What can I say about this place, other than it's a small paradise within a paradise. If you think about it the Dominican Republic is a little paradise in the Caribbean with perhaps the friendliest and happiest people you'll ever meet. Now imagine this place "Casa Linda" a small cluster of villas, each one separated from the other, completely private. Each villa has it's own private pool and to it add beautiful blue skies, 85 degree weather and so quiet that most of the times all you'll hear it's the chirping of birds and a cool breeze caressing your face. I'm telling you, this place is amazing and last but certainly not least, security here is superb!

My stay at casa Linda was amazing. Marcelo was very attentive and aware of our needs. Any assistance needed was provided. I cannot wait to go back. I will reserve a larger villa next time. Casa Linda is the only place for me..

The Airbnb was beautiful. I would have gave this review a 5 star unfortunately, when my family and I arrived to the welcome center, we were told there will be a complementary breakfast the next day. That “complementary” breakfast turned out to be a scam. If I’m on vacation, why the hell would you take time out of my schedule and try to sell me real estate? We got forced into a timeshare sales pitch like many other people. When they realized we weren’t interested, they left the table and canceled it he breakfast. Not to mention, the presentation was horrible.

I'm one, where I need to be in walking distance of the town. This was a Business presentation & upon hearing what they want you to do to make extra money, it must didn't sit right with me. Yes, transportation was included, TOO & FROM the resort that they paid for us to stay in to listen to their 90 min presentation. What they thought would be a bad thing.. was not. At least there were several food restaurants on ground, within local distance of the town shops, & continuous hot water water. Im leaving a bad review because of the presentation & lack of communication from Casa Linda. Hopefully you don't get Loki, because she will read your WhatsApp msg, but never respond. It's ok. Lesson learned. Just know that if you are on vacation & the presentation is part of your travel package. Just stand firm on your decision & ensure your transportation plan are locked in from the first day on ground.

Nice if your one who likes community settings! Of course, they try and swindle you into purchasing villa/timeshare! It's not worth it!

We rented a 2 bedroom villa via Interval International and stayed in #908. The villa had mini split a/c in each room and ceiling fans throughout. The backyard was nicely landscaped and had a privacy hedge all around. We had #chefrossy cook one day for us. The food was mouthwatering and worth the splurge. The concierge can arrange for private massages, taxis, chefs, and even Covid testing at the convenience and safety of your villa. Casa Linda also features a huge pool area with swim up bar, kid play area and mini gulf. There's is also a restaurant onsitw called Castaway's where the food is good and reasonably priced. I look forward to coming back with the family.

Residential Casa Linda is my home away from when visiting the Dominican Republic. Everything from the staff Edwin, Karina, etc, security, privacy, and just comfort and relaxation of the villas is all you can ask for when vacationing. I have been coming to DR many years and Casa Linda in my only place I choose to stay

My partner and I go to DR a couple times a year because it is our favorite country to relax! This is my first time staying at Casa Linda and from now on I am only staying here! Jeffery was so hospitable showing us the villa and providing anything we need. Towels were replenished everyday along with cleaning. The place was amazing and the staff is amazing :) thank you Jeffery and the staff of Casa Linda for making our stay perfect! See you soon!

Casa Linda is a developing vacation resort. The villas are nice but the service can be better. Under new management let's see how they fare...🙏🏾

Bugs, flooding, electricity out and in, light bulbs blown, service was great, and location was great, but villas need to be updated and generators installed.

I first stayed here almost twenty years ago, and I'm never disappointed when I stay here.

Our group enjoyed the stay at Casa Linda. It provided adequate room for our family. One area that could improve is the interior maintenance of the property. Blinds were broken, taps were leaking, bathroom counter top was cracked, one bed was missing a leg, small coffee machine are some examples of poor maintenance. The edge of the outdoor pool tiles was covered in black mould therefore lack of cleaning and chlorination. The grounds are very well cared for and they have good security and friendly staff. . We did attend a meeting in your office for investing with Casa Linda, however due to the lack of maintenance of the property we stayed in we’ve decided against it.

We booked two 2 bedroom villas, they were both nice, esthetically. One was a lot larger than the other. The larger one had and swarming, which we just tolerated. The pool was huge, but it needed to be cleaned frequently because there wasn't a water pump (it kept collecting leaves and bugs, at both locations). The property is very quiet. It's 15-20 minutes from POP airport. Cons: No beach access, only one restaurant on the property, no options for all-inclusive, no entertainment. Pros: Nice size, bedrooms are separated by living area, full kitchen, private pool, beautiful landscaping, options to book excursions at the property (including transportation), security in the property, and esthetically nice. Photos include both locations, putt putt, water slides, and the restaurant.

Terrible to live in as a full time owner as most houses are rented and lots of parties are going on and welcomed by Casa Linda, which includes undesirable people. An extremely noisy place!

Great villas, great prices, excellent restaurant and bar with daily happy hour. And a super convenient complimentary shuttle bus.

A wonderful retreat! Very positive and helpful staff. The houses are well kapt with lovely gardens and pool areas. We have had lots of birds and butterflies visiting, and even an occasional colibri. Casa Linda also has a shuttle bus that goes back and forth to Sosua and Cabarete, - free of charge.
