This place is no longer called "Christina's lofts by the park". We found it on Airbnb and after 3 weeks staying here, the host/manager has not decided what to call, "Haven- Lofts by the park" or "Hosfen". Pros: the place is lovely, in a hidden alley at the central of district 1. The price is reasonable for what they offered. The room has a kitchen, tiny fridge with mini bar, a nice bathroom, a desk and a sofa. The bed is separated in a beautiful upstairs area with a wardrobe and some drawers. On the rooftop, there are washing machines and dryers for in-house guests to use, a relaxed area. Cleaning service was provided as well. Enough space for a motorbike parking downstairs. Free drinking water although it was put in the common area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: the WiFi is super unstable. If you need to work online, you may have troubles here. The rule of not using washing machines and dryers before 9am and after 9pm seems like no one follow, so we have to hear all noises, chair movings, etc. any time as we are on the 4th floor. The sliding doors to get natural light at the back are not sealed so our room smells of food from others cooking, everyday at meal time, like we are cooking it! And we found mosquitoes in our room for the first few days. Since I use essential oils, they are gone. They have a kitchen but since the fridge is super tiny and full of cans they put in, there is zero space for you to store any fruit and veg, if you really want to cook and stay a bit longer.

This was my second time staying at this location. I absolutely love it here! The staff are great firstly. Easy check in. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere you will want to go in HCMC. Quick WiFi, kitchen, great shower, balcony (pick the balcony option). Great getting breakfast and coffee delivered and sitting out on the balcony. This is the perfect home base for your trip to Vietnam!

Great location, comfortable with amazing owners who will help you out with anything. Our daughter was ill so they recommend a doctor and nearby pharmacy. Amazing Restaurant next door and stunning German food only 50 meters away. Great spot for a short break in Ho Chi Minh City

Highly recommend this accoms! My friend and I stayed here during our trip to HCM. It was strategically located, where it was about 10-20 mins walk to the touristy sites such as the Ben Thanh market and Saigon sky deck. The room was clean, facilities were all working. We didn’t have to worry about buying water because they provided big water dispenser with clean, hot or room temperature drinking water! The staff were really nice, welcomed us warmly, could speak fluent English, and responded quickly whenever we needed their help.

I talked to them yesterday, when I was in Vung Tau. When I arrived in HCMC today (2-5-2022) the price doubled.

In a quiet alley, just of Le Loi, which means it's silent at night, yet there's a host of eateries and cafes around you. Well maintained rooms with a table and small kitchen were just what we needed. Need more space? Move up to the airy roof terrace with their reasonably priced beer. The hostess is very nice and knows a lot about the facilities in the surrounding area.

Such a nice loft with amazing lovely people!! Thank you so much for everything, we really enjoyed our stay in Hcmc. Everything was perfect! Pick up an drop off was perfect organised. Huge place in the loft, also for cooking. On the roof is washingmaschine and a dryer, you can use for free. While waiting for it you can relaxe on the terrace. Free water at the entrance. And you have to go to the best Pho in Vietnam!!! Its next to Christinas- on the right hand.

I stay at so many hotels and to be fair this fits into the memorably wonderful category. The staff are so attentive and happy to help and the hotel is super comfy . . . . For the price. . . . Nothing but amazing. Good work Christina!

Best place to stay in South East Asia. Great attentive staff, clean comfortable rooms - watch your head if you are taller than 5"8 - and very secure.
