This little oasis is such a find! Reasonably priced, ideal location right between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, and I can't say enough good about the staff!!! They were warm and inviting, genuinely cared about us having a good stay and took pride in their service and establishment! Immaculately clean, comfy furniture, overall great place to stay!!!

Excellent little room at a great price. The architecture is from the 50s and 60s the interior is set in the 90s but it is the cleanest hotel we stayed in on our trip. Coffee and coffee pot are a wonderful addition to a very nice stay at a great price.

A great place to stay! Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and clean. The outside is definitely deceiving here, you will not be disappointed. Very inexpensive for what you get here. We will definitely be back!

As mentioned ... this place looks pretty run down from the outside but is very clean and comfortable inside. The owner is very nice and will go out of his way to make your stay pleasant. I was confused with the sign stating "no vacancy" but there were only 4 cars in the parking lot, however, I did enjoy parking right next to my room each night. Not a five star resort, but worth it to stay a few nights. Would return again if I visit the area.

Owners are awesome. They treat you like family to help anyway they can. Room was spot less and you park right in front of your room. Can see the Garden of Gods from your room. Very little traffic. Will stay again.

Rustic perfection. It's an older motel but one of the cleanest rooms I've seen. Loved that the rooms have a 2nd separate bedroom. Worked out well when I stayed with my brother. We each had our own space. My kids loved the deep tub even though the whirlpool didn't work. The staff was great & helped with anything we needed, including giving us a fan. While sitting outside enjoying my morning coffee a deer walked right by me. He didn't mind me at all just kept munching on its breakfast. Great views also. Close to everything and a great price.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Looks like an average motel, but don't let that fool you. The family that runs this place really knows what they're doing. Our room was cozy like staying at your favorite grandma's, right down to the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. SUPER clean. Nice bed. Very pleasant linens and towels. Owners VERY friendly and helpful. Convenient to lot of attractions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We just stayed for 4 nights and it was great. Yes the outside looks old, but the rooms were clean and i personally liked the beds. The bathrooms are big, average size bathroom, not a hotel bathroom. Owners very nice. Only "bad" thing was the room had 2 strange doors that you couldn't open in it. Not sure what that was about. They also had these family suites that have a king, queen, and twin bed. Also a pullout couch, and kitchen. Very nice!

We really liked staying here. Very nice gentleman checked us in and out. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved that there was a fan in the separate bedroom. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Me and my wife absolutely love this place. It’s a family owned place and we got to meet the owners and their son. They have 4 cats that they let roam around and they let us pet them! They were all super nice and they told us about Colorado and stuff. Highly recommend staying here!

I didn't realize how close we were to Garden of the Gods. We had an amazing view from our roomph. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and on top of taking care of our requests.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ We were so happy to find this little lodge after a horrific experience at a different hotel (Travel Lodge by Wyndham - 2625 Ore Mill Rd., Colorado Springs - our worst hotel experience ever). This is a quaint little Mom & Pop hotel; Alicia & Stanley were friendly and eager to make us feel at home. Th...
