The Rooted Rose is such a lovely yoga studio with wonderful staff. I have been coming for several months now and really enjoy each class. The environment they’ve created is great, I love all the plants too. I always look forward to my time there and always feel like the instructors take good care of everyone who attends!

I have only been to this studio twice for the beginner class with Julia, but I already love it! I'm so happy to have found a studio so close offering an array of classes. Julia is awesome and made me feel comfortable the moment I started talking to her. The studio is beautiful and will have me going broke with all the wonderful plants for sale!! I'm looking forward to making this spot a regular part of my schedule, and can't wait to try some of the other classes once I'm ready.

It is always a great Sunday when I start the morning with Cameryn! And I love Friday evening or Saturday with Salind. I have been satisfied with all instructors and I highly recommend any of their classes; missing means you are missing out! I will be attending many more classes at this beautiful studio. At Christmas I was able to shop in the plantque and my daughter couldn't have been happier with her gifts! Thank you for being a part of the community!!

The studio was inviting, clean and gave out good vibes. The class was great! I left feeling lighter and more relaxed!!! The instructor was very kind and super helpful! It was my first time enrolling in a hot yoga class and they were not judge mental at all! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Oh I feel so much better after leaving session, the atmosphere, vibe of this studio is just wonderful. The instructor was very knowledgeable patient and attentive. I have been out of yoga for years due to an hip injury, but time and care was given as she walked me thru each pose. While this was only my first class, I plan on returning again very soon

The owner has created such a beautiful space! The energy is calm and welcoming. And the yoga teachers(instructors?) Are all so great and have their own way of adding to the experience. I came for the hot yoga (and continue) BUT all of the other classes are SOO good. Always exactly what I need. Thank you Salind for running such a beautiful space. I'm so happy I found The Rooted Rose🙏

Absolutely loved everything about my experience at Hot Indigo. It was my first time ever attending a yoga class so I was extremely nervous. The yoga instructor, Salind, was very professional and did a great job demoing each position and sharing a modified version. I knew nothing about yoga nor did I know the names of positions and she made it very easy to follow along. Recommend this studio to beginners and/or advanced individuals interested in attending a hot yoga class. The studio was also very clean. They have the option to rent yoga mats and they provide cleaning/sanitizing supplies for the mats which was convenient since I forgot to take my mat.

We love The Rooted Rose! Salind and her entire team are so welcoming! The yoga studio is beautiful and the perfect setting for practice. And of course, we are HUGE fans of her plantique! We highly recommend whether you are looking for yoga or plants!

Love love love this studio and the owner, Rosalind. She is a beautiful soul and it shows in her studio through her plants, her yoga classes, and her massage/reiki. She's become a dear friend and I highly recommend her and her studio for your wellness/yoga needs :D

Excellent little cozy studio. Great balanced hot yoga class combining fundamental Hatha and Vinyasa asanas with hot yoga traditional postures. I felt welcomed and great after the class. The space was clean, and Salind made me feel welcome. I recommend The Rooted Rose for both beginners & advanced practitioners alike. You can buy a plant after the class!
