Brilliant place, very good service. Best place for tourists, who is first time in Vietnam - stuff speaks english very well, in price includes breakfasts, new local phone SIM card, laundry. And the best part - they can take you from airport for free. Living room is wide and bathroom too, there is balcony or very small terrace in first floor room.

It's a super wonderful place! We arrived a day earlier than we expected and Jason just gave us his staff room! So we could rest and take shower. Rooms are all spacious and very clean! The region itself is very quiet and there are lots of small diners around. It's my 4th time in Vietnam and I love it ))

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to make you feel comfortable and help in every way possible. They also went out of their way to keep our luggage safe while we returned from a day tour. We didn't like however: the transfer offered was actually a uber/grab driver they call on your behalf. We could've done that. Breakfast had limited options, but coffee was very good. No extra toilet paper in bathroom, had to ask for more. Room had lots of niches and office like furniture, but not a proper wardrobe or a place where you could hang clothes.

Great stay, staff wonderfully warm as usual. Keep extending as we're looking for a permanent place to live in Saigon. Pet- friendly for big dogs which is a plus.

Greenwoods When I arrived staff was very pleasant, This is a house in district 2 that has been converted to a hotel. My room very spacious and clean. In the states we would call this a bed and breakfast. District 2 very quiet unlike district 1. Take Uber to district 1. From my experience in Vietnam Uber worked best you know what the fees are before you leave. This was different from the other hotel I stayed at, at first I was unsure if I would like it. This hotel grows on you. Like mentioned earlier rooms are big . It would of been nice to have end tables next to bed and lamp, TV stand higher so u can see tv from bed. Understand these things were very minimal compare to the hospitality. They offer bicycle to ride for free short ride to river.

It’s a small hotel in a very quiet area of Saigon. The rooms are very clean et practical. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy to stay there! Breakfast is included in the price of the room - which was very cheap!

Place was locked when I came by (Aug 2022). Recent building but unsure if still renting rooms

Very pet friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness in the common areas were not upto par. Room was smaller than in the picture. There was no garden view fir my room as promised.

Very nice hostal, gooe bed and kitchen. Rooftop is with good view for 81 building.(No shop bearby, please order food by delivery or bring raw material to cook here.)
