checking in, we asked the reception if we could bring our kids to your rooftop bar and the answer was yes. We came up there at around 22h40 for a drinks and it was raining heavily outside so other guests were inside as well. The problem was many of them started smoking just next to our table even there was a sign of no smoke indoor, and no staffs cared about that (or didn't dare to tell guests to stop smoking...). We had to leave quickly and my husband called the reception to warn them about this and the answer was "because it's raining so guests cannot smoke outside so they smoke inside instead" !!!! A big minus point for 5 star-hotel! Also no one warned us that there was a menu for the coupon for welcome drinks so we didn't know when we ordered our drinks at the rooftop bar, we could use only 3 coupons and paid the other one. In the bathroom, there were some stains on the wall. Well for a 5 stars hotel, this kind of hygiene should be taken care of very carefully therefore I already told the reception when checking out. Apart of above experiences, all the rest were good, we had a nice room (well, a bit noisy at night as the hotel is close to the busiest street of Ho Chi Minh city), and staffs are very friendly and helpful, foods are good.

This is a great hotel and updated beautifully. The pool area is adequate and so is the gym. They do have a first floor restaurant that serves burgers, pizza and of course adult beverages. Not too far from the hotel is a Walking Street. This is much like the one in Pattaya but smaller. The staff is top notch and very friendly.

A good and business friendly hotel in a good but not great location. Outstanding rooms and great view from the upper floors. Nice roof terrace with bar. The business facilities are adequate with one large ballroom and several smaller rooms. OK breakfast buffet. In direct comparison with Pullman Jakarta: better rooms, somewhat lesser breakfast experience and just less rooms for business meetings. Gym a bit small. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good experience.

We cant say enough good things about this hotel - from the moment we walked in, the staff took care of us right away. Not only are their facilities great, but their staff (especially in the exec lounge) will do everything in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are always offering drinks, food, and even offered to get us some stuff to go since they knew we were going somewhere. They also provided us with some champagne in the room - all we can say is wow! Thanks everyone, we will definitely come back.

Fabulous five-star stay! Pullman delivered on all accounts with this hotel. Spectacular room, exceptional staff, attention to detail, great location, and wonderful amenities. The room was maintained daily, water replenished at the required quantity, and the staff was absolutely accommodating, which was truly appreciated. Buffet breakfast had absolutely everything you could request for breakfast. Hotel pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful to relax in. There is a rooftop bar on level 31, which can be reached through Moo Bar on level 30. A wonderful stay that I wouldn't hesitate to return to. A truly pleasurable stay.

A nice hotel a little away from the center, but the walk to the center is only about 15-20 minutes. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are bright and spacious. At night, the room can be darkened with blackout curtains. There is sure to be something for everyone in the hotel's many different restaurants. The bar located on the hotel's roof terrace has a wonderful view over the rooftops of the city. For one star, I had to drop the staff due to their insufficient English skills.

Disappointing Service Overshadows Great Location and Amenities Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently stayed at your above hotel in Vietnam that boasted an excellent location and a variety of facilities and amenities. However, my overall experience was marred by the disappointing service I received throughout my stay. As a Accor Member who has stayed in numerous well-managed hotels under their brand, I regret to say that this particular establishment did not live up to my expectations. First and foremost, I encountered an issue with a flickering light bulb in my bathroom. Despite requesting its replacement from the first day of my stay until my departure, the issue was never addressed. This lack of attention to a basic maintenance request was quite frustrating and reflected poorly on the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, I had requested paper bags on one occasion but they were never provided. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but it is indicative of a larger problem with the hotel’s attention to detail and responsiveness to guest needs. Adding to my disappointment, I had to have my room keys programmed three times during my short stay. This not only wasted my time but also highlighted a lack of efficiency in their operations. Such inconveniences should not be expected in a hotel that claims to be of good class. While the hotel’s location was indeed convenient and the facilities and amenities were satisfactory, the subpar service overshadowed these positive aspects. As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel as a top choice for accommodation, especially for those accustomed to the high standards set by Accor-managed establishments. In the future, I will be returning to my usual stay at the New World, where I have consistently received excellent service and a truly enjoyable experience.

Hotel with a nice style. Good breakfast, especially in the less crowded executive lounge. A bit off of the touristy center but very close to bui vien and walking distance to ben thanh market, if needed. Pool a bit small but ok. Been always treated well as a returning guest with status. One of my usual spots to stay in hcm.

I have been so fortunate to be flying and staying at numerous hotels across Asia for the past 3 months and experiencing hotels in a way that is anything but normal from Pre-pandemic period. Here’s my take on the Pullman Saigon Center: 5/5 for Gym/Pool/Sauna/Spa. Facilities are fully functioning and still well kept to ensure me a great work out. Spa is under new management with state-of-the-art machines and promotions that won’t last. Check it out. 5/5 for Suite Room. Do book the huge Suite room and indulge yourself in an amazing soaker tub with sea salt, decent city views, and a comfortable beddings with choices of pillows to suit your comfort. The reservation team under Ms Nguyễn Anh is helpful and competent. 5/5 for location. Not centrally located in the CBD of the city, it more than makes up for being within a block of walking distance to the backpacker/nightlife Street of Bui Vien (similar to Khaosan Street of Bangkok) and a short ride to Chinatown, the airport, and the heart of District 1. 5/5 for Urbane Lounge. Like many hotels, the Pullman Saigon has had to consolidate its restaurant and Lounge service to the Urbane Lounge in the lobby. Thank goodness the restaurant services of the hotel is run and managed by the friendly and super customer-oriented Mr. Phi. Phi and his team are PhiNomenal and should be highly commended for their service. So with that kind of an experience so far, I am a fan of this hotel and will be back over and over again! Thanks to all the staff at Pullman for giving me a feel of home away from home. A. Huy

📍Pullman Saigon Centre, Ho Chi Minh City, 2019 (Day 3) 🏨On our final day in Saigon, we opted for a luxurious retreat; we managed to book a room in Pullman Saigon Centre for a 30% discount. We had no idea how AMAZING that stay in Pullman was going to be; one of the best rooms I've stayed in, and the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. 🍸Upon arrival, we were served welcome drinks; not too sweet, exotic in flavour, it was really refreshing. This was a fruity tasting drink I've only ever tried in Vietnam. 🌹When we entered our room, we were PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how much effort they took in decorating our room! It was our first wedding anniversary, and the décor was gorgeous! -Rose petals on the bed, and in the bathtub -Welcome snacks authentically from Vietnam The staff personally came in to congratulate us. It was such a lovely vibe. 🌆The room was impressive! We pretty much had a 180 degree view of Saigon city, and being at the corner lot, it was really spacious. This was our first luxurious experience together. 🛀The Bath-Tub experience was lovely. The complimentary red wine we received in our prior stay was put to use here (we strictly don't drink alcohol). With the waters tinged with a lovely red with accompanying rose petals, the bath was so fragrant. 🥞The buffet breakfast array was incredibly varied. From freshly blended juices and various types of cheeses, to smoothies and even fresh coconut being opened there and then for guests, it was the best buffet I've ever had. Michelle and I have such fond memories in Pullman Saigon Centre, that we will want to return again.. COVID will have to end in time. Vietnam, we are coming again for sure!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location just far enough away from the carnage whilst still being within easy walking distance. Rooms are well appointed and spacious with great views of the city. Great rooftop bar and restaurant with reasonable prices (expensive for Vietnam, in real terms not too bad). Good pool and well appointed gym for a hotel. Would highly recommend

Exceptional service, a great location near bars and attractions as well as tasty food and drink. Stayed 24-26 August 2019. We were platinum members so used the Executive Lounge mostly, the staff are of the highest standard, very professional, welcoming and attentive but without being overbearing and gave useful advice on visiting the city. Everyone we met was excellent but particular praise should be given to Linh in the lounge and the gentleman who looked after the gym and spa area. We were upgraded to a room with a panoramic view. The bed was very comfortable, the room was tastefully decorated and the choice of toiletries provided was appreciated. The hotel has several great bars, including the roof top bar on the 31st floor which did great cocktails while offering a spectacular view of the city and the ground floor bar which had craft beers. The gym and pool were both clean, modern and well equipped. A superb hotel and also very reasonably priced.

Overall I kinda like the hotel, the room is really nice with unique style when putting the bathtub in the middle of room as for decoration. First it looks a little weird but when getting more familiar it's fine! But there's some small things abt this hotel that makes me feel like i can not give it 5 stars for rating: - Lobby area is quite small compared to other hotels so once u open the door u'll face reception immediately, but it's ok not a big deal - In room: TV channels work quite badly, I could not watch. There's no iron and weight scales available, they brought me an iron after I asked. - Breakfast is quite poor, not much foods to eat. What I like most was the rooftop bar, beautiful few and relaxing!

Its very good overall and I really enjoy the time staying at Pullman Saigon.

Well managed property by accord. The standard room was alright in design, nothing amazing but had good features and was clean and quiet. Staff was 5 star level diligent and professional. The sauna, and hot tub we're mediocre but professionally attended to. Fast internet, and good quality facilities to conduct business.

Good location. It was a business trip. Got my room upgraded. Spend almost every evening at the Executive Lounge, the service personnel in from the door step right to house keeping was 5*. All staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here from 20 May to 23 May 2022. Hotel is nice, clean and beautiful. Room is huge and cosy. Service of the staff excellent with well spoken english. Prompt room services with no hassles checking in and out. May want to revisit the breakfast and add on more varieties. Other than that, kudos to Pullman team in Vietnam!!! Please continue with the same standard always. Thank you once again.

Had a good stay here. The room was very nice, comfortable and everything worked well. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff was efficient and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Downstairs bar could be a bit crowded. The location is good, very close to the very busy bar street with lots of choice for food. A little far from the main sights but taxis are cheap and easy.

The room is good, tidy and clean. Staff attitude is good. The only thing to complain is the breakfast is no so nice. Few dishes to choose. Ready to serve bottle of fresh fruit is not a good choice.

Ha in the breakfast-restaurant on the 3rd floor did a fantastic job dealing with a very awkward and childish customer. She really extinguished the fire and we were able to enjoy our breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Superjob by Ha.

The hotel is located in the center of district one but due to the limited size of the lot, the lobby does not give a welcoming feeling. So is the room, the interior is not well designed. The bath tub is places in the middle of the room blocking the way and making the space less useful. This Pullman is less impressive based on all the Accord hotels I have been to.

I recently stayed at Pullman Saigon Centre, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. I had some issues with my driver, and then they tried to get the best possible support from the operator, bell boy and receptionist.
