I needed a reliable dealer to service my car whilst in Spain and I was very lucky to find Turismos de Levante. The customer service was impeccable, Paco, one of the owners was extremely patient with me, including looking after my little puppy while I was looking at the cars in the showroom. My car was serviced swiftly while I was having a copa and a tapa at a near by café and Paco even came physically to tell me it was ready! Raul, the man who serviced my car, was very professional and reassured me of all my concerns. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future

In my case, the purchase was a Fiat 500 with Paco and everything was great, the car had 30,000 km on it and no problems (they paid ITV as they were supposed to and the management was quick)

I took the car in for an EGR change 3 months ago and it was fine. Now that mechanic is no longer there. I'm taking the car in to change the diesel filter, air filter housing (they tell me it's broken) and some cooling circuit hoses with a budget of €450. I can't afford it. I tell them to assemble it, I'll take it home and when I can afford it I'll take it. I pay €132 for diagnosis + 1 hour of labor (€55+VAT/h) + brake cleaning that I did not request or authorize. I got home, opened the engine and the casing was loose, open, without screws and was missing parts. I call, first they tell me that there is nothing there, then yes, that they had left them in the workshop, they argue that the car works without that part, I go back for the parts, I mention it, they apologize, they give me parts and no I file a claim; They tell me and suggest that the mechanic who changed the EGR before (from the same workshop) had not found the real fault that would be the current one and that there was no need to change the EGR (it was about €300). Given the situation, I purchase and exchange the parts, €70 in original parts, without a professional discount. It takes me an hour and a half of work without being professional to replace parts, including changing the turbo gasket, which I noticed was somewhat dry. I go out on the highway with the car and the lower engine guard comes apart and breaks because they had not installed the rear screws. I will return to file a complaint with those responsible, I don't even want to see them.

Unpresentable. Don't buy here. It's been a month and a half since we bought a vehicle from them so they could deliver it to us. All excuses since then, all lies. The worst thing is that the employee who sold us the car, Raquel, ignores us all the time. On top of that, she gives you the phone number of a colleague of hers at another dealership so that you can discuss with him instead of her doing her job. We are still waiting with more lies. Run away from here

I was looking at a car through the website and called to find out more. A few days later I stopped by and they informed me of the conditions and financing. I'm waiting for confirmation from the financial company to go for it. I was delighted. Thank you so much
