Lovely staff, excellent service in salon & shop front. However the Matrix colour range never really worked for my blonde hair. A real shame! I'd love to come back to the salon if you ever change to a better colour product

I had the best experience there. I went in to donate my hair. Sarah was so wonderful. While it was a big shock going from really long hair to short. Sarah talked me through it. Gave me a haircut I really love. Sarah was so professional. Clearly really good at her career and was an absolutely joy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back to Hairhouse Chermside and telling my friends. Thanks so much Sarah! I can do the sexy hair flip now.

I came in today for a restyle cut and I was attended to by the most lovely lady. Laura did an absolutely amazing job. She made such an effort to talk me through the process which only made the experience so much more enjoyable as I could fully understand the end goal in which we were going for. She made me feel super comfortable and went all out to ensure I was left with great results. The staff at this establishment were all super lovely as-well and super knowledgeable on all the products in which they are selling. Overall I will 100% be back and I am very excited to try the products Laura has recommended me.

I lucked it today, when I had Laura, colour and style my hair. She took on board what I was wanting, and offered suggestions, until I was satisfied with the proposed colours. Laura was very efficient, and explained processes, as she went through all steps. I am over the moon with the end results. Thanks Laura💖

I wanted to purchase a couple of styling products and was shown a pack which gave me third product free which saved a lot of money. The young girl was so lovely I will actually book in to get my hair done because of how she treated me

I was really well looked after by Mel and the team today! Mel was so knowledgable and diligent when working with my hair. You could tell she really wanted to put in the extra mile to make everything was *just right*. All of the staff working at the salon were just so friendly, polite and hard-working, and I left feeling like I'd been really pampered. I have felt harshly judged by other salons, and as though everything was an effort. But nothing was too much for this team, and I felt very welcome. I came in with extremely damaged hair and needed a lot of colour correction work, but I left feeling so glamorous! Thank you so much! :)

The girl who served me knew her stuff and I bought some special purple shampoo. Happy to go back

Massive shout out to Jess who pierced my septum she did an amazing job! I’m autistic and she was so patient with me being Sensitive about it and she was happy to answer any questions. After cosmetics plus ruined my nieces tongue we have been on the search for a new piercer and we definitely won’t be choosing anyone else from now on!!! I highly recommend her service she helped me with hair products at first and her energy was so amazing I decided to get a piercing I have no regrets and I’m so in love with it. Thank you so much Jess the store is lucky to have you :)

When i walked into the salon i was really sad and almost crying because my hair was horrible, damage, long and no movements. One of the nice girls helped me getting an appointment with the NEW manager. I explained to him what i wanted and what was my big problem. He understood the importance of the situation and how i was feeling. HE IS AMAZING! I walked out with a beautiful and healthy hair and with new treatment recommended. Ive been using the products for the last few days and my hair now is even better!! I just need come back to fix my hair colour, but even with that my hair still looks better. Thank you so much for everything!

Really not impressed with the service received, I booked my daughter in for her 12th birthday speaking to a lady on the phone about what she desired and was told this could be accomplished, I also booked in for 2 different types of piercings. Upon arriving on the day were advised there were no piercings done on Wednesdays only on Fridays unsure why this wasn't originally explained over the phone and was booked for the Wednesday. Unfortunately that was not where the disappointment ended, they explained to my daughter they could do a dark purple in her hair that would be vibrant and visible. A week today after getting it done and most of the color has come out. We have used boxed permanent and wash outs which have lasted longer and provided a better overall coverage. For her first hairdressers appointment I am extremely disappointed in the services received. Also it wouldn't go a stray to offer those getting hair dine and those waiting a warm beverage.

I had a great experience with Beth, as she did a formal hairdo for me! She did an amazing job and it was obvious knew what she was doing- I hadn't booked at Hairhouse before but she made me want to come back for every next event! Thank you!

I’m really sad leaving one star due to my recent encounter with a new staff member at hairhouse. However the seriousness makes it imperative and I used to be a regular. I won’t be back. While I understand that all individuals have off days, its crucial to maintain professionalism and courtesy, especially in a customer-facing role. I truly hope that my experience leads to positive changes, for future patrons of the salon. It is also important to remember that individual experiences may differ, and it is advisable to approach the salon with an open mind and give them a fair chance as previous staff were always good to me and this was a very new person and others have always been polite and professional. Details of incident have been emailed to management.

Drove 2 hours to find they were out of stock of my hair colour. I tried to order online but found the website wasn't user friendly, and most of the products couldn't be sent by mail. Staff looked in stock for my hair colour but didn't have it. Rather than apologise, they tried to flog off a $20 curling iron. I won't use Browns Plains store again.

Saw the gorgeous Beth today. She completely transformed my over bleached hair into something beautiful and amazing. So happy!!

After an awful experience in a neighboring salon only minutes prior, I walked into Hairhouse Warehouse anxiously looking for a miracle. Without any judgement, Kat (my stylist) and Kurt (Salon Manager) were both so empathetic and understanding of the terrible situation and welcomed me with open arms. After assessing the damage done to my hair (choppy and uneven layering etc.), Kat completely rectified my hair by shortening the length, adding feathered & balanced layering into the cut and framing bangs. All things I wanted for my hair originally! Throughout the entire process, Kat and the team were so attentive and communicative, ensuring I was clearly explained every step of the haircut. Kat created a safe and warm environment and even charged me the service at a discounted price despite all of their hardwork, time and care. I can't thank Kat and the team enough for their efforts in rectifying my hair and trust in hairstylists. I will definitely be back again in future!
