The hotel receptionist was nice and helped us with our luggage. But the lighting in the room is terrible, and there is no toilet, you have to go to the shared bathroom, but it is dark and unsafe. The check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. We went downstairs early but were told that we couldn't check out before the time came. You can leave as long as you return the room card when you check out. I don't know why we are forced to wait until ten o'clock.

Have not been to the Camp Hill Hotel in about 20 years and wow has it changed and definitely for the better. The new renovated hotel is so beautiful. Where to start, just too hard best if you go and see. Love the 3 huge screens showing 3 different sport's that can be seen in just about every part of the dinning areas. The staff are so professional, helpful and very friendly, smooth service. The menu is not large which I love, it has something for everyone including a kids menu. Definitely would recommend this venue for families or couples. Will be a return customer.

Wonderful service, friendly staff, clean and very neat facilities and rooms, wonderful place to stay when in Brisbane. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel/Motel, good food, great prices, excellent location, well worth your consideration.

Extremely lovely staff but not great for family stay.

We found the room to be very comfortable and modern, the sweets and free drink were a welcome suprise after a long day! The bed was comfortable. During our stay the shared bathroom facilities were cleaned regularly too and we had no problems with them. The staff are all really friendly and happy to help with any requests. I would stay there again.

I wouldn't take a one night here again. It's very old and it's bars and gaming machines are crass and the food is frozen stuff anyone can find at Woolies.

Very friendly staff and they upgraded us free to room with own bathroom. Reasonable prices and close to city also clean and free candy given with plenty of tea coffee on table. Very nice and all the best

Spacious, clean and pub/Tavern down stairs

Very nice rooms and friendly staff but if you like a sleep in I’d look elsewhere. The pub is being renovated and work started at 645 this morning - on Saturday ?! Drills and banging around. The whole bit. Staff said construction will run till at least January.

Bed are uncomfortable, way too soft. Internet is not working at all. Staff is nice and friendly.

Rooms are fairly clean, staff and management friendly but the food is heavily overpriced. Fish and chips are dry, Parmi is small and the vegetables microwaved. Don’t even bother ordering the mexican bowl.

Staff are super friendly. Brad was awesome, showed me around and was very welcoming. Room was nice and comfortable, arrived to the aircon on in my room on a hot day and appreciated it! Thank you team for a lovely stay.

Fantastic spot for a night. Had everything you need! Big ensuite, tea and coffee .asking facilities, very clean facilities and a lovely comfortable bed! The Neal's dow stairs were nice too...

Friendly staff, modern room nice and fresh, Comfy bed. free welcome drink and decent feed value. Will stay again when I’m down that way. Only slight issue I had was noisey doors but you get that with electronic lock doors.

Nice room, comfortable bed, food was nice, shared bathroom wasn't good. Stayed 2 nights showers weren't cleaned, one had clogged drain and had used mat scrunched up in the corner even after I mentioned to housekeeping about the clog. No paper towels for handwashing, just a couple of hand towels very unhygienic for a public toilet. Staff were friendly and position was perfect, will stay again but with a private bathroom.

Good rooms and location but be careful as not all rooms have ensuites as advertised on Booking.com. 9 Rooms use shared facilities, 1 shower, 1 bath and 3 toilets. Would recommend as great value as long as you get an room with an ensuite.

The staff exceptional, the bed and room clean and comfy, the meals were the best restaurant meals ive tasted in a long time

i was so impressed with the room that i am going back very soon just waiting to get more flybuy points for free plane ticket. good location with easy walk to bus stop.
