Wonderful manager/staff, so friendly and accommodating. Room(5) was clean and spacious. Kitchenette supplied & well stoked. Bathroom clean, shower pressure good. Beds/pillows comfortable and clean. Convenient location to shops. Parking available. Highly recommend for short or long stay. Did I say the manager was simply wonderful?

All I can say is love it.

The managers here a good people. During a very difficult time, the care and service was exceptional. The room was clean, the location is so close to shops, and with a side walking easement, a walk to the hospital was easy. Without hesitation I recommend this motel.

Arrived late at night 10pm. My flight was late so I was suppose to be 9pm. And the staff here were so fantastic. The had prepped the room and even left it accessible to me if turned up after hours. Turning what could have been a terrible stressful situation into one that was calm. Knowing I had a place to stay even tho I turned up late was amazing. Thanks chermside motor inn!

Great reception, very clean rooms, convenient location for North side business. Handy to several food outlets. Bus stop right outside and across the street. Off street parking. Tea-making and microwave provided. Walk-in shower with a shower head high enough for even people over 6 feet tall to stand under! Chintan is an amazingly cheerful and helpful host; nothing is too much trouble for him. Will stay again.

I didn’t expect myself to have a peaceful deep sleep in strangers places on my own. But I did and felt safe at night. My room are so clean specially bathrooms Quick get away for me.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of our rooms, the very comfortable bed, great pillows, super friendly service, and being so close to the hospital (which I was attending) great eateries & supermarkets, I highly recommend the Chermside Motor Inn.

One of the most quality/price places I've stayed in Brisbane. The only downside is that it is far from the city. But Chermside shopping centre is within a walking distance.

Excellent basic hotel experience. Check-in was easy. The room had all the essentials including a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and tea/coffee packets. Also had all toiletries in the bathroom and the beds were comfy. We were just there for a night and it was cool weather so we didn’t hop in the pool, but it did look inviting. The rooms aren’t fancy by any means (as expected) but affordable and well equipped; suited us perfectly for our overnight stay! We would definitely return

I am here with my two boys for an overnight stay and having not even slept the night I can say that the charm of the place all comes from the Manager who also runs the front desk. Bus directions, Brilliant!!! Friendliness, first class! The rooms neat and tidy and a substantial amount of milk for multiple cups of teas. And the boys say the shower is better than home.

We had to stay here very last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked an hour before we arrived and the manager was really nice and accomodating. The location is just a short stroll from Westfield Chermside and there is a bottle shop, convenience store and food options right next door. The room was really tidy and clean and has every thing you need. Towels, body soap, hand soap, shaving cream, hair dryer, iron, kettle, toaster.. you get the point! There’s even a pool out the front for those hot summer days.

Staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay. Always a pleasurable stay and silent in rooms from roadworks.

One of the best motels on our trip we have travelled over 8500 kilometres from Western Australia the staff we're awesome and after I made the booking they sent me an email with all the local restaurants and attractions within 10 minutes of the motel it was the dearest one we stayed at but after staying there and the friendliness of the staff was worth it

Room was nice Cleanliness could be a bit better Drains stunk which made the room smell and no hot water to hand basin. Over all was ok

Great motel older style but roomy and accommodating no cover parking but within walking distance to you car. Shopping next door plenty of food services in the area. Hospitality was great

The location is very good. The manager was welcoming and pleasant generally. However there is an issue with the Internet access. The information on the website is misleading, it isn't clear there is a limit, when you enquire about it, the amount quoted is not consistent with what is provided and on this matter, I found the management's attitude problematic. It's provided through a third party so there's no remedy and it's not possible to work from the motel because it's so restrictive. I would recommend this place for leisure (which was part of our trip) but not for work.

This is not a 5 star motel but is what it puppets to be. A little dated but clean , comfortable, good value and well located. Friendly owners and staff.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The price was very good as well. All I needed for a night. Host was good as well. Had to leave very early and couldn't have breakfast but it sounded very good.

Kitchen is a dam bomb sight, hasn't been cleaned for... Who know, it's the long term resident. Day old blood smears on rail hands on both sets of stairs. Butter knife just random in pool area gardens, some random pic of a mother and Daughter in the draws by the bed side. I need extra bed a few hours after checking in, can't do it

Great place to stay while in Brisbane north. Good prices for a motel close to Chermside shopping centre. During my stay the staff was very nice and polite and spent a good time explaining how the facilities and near by attractions. Its great to see how they are rebuilding after the QLD floods. Will definitely visit again.

Sub par. The room had extensive water damage in the bathroom. There was some evidence of work being done though so hopefully that will be fixed up soon. The service was friendly and they did give real milk (not horrible long life stuff) which was nice. Very central and lots of great restaurants around.

The staff were incredibly kind and very accommodating. The room was very clean and cozy. Right near some great restaurants and takeaway shops too which was a bonus. Will definitely be returning next time I stay in Chermside.

The motel is definitely clean and fairly priced. Great for any occasion short stay to medium stay for singles or family. The motel is close to almost everything like Chermside Westfield, the hospital, transport and even Aldi and some cafés. Staff are friendly. I will definitely stay here again and also recommend for anyone who is looking for budget motel.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place is a demolition site! We had to return the keys as soon as we arrived because there wasn’t an inhabitable room available. The building was shaking and the sound of Jack hammers never stopped. The people staying in the room next to the one is booked had kids and they were all devastated. They said it has just been continuous noise. I took some videos as evidence which I’m glad of because the owner is now contesting my refund. I encourage anyone who has been scammed by Mr Chinwa selling rooms when all he has to sell is a demolition site to make a complaint. The NCCC are keen to take your report.

It was offered as a $130 dollar room when we got here we had to pay $155 I know thay are minner things but there was no sugger no milk the shower didn't work well no knives or falks not good at all and there was no channels on the TV and me daughter didn't like her bed as it was to had

Very nice friendly staff. Great room and comfy bed. The shower is fine. There is the usual little kitchen. Everything was very clean. Its in a handy position to get to and over the road there's a great Thai restaurant. We had a room at the back so not too much traffic noise. Will be back.

Wow our 4 nights here were just Perfect! Such a beautiful place to stay with the most helpful, courteous, hardworking and friendliest staff. Customer service was the best we’ve encountered anywhere. The amazing gentlemen who oversees the reception needs be given an award. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a beautiful stay. My mum and I stayed here, as we had family at Prince Charles Hospital. The location was ideal…walking distance to the hospital, Westfield Shopping Centre, Restaurants/takeaways, Bus stops…..everything you need. Large spacious air-conditioned rooms, super comfy beds, fluffy pillows, pool, double glazed windows and laundry. Extremely clean and very affordable. We would highly recommend the Motel and will be telling all our friends. Thank you for making our stay so special.
