Nice looking place but service non existent. Sat for 40 mins and no service. Went to ask where I order and was told the waiter would come to us. Never did so we left.

Full English breakfast today. Sadly no black pudding but only because breakfast had stopped being served and we cheekily begged them to cook three. Lovely service, cute tea diffuser and good price.

Visited as part of Ultra All package at Magic Hotel. Felt like we were an inconvenience and ushered inside by male waiter. The female waitress was polite and friendly. We waited for quite a while for food to be served. Fish was tasty. The pork elbow was really good. It's a shame how I perceived our treatment as this is in a great spot, and I would have returned as a paying customer as I really wanted to try other things on the menu.

The young dark hair man looked like he's over working himself while the older grey hair man was not carrying for customers. We had to go to him to ask where we can sit he rudley said "wherever" than we waited for long time then went ourselves and asked for menus and he looked annoyed and then we had to ask to have the table cleaned but in the end the younger guy came and cleaned it even it looked like he was busy with other tables and when we wanted to leave and asked for the bill he was doing nothing when I went again and asked to pay he said "go to my couleg" and pointed at the young guy that had plates of food in both hands and looked like he needs a holiday yesterday. I don't know how the older man is in general but while we were there he didn't treat with respect us as customer and neither his couleg so we left because we don't want to be around such people, it just ruins you good mood. The good part is these things can be changed so maybe if they train some of the staff about the importance of good customer service(and the staff actually wants to learn to be better) it could be a cool place to go.

I highly recommend Maui Gastrolounge! Awesome and very friendly crew, especially awesome bartender/waiter David recommended us excellent food. During our stay in Benidorm, we visited this restaurant a few times, because the quality of service and food was just exceptional!

Came here as part of our package with hotel! Food was AMAZING!! Best nachos i have ever had!! Burger was so tasty but was to full to finish it! Staff were polite atmosphere was nice to! Highly recommended

We went here with a booking as part of our all inclusive booking with our hotel. On arrival we were given a friendly welcome. We were given our allotted menu and shown our table. As it was really hot we opted to sit indoors. We were brought our starter of nachos and hummus. Then our main course came which were amazing burgers. We were offered a dessert but we were too full. We all tried the mocktails and they went down well. The staff were great with the kids. An all round lovely experience.

It was mistake going there! Never ever. At not bush time with many empty tables we had to wait with 4y odl 30 min to get anything to drink. After 50min we got nachos in so hot deep plate that my daughter was in pain after she touch it. After over hour we got food. Cold chips(we ordered potatos not chips) burger-cold, nuggets-hot, pork-not very soft. We were that unhappy that didnt want to wait for dessert and left place after dinner. Staff doesnt speak english

Really bad experience. Waited for 15 mins to be asked for a drink before our meal. In the end we had to go up and ask ourselves. Then we waited an additional 15 mins to for a menu and still didn’t receive either our drinks or menus so in the end we lost out on our paid meal as we had to leave with nothing. Really bad service.

The food was great. However, on the menu, the chicken comes with chimichurri, I didn't get any of that. I asked the waiter to bring some and eventually got bored of waiting around as my food was also getting cold. We had to ask for salt and pepper long after we got our food, for ketchup for the burgers, and it seemed like the waiter couldn't be arsed with serving us. The cocktails are way too strong and the mojito didn't even have ice. Regarding salt, pepper and sauces, they should be on the table way ahead your food is served. Maybe the management should teach their staff how to do good customer service.

Went here as part of our all inclusive with magic natura, food 5 stars atmosphere non existent male staff rude not friendly. The one female waitress was lovely to us. the older man who I assume is the owner/manager needs to do some kind of training on customer service/common courtesy.

This was terrible...I was ignored when I went in, tried to speak to with the staff but was just blanked..I found my own table sat down..twice I said excuse me so I could order as this was part of our all inclusive, I was told the had two waiters working and that was it... 45 minutes we sat without being offer a menu..another family experienced the exact same and left 5 minutes after us...maybe its because it was free through the hotel as it seemed they were going to paying customers before us!

Full disclosure, I got there for a brunch provided by the "all inclusive" from my resort. I must say that mostly everything I had/tasted was average and also checking the prices in the menu I believe there may be better options around the same place. The customer service was good, the view was excellent. Please don't get me wrong, Maui is not bad, but I truly believe the food could be better. You can do the comparison with other establishments around.

I loved this place. After spending the morning at levante beach my friends and I went to Maui and found the best nachos we ever tried I haughty recommend them. Also the mains were great and I would recommend to pick one of the premium burgers. The waiters were lovely and welcoming, they treated everyone really well. I highly recommend going to Maui if you are in Benidorm.

I never write reviews, but Eddy the waiter was phenomenal 5 star service!!!. He was smart, make funny jokes. He explain about the different foods. We tell all our friends to go to this restaurant. He speak good english and I will go back
