    40 minutos en la sala de espera, más 50 minutos en la consulta para que por fin venga el doctor, te atiende en 2 minutos y no te explica ni lo que te ocurre, en mi caso se levantó y me dijo que ahora me traerían el protocolo a seguir, fin. Reclame a una asistente que el doctor no me había comunicado ni la patología. En fin, no lo recomiendo por el doctor, menos mal que el personal de administración es muy atento

You no longer know if they are salespeople or professionals in the sector who assist you there, since they appear quickly with quotes and do not know how to answer medical questions. On each visit I have had a minute to ask my question and in a second the doctor tries to answer you and runs away. The last one, they give me the documentation to request authorization (of course they don't forget that) I tell the assistant and/or nurse that there is a piece of paper left on the table, in case it is mine, and they answer no. When I am at the pharmacy to buy the antibiotic cream that the doctor was supposed to prescribe, I see that he has not written the prescription for me, so I cannot have the cream I need. I call the clinic and they tell me that they will call me back in a while. 3 hours later I call again and Miss Pilar tells me that if they haven't called me by 7 pm, I should do it and ask for her. At 7:30 p.m. I call again and they tell me that the doctor is still making visits and will call me. This was on Friday. It's Tuesday and I'm still without my treatment. They have lost humanity, empathy, and professionalism if they ever had it. How easy it would have been to tell the doctor to take a minute to write the prescription and send it by email, or the receptionists or someone who would take an interest in something other than getting paid.     Hello, I'm Martha. A few months ago I went to Dr Ballesteros's office, I was going to IMR for the first time. The treatment from both the doctor and the nurses was very good, the waiting time was minimal, the doctor explained to me what he had to do to me that day. I had some warts burned and I had to have another procedure done. I made another appointment, something that seemed great was a few days later. He performed a small surgery on me and everything went very well, the appointment to remove the stitches was really good, the care I recommend and thanks to him, Dr. Ballesteros I met the Dr Juan Ramón Esteban, an excellent surgeon, I am very happy with the results.     Te prescriben bloqueadores de testosterona sin explicarte efectos secundarios o preguntarte si estás de acuerdo. Prescriben un tratamiento bastante agresivo, enfocándose únicamente en la caída de cabello sin importarles cómo esto afecte a tu salud. El doctor te atiende en 5 min. El personal es amable, aunque van casi todos con mucha prisa. No lo recomiendo.

    Llevo acudiendo a este veterinario desde hace más de 7 años. Mi clínica de confianza sin duda alguna. Para mi mis mascotas son lo más importante en mi hogar, y solo confío en Ricard para que cuide de ellas. Siempre me asesora de lo más adecuado y estoy totalmente tranquilo cuando deben pasar por alguna intervención quirúrgica. Además disponen de diferentes piensos, collares desparasitarios, y otros complementos para mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestras mascotas. El trato por parte de Ricard es excepcional. La recomiendo siempre.

Por no decir que el primer medico no me dio ni un diagnostico claro, ni me comento las contraindicaciones de tomar dicha medicación.

    Acudí con mi hija adolescente para consultar sobre el acné comedogénico. Yo soy médico y la he estado tratando ya que se trata de un caso de acné leve, pero no estaba de más una consulta con dermatología. La visita fue rápida no, lo siguiente. Nos dieron una hoja informativa con el tratamiento a seguir. Productos por cierto, de una marca desconocida ( ni siquiera mi marido que es farmacéutico había escuchado nunca la marca) y que se adquieren en la parafarmacia justo al lado del edificio de Quirón. Nos recomendaron también dos sesiones de laser (1 por mes ) a un costa de 165 euros cada una ,con nueva revisión en dos meses. En definitiva, no hay tratamiento personalizado ya que a todos los pacientes que van por el problema de acné les dan el mismo tratamiento inicial además de que los productos que recetan son prácticamente exclusivos para ellos, con lo cual da qué pensar.

    My dermatologist Dr. Moreno works in this clinic and it is such a wonderful experience to go him every time. Equipo muy COMPETENTE profesionalmente hablando, tanto en la propia materia capilar como en la gestión del paciente, tanto desde la primera consulta como hasta la propia intervención y post-operatorio. MARÍA es un 10 desde el minuto 1, apoyándote y orientándote desde el punto de vista técnico y sin olvidar el aspecto emocional del paciente....atenta, correcta, competente, profesional y muy comprometida. La Dra ALBA Gómez, destaca profesionalmente por su rigurosidad y orientación al cliente en cuanto a la definición del diseño / concepto del transplante se refiere, además, analiza eficazmente la viabilidad de implementación en el propio paciente. A nivel de gestión del paciente, es muy cercana, agradable, muy atenta con los pacientes y de excelente trato. Alba llegará tan lejos como ella se plantee.... Durante la intervención, el equipo formado por: - ALBA - MARÍA - RUTH - SANDRA escenifican claramente lo que significa "trabajar en equipo" para conseguir satisfacer las expectativas del paciente y a su vez cuidar y gestionar la vertiente personal del mismo.     I’m really disappointed with my visit. My doctor recommended laser as the preferred treatment but said that my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I initially agreed but was asked to pay over €1000 euros on the spot and didn’t even have an appointment to receive this treatment yet. La doctora Maria Penalba me explicó los posibles tratamientos a seguir, y llevó a cabo mi seguimiento durante el tratamiento farmacológico.
