This place have a sick rooftop with karaoke ready to go anytime! This place is very clean, amazing location to everywhere, great local coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner, and with about $2 to $4 uber ride cost, you can get to anywhere from here, great central location! The hosts were amazing from start to finish, very professional, great conversation holder, and offer everything they can to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back next time. Highly RECOMMEND!!

Good location, near the city center, easy to get taxi and go everywhere. The room is well-designed and clean. I have been here twice. Once booking standard room and once penthouse room. Kitchenette is a big plus. Penthouse room is very bright and beautiful with a bathtub. There is also a co-working place downstairs with good coffee and juice. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they are always willing to support me. Highly recommend for personal or couple trip!

Fabulous service. Lovely people. Lots of nice touches, attention to detail. Very clean. Good basic cooking facilities. Nice rooms, not big but good value. I'd have liked colder air-con in the day but it's OK at night-time. No food but good coffee. Interesting business and coworking facilities.

So happy we stayed at ta maison!. Amazing place run by amazing people. Andrew, Eunsun, and staff were so welcoming and kind. They know the hip rooftop bars, the locally renowned eateries, and the locations to explore around town. Introductory explanations helped us navigate Ho Chi Minh City and understand the local values and way of life. Thank you so much to Andrew and Eunsun for an amazing stay in Saigon. We also took a food tour with them and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Location is close to many great restaurants - ask about them! Room was clean, well-lit, and comfy - the netflix was an added bonus. The rooftop patio/terrace was a great place to relax at night. I recommend staying here to visit Ho Chi Minh and the surrounding areas.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at ta.maison and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Andrew and Eunsun accommodated our late check-in and warmly welcomed us. They also provide us with local tips and patiently answered all our questions. They were very knowledgeable, professional and communicative. The highlight of our time in Ho Chi Minh was ta.maison's half-day local food tour where we got to tour around the city on motorbikes and dine at various local eateries! We would definitely stay ta.maison again next time we are in Ho Chi Minh!

I've been in HMCM for several times now and ta.maison is definitely my favorite place to stay at! Some of the reasons I recommend ta.maison are: 1. The owners and staffs are very kind and helping! 2. The room that I stayed in was beyond my expectations. (So sad I forgot to take pictures, but the room that I stayed in this time was room 402.) 3. 1st floor is like a coffee shop/co working space and there is a meeting room on the 2nd floor. It's really convenient if you're coming as a business trip. Also they give you discounts on drinks if you're a guest staying at ta.maison. 4. One of the best local restaurant is in walking distance!(1 - 3 min walking) I've tried so many Pho's (even in Da nang) but this place near ta.maison was THE best! 5. It's near the Bui Vien (backpackers street)! 6. They have a small station with coloring book that you can color if you're bored or stressed during your stay (So much fun!) 7. OH, and I love their welcome drink! I could drink bottles of their welcome drink❤ Leaving some pictures I took since I don't want anyone to miss out this marvelous place! Lovely staffs, nice room and service!

This is the place to stay if you are looking for classic, trendy, and clean accommodation. The place has great location for people to walk and see the beauty of Saigon. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are Canadians which is great for new comers. They are very kind and helpful to all your questions as well. Staffs were welcoming and very friendly too! One thing to point out is their awesome rooftop. You can see beautiful night sky and local views and chill with your friends. It is also very quite which is rare for its valued location where everywhere you want to go is never to far. You can also casually walk around the neighborhood where you can experience both authentic local life of Vietnam and modern places such as coffee shops, bars and restaurant.

A nice and cozy place with super nice staffs who showed me places in town. Homemade welcome drink (orange juice). Lovely room with city view. Good location - I did walk to Bui Vien and Nguyen Hue Walk Street to enjoy Saigon nightlife! Good value. Will surely come back!

We booked a meeting at ta.maison. The equipment was good. The room was excellent; it smelled very relaxing, which was really helpful given the fact that we were having a meeting there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier and left later than our scheduled time, but were not charged for the extra time that we used the room.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks. Both owners were super welcoming! Shoutout to the staff too for their English profiency, which I could revert to when my broken Vietnamese just wasn't making the cut. Lobby has some safes to keep your belongings in. I'd definitely book again, as this place is great value. Try the coconut coffee!

Everything is good except the wifi is a bit weak. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Below is a very airy cafe with a warm space. When you wake up in the morning, you can go to coffee right away without having to go far. This will be my first choice in my next trips.

The receptionist is very supportive, gentle with instructions, the room is fully furnished for cooking, for 2 people it is spacious, but in this family room for 4 people, the common space will be a bit narrow.

Great people, nice internet cafe on the ground floor

I stayed 1 night in a double room and 1 night in a family room with 2 large beds. Room was very clean. Beautiful decoration. The staff are friendly and very supportive. The ground floor also has a very professional, comfortable, delicious coffee. The city center location is convenient for travel, located in a large alley so cars can easily get in and out. The area is very safe and quiet. Located right in the area with many delicious restaurants and many fashion shops for those who like shopping.
