Good location. Nice place for groups, families and for whom likes quiet place to enjoy meal. Plenty menu, foods are fine tastes with acceptable price. Nice decorations. Good services.

They sat us down for 15 mins and never came back for a menu even when I asked for it at the counter. Really disappointed at the service. All the staff just walked around and did nothing but looked clueless and inattentive. Will never come back.

The restaurant was suggested by our hotel. Unfortunately it was at least for us not good and enjoyable. The staff delivered a wrong dish and couldn’t help us because of a lack of language skills. Also they kinda ignored us and never looked after us, not between eating nor after it. It was a struggle to get the bill. The options for vegetarians were just a few. The restaurant was at least very beautiful to look at.

The name of the restaurant suggest it from the Middle of Vietnam, but they serve soysauce with chicken rice, how can? Just borrow the name, not bring authentic experience from traditional vietnam cuisine. The service also is bad, just seem like the restaurant only serve the foreign customer, not local ones . Never get back.

Beautiful decor, with great attention to detail. Wide variety of authentic vietnamese food available. Must try the chicken with glutinous rice, crab hotpot, rice roll wraps (they have so many kinds, all fantastic). It was a wonderful experience, good place to bring visitors

Bang average restaurant. The food is the same quality as street food/local food stalls but 2-3x the price.

Bep Nha Xu Quang is located on Tran Cao Van Street, near Turtle Lake. The food list is specialized in the Midland culture of Vietnam. The food price is quite expensive but you can take the good taste and good service here. My bill is 600k for 2 paxes.

5 stars for the food. 3 stars for the service. Come and try it if all you care about is the food. Everything was presented nicely and flavorful. The staff could be friendlier and more attentive. The waitress serving my table had attitude when I said I didn't want any drink. I understand that they were busy or maybe had their own issue, but as a customer, I expected a better service.

Went to this place today and was extremely disappointed. I had bad experiences with the other restaurant in Hoi An, but my grandmas want to go here because it has nice view and setting. The food was NOT authentic at all. Both my grandmas were from mien Tay and mien Trung and they said that the food was NOT authentic. We ordered fried fish with tamarind to make spring rolls but the fish has lots of tiny bones in it, which were very dangerous for my grandmas. The "Lau Mam" was salty and does not have depth of flavor. What EXTREMELY upsets us is when they served us roast pork to go with the "LAU MAM". Each piece is like 3-finger big, it is even bigger than a spoon. My father politely asked the waitress to bring the dish back to the kitchen and cut it in smaller size and she said no, cause the kitchen is busy (the restaurant at the time was not crowded at all). I was very mad because the chef as well as the owner should pay more attention to their food. My father, and my sister, who have very strong teeth, could not even bite even after we cut the pieces of pork by ourselves. IMAGINE the choking scenerio, my grandmas could have choked. This is an upscale restaurant and the service AND the food did not reflect that! We also had to wait for quite a while to get the food too! It reflects badly of the restaurant as do not care about their customers. Another thumb down for me is the table is full of wastes and trash, while they should have cleaned it up throughout their meal. I had to tidy up the table?! This doesnt happen even when I eat in other cheap places or hawkers even!

Good food, friendly staffs, nice decoration. However a security guy here is very rude to customers. We went here on 7/2/2023, at around 9- 9:30pm we left the restaurant, me and my friends were staying outside for a bit as we were still in a conversation. The security who looked quite middle age, was SHOUTING at us, and forced us to go, he said we blocked the entrance. There was no one at the door by then. He was so rude, when we gave him the tickets, he didn’t even help us with the bike. This is the second time I came here, and I don’t think I will be here again due to that kind of behavior. The cost of food here is not cheap, so I expect to be treated in a professional way even after we finish and leave the restaurant.

The food was good, but nothing special for the price it had. The menu prices don’t include the service and the tax that are added to the bill. 2 or 3 from chosen menu items were not available at the restaurant. The service was also not that nice. Paid 530k for 2 dishes and 2 drinks. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

Traditional Quảng food, e.g. chicken rice, Quảng noodle, Cao Lầu... All those 3 were good. Nice cozy deco inside, suitable for hosting customers, especially foreign. Price fits the quality. Knock off 1 star because several dishes in the menu weren't available, which is exactly like what some other people have commented upon. They should have updated the menu to avoid wasting customers' time.

Atmosphere chill, relax to enjoy Vietnamese traditional food. Price quite high, suitable for formal occasion.

The food is traditional southern vietnamese cuisines, good for both big groups and individuals We had: 1. mì Quảng, the prawns, eggs and ribs are really good; 2. Salted prawn fried rice - good for sharing for 2 3. Salad Overall good food but the staffs are a little grumpy - the restaurant has a few empty tables when we came and the staffs couldnt clean the tables to accommodate us, and even suggestee us to go to another place
