Spacious space, nice drink ... clean room. Finally, the ideal place to meet friends.

A very noisy place where people keep talking loudly without respecting others. You should not seat inside.

I've been here several times. Good place at night, not noisy as other Highlands Coffee places. They'll close at 11PM

It was a nice place to sit on a Sunday and relax. Since covid they have let the place go and either due to a lack of staff, or a drop in quality, the outside garden is not a nice place to sit anymore. Furniture is broken and left on the floor, the pond is filled with weeds, there are dirty mouldy shoes just left near tables, old cups filled with mouldy water etc. The coffee is nice, the surroundings are not, especially given the almost 20% increase in prices.

Accommodating staff, fair prices, good drinks. We even had the manager take time to talk to us for a bit. Very personable.

If you need a little quitely, i think you will not come here :) but if you need to chat with friends and enjoy foods good drinking, i would like going to here :). Staff is kind :) so i will be backing again

Very good milk ice coffee and fruit drink however I wish it had more liquid and less ice in the drinks (4-18-2023).

Highlands coffee serves consistently very ok, but not great coffee and tea at very premium prices. Often crowded and quite noisy. It’s really not the place to go to relax with a nice coffee unless you like me really like their Americano with an extra shot of espresso....

Good coffee maybe no1 ever for vietnamese coffee shop at the moment. Goof price. Ok staff. Stable quality
