This
is
one
of
the
oldest
Taoist
Temple
in
town
which
was
built
in
1760
and
is
dedicated
to
the
Godness
of
Seafarers
(believed
to
be
very
sacred
towards
boats
in
danger).
The
temple
is
very
spacious
with
3
compartments
and
small
outdoor
spaces
in
between,
without
roof
and
releases
incense
smokes
up
the
sky.
There
are
also
amazing
sculptures
of
traditional
Chinese
folks
on
the
roof,
paintings
or
figures,
making
it
also
a
place
for
traditional
Chinese
arts
display.
However,
the
time
when
I
visited
was
in
Lunar
New
Year,
massive
tourists
and
models
for
photograph
have
disrupted
the
peaceful
image
of
the
temple,
with
a
lot
of
incense
smoke
as
a
consequence
should
require
stronger
act.
