One of the Best Valued Accommodation during my visit to HCMC. Never fail to try booking this place. This is a HOT place to book … always not available. This is a Dully Equipped Service Apartment - 1 bedroom , 2 bedrooms , can’t remember if there is a 3 bedrooms combination. Price is very Reasonable and worth every single penny for a service apartment as compared to hotel. The best part is that the accommodation is just behind Bui Vien Walking Street. You can drink and party. Day time, Food is not a problem around the place. One of my review about Pho Quynh is just around the corner. If you decided to do some day tours, there are numerous tour agency along Pham Ngu Lao street. Extremely Recommended!

I stayed for a few days at this location, it was nice but the team of the hotel is not always available (mostly during the Night) and the building technical support shut it down the electricity of the rooftop bar and I couldn't enjoy the beautiful view and place due to Inexplicable reason too bad cuz the team of the bar are very nice and really good place to chill in Saigon. Hope that they will manage it better in the future

Not a good place to stay if you want peace and quiet. I have sleepless night due to loud music playing daily. Very noisy surrounding. Suitable for people who likes to party.

A great place to stay when visiting HCMC. Situated just a few steps from the Bui Vien Walking Street, Mayfair Suites puts you right in the middle of one of Ho Chi Minh City's main tourist attraction. The suites are spacious and felt more like apartments or condos since they have a living room and full kitchen. We even walked to a nearby Co-Op supermarket to buy items for breakfast which gave us a small glimpse into local life. Inside our room, we had two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a bathtub with handheld shower head, an in-room safe, cook top, microwave, hot water kettle and a refrigerator with freezer. There was also an iron, ironing board, satellite TV and weight scale. The staff was friendly and professional. I recommend this place if you want a more local experience.

Superb apartment suites, price is very cheap for its size. Prime location and good hospitality and service. Will definitely return next time when coming to Saigon again

Very hidden hotel entrance. I barely noticed it when first arrived. The lobby is not air con. No breakfast service. More suitable for long term (monthly stay). The receptionist is not always there. When you need someone, it is hard to get people when they are not around. Room is decent. Very near to bar street. May get some noise at night.

Best location with plenty of entertainment, amenties and eateries. Check in was fast and simple. Rooms are not extravagent but big enough, nice and clean. Needless to mention of good daily housekeeping.

Great location right at the start of Walking Street. Staff were helpful and the room was large and clean. Fitout was a bit rough with a leaking shower (very poorly installed) and cups the size of a thimble and no tea or coffee provided.

Very active staff: pro-actove Security makes you feel safe, great cleaning staff, attentive and caring front desk with the fabulous MS Anh and Ms. Uyen. The staff makes this a great place and they have all worked there for a long long time, so they treat it like a family business. btw- Grace Skincare Clinic is downstairs off the main entrance and is a luxury high end skin care clinic has an AMAZING facial, especially for travellers.

Stayed here for 3 nights and came back for another 2 nights. Absolutely enjoyable! All the staff were nice and helpful especially Ms Anh at the reception. The hotel is in clean condition and modern. Worth to stay!!

One of the best service apartments in Ho Chi Minh city with great location (very near to backpackers street) and great amenities..

Love this hotel! Rooms are more like a small apartment, with separate kitchen and living area. Very cheap rates and in a very popular area with westerners. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice place and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is a bit pricey, but one of the most comfortable hangouts we found in Siagon.

Great for family! We had a two-bedroom apartment. Spacious and clean, two bathroom with a bath tub in one of them. Functional kitchen with microwave and a standing fridge, not mini bar type. Seconds walking distance to Bui Vien street and Thai Binh Market.. we take out lots of local food and ate in the apartment..love the experience! Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay at Mayfair Suites again!

Good location and clean room, but loud music can be heard in holiday night til very late

The best place my son and I have stayed. Located on the 1st District the place is well secured, near convenience stores which is a plus for us. The room is very clean and well maintained. Friendly and accomodating staff. No free breakfast but it is ok since there are a lot of restaurants/food stalls around the corner. Highly recommended

My score is 4.5. Room what I have stay for a 4 nights was comfy and clean. Location just in front of popular walking street with plenty of food and nightlife. Definitely one from the best place to stay in this area.
