Rooms were nice, the spa and pool exceptional however the attitude of the staff was appalling. I left the keys in the room upon check out, dispite sharing the accomodation with a friend and spending $300 each on our rooms The staff treated me with no respect. When I left the keys upstairs by accident I was not offered the option go up to the room And have a look for the key. Instead I was asked to look properly through my luggage made to take everything out of my bags in the reception area near the lifts and accused of it being my fault I misplaced the keys by the staff members who became very hostile, unfriendly and abusive. In the end one of the receptionists went up to the room and they found I had left the key on the bed. I was very upset at this point and asked to leave and be taken to the car park where the automatic doors would not open and I had to wait until someone drove in to leave . I asked the receptionist if I could talk to her manager she told me she owned the business and that she was the manager. If this is the case what kind of owner treats their guests in this way. I told her I was not stupid and that I would be going to fair trading to lodge a complaint which I will still be doing. Overall I'm disappointed as I stay in Brisbane a lot for work and I was planning on staying here more often but never again. Not even an apology. All I got was blamed and spoke to in an abusive manner. Personally I will never stay here again. The apartments 10/10 , pool location and facilities 10/10, the staff 1/10.

I booked an apartment in this complex for a weekend away, I was sadly disappointed by many aspects. The decor is very outdated compared to the photos shown on their website. Whoever works the night shift on the intercom, probably shouldn’t have a job, as they are rude, condescending, and patronising. The only saving grace of staying within these apartments is the day reception lady named Joan (I may have her name wrong), who was very kind and helpful throughout!

The staff are nice and friendly and credit to them, unfortunately however the apartment is in dire need of a proper clean and reno. Ants in the bathroom, small insects on the walls/ ceiling in the living/ bedroom and a fan in the bedroom which on high speed wasn’t able to mitigate a Brisbane summer. Nice gym/ pool and location however.

We stayed there for a weekend and it was very noisy with people meeting in other rooms. Balcony perhaps? The noise went on until late at night and I did not get enough rest. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and quiet or with children who don't sleep well.

The apartment had cheap, dirty furniture, the bedhead was blocking the balcony door, the oven was so old, mgmt. had instructions pasted to the wall of the dials & meaning, 12th floor had severe traffic noise, and patio furniture was torn. This is a 2 star place. Reception not helpful,even tried to made physical copies of our credit card. Aweful atmosphere.

It's cheap and well-located, but I would think twice before coming back. Rooms are getting on and are quite dated. No air-con in the bedroom either (though this is clearly stated on their website, so my fault there) - but the ceiling fan was close to falling off and made horrendous ticking noises whenever it was on. Sleeping on a matress on the floor in the living room so you can get air-con is not a nice way to spend a holiday. Good pool though.

Good spacious room, nice large balcony, excellent water pressure. Awesome location, close to Fortitude Valley and town. Furniture was comfortable, bed was SUPER comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful. Woolworths right outside! Street noise was a bit rowdy at night and early morning but you'll find that in the middle of a thoroughfare. Room was a tad dated with maybe a few small repairs needing carrying out but didn't personally impact our stay at all.

Pros: clean, modern, spacious apartments with lovely decor. Super quiet as well. Good location, handy being right next door to Woolies, cafes and other stores. Short walk to river and not too far from main CBD shopping area. Really nice, helpful staff. Decent pool, spa and gym. An overall nice place to stay. Cons: there are gaps on the edge of the balconies that are big enough for my three year old niece to fit through and fall off! The amenities (soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.) were not enough to last two days let alone six that we were staying. They were replaced after three days because we requested more toilet paper. Although there was a dishwasher, there was no dish soap or sponges to clean one-off dishes. The source channel on the tv for the DVD player couldn't be found and the soap compartment in the dishwasher was broken. Air con in main area only. There are fans in bedrooms, which, if you are shutting the door and windows due to the light, don't help the stuffiness. Things to note: for people who are sensitive to light when sleeping, the blinds allow light to show through around the edges. Also be aware that garbage is to be disposed of by the guests, which is fine - but their overflooverflowing bins might surprise people who don't realise how these apartments work

Was easily dropped off there in the Woolworth's carpark (they time your stop) Found the apartment to be clean and comfortable, everything was working. Convenient to the City. Views were OK and tha balcony a bonus. Would stay again.

Very quaint and surprisingly private hotel that is both easy to get to and not so close to everything that it feels cramped. Having a Woolworths right next door adds to benefits while also having a good range of takeaways in the same little set of shops.

Noise from the barbecue area carries up into the rooms above so ask for a room on the other side.

Not very happy with the service. We came middle of the night and keys supposed to be in the locker. It wasn’t there😡. Staff forgot ☹️to put keys in the locker 🔑.. Not even apology… staff very rube Kyle is very rude…

The location is great, a ten minute walk to the centre of town. There's a woolworths and a bunch of other shops right next door. Facilities were reasonable but not luxurious. Lovely view, security seemed good, price was fair. A good place to stay.

We loved our stay, great location, friendly staff, all conveniences close by. Our only issue was the window dressing let in far to much light for a good sleep in and the air-conditioning was a little loud. But we'd definitely stay again.
