    Best customer service I've had in a long time! Manager Charlotte was friendly & super efficient on a price match & processing my order over the phone. Delivery guys communication was excellent & professional with extreme care taken moving the fridge into my home. Thanks team!

    Useless delivery system, they state something that is in stock will be delivered by a certain date, only never to be delivered and when you call them about it they say oh it only just came in stock today (yeah right). Two different stores have done it so must just be their general excuse for being slack.

    I went to this store today because of the excellent service I have received in the past. Sadly, today, I had a terrible experience. I am the techy in my household. I am also a woman in my 70s. I wanted to buy a Chromecast but wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable about which model to choose. To start with, the person who 'served' me made no eye contact but, while working on his computer, spoke to my husband, who was standing behind me, as if I was not there. He did not seem to know much about the product - simply asked my husband which model he wanted. I replied that I wanted to know the difference between the two models. His explanation was superficial at best. Were I still teaching customer service he would have failed the subject.

    Unfortunately due to the Nespresso representative who sold us our coffee machine we will never purchase from this store again. We purchased our machine back in September with one of their promotions. The Nespresso lady was just pushing through all the sales on the day and was just interested on the next sale. We were promised 150 capsules would be sent to us in a week. 7 weeks later we are still waiting following up Nespresso which said they never received the order. We have followed up the store on several occasions with my partner speaking to the Store Manager and Small Appliances staff member Kim with no luck and being told still to this day the capusles have been sent. Advice DO NOT buy a nespresso machine and do not purchase from this store. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.

    2 sales people couldn't tell me anything about the dash cam products on display and then when I made a choice and picked one I was told oh sorry you have to buy it online. Why display the product in store then? I go to the Good Guys because in the past I have had good service and prices. So you know I bought 3 dash cams from your competition yesterday.

    I called The Good Guys North Lakes store today to check the price on a TV compared to the different company .Sales person Names Matthew told me they don't sell this and can't match i asked him do they have a different one or similar one to that series he wasn't responding properly and kept on repeating about we don't sell this series so basically not listening what customer is asking .I have to littlerly tell him that is he even listening what I am saying he just hung up on me.After spending thousands of dollars and buying many products from this store this is how a customer gets treated .Shame on you North Lakes good guys for treating the customer like this who has been loyal to your store from many years .The sales person Matthew definitely need some customer service training on how to talk to customers.

    Went to buy this chest freezer Hisense which is advertised at $499 but what they dont show in price is you cant buy it for $499 only without paying extra $55 for delivery. IN SIMPLE WORDS you can only buy this freezer by spending $554. 1. False advertising and hidden costs. 2. I drive a $50k ute to avoid paying ripoff delivery fee to companies like this. Picked one from Harvey Norman for just $499... as they advertised, without any dramas

    I didn't get my order ( HISENSE 200L Hybrid Chest Freezer ) yet. The female employee who first scheduled the delivery date on the phone was so rude, and ended up missing one of my two orders. The delivery man was good. I got to receive only one of my orders. One of my remaining orders was not delivered and only the receipt was sent

    I value customer service and going the extra mile. I love to honesty and integrity. These were qualities and skills I found in the staff of The Good Guys Northlakes. After purchasing an item at a higher price, I received a call advising that the product is now on a discount and that saved me close to $200. The good thing, their honesty simply made me make more purchases. So rather than collecting the refund, I only just added more money and bought additional items from the store. A win-win.

    Good until you want to return something! Bought an Instant Photo Kit for our 9 year old daughter for xmas and wanted to return it due to it not doing what the salesperson told us and also very very bad quality photos but they refused to refund. Very disappointing after spending over $11,000 in this store in the last 2 years. I told them that before we bought it I specifically asked the salesperson, if you can preview photos before printing them as the film seems very expensive and she assured me that we can. Well you can't, it doesn't even have any sort of screen to review them with, or a memory, & you can't tell this from the limited info on the packaging. Good Guys only response to this was that the salesperson was only new! And with regards to the poor photo quality, and I mean very poor as in can barely recognise peoples faces at a distance of 3m, they told me the examples on the packaging are "photo shopped"! I still can't believe they said that. Would have been happy with a store credit but nothing. Promised myself I will never buy another thing from the Good Guys. Don't stand behind the products they sell.

    Bought a fridge from good guys north lakes. After a complete stuff around with delivery of our fridge and a million phone calls back and forth we were offerred the display one. Display fridge was delivered we began setting it up to find the hoses to hook up to water were missing. We called north lakes and were advised sorry they are still at the store. My husband drove to north lakes and collected the hoses only to arrive home and realise they were not the ones for our fridge. Another phone call and hubby drove back and dropped them incorrect hoses to them showed them the book with the hoses we required for this fridge. He was advised they would be poseted out as none at the store. We patiently waited over a week for said parcel to be sent a fridge filter no hoses. Another call and told sorry its almost closing we will you tomorrow morning first thing. No call till almost lunch time to be advised sorry we have rung the rep and told him to re send the hoses. Another week later parcel arrives what do you know another filter no hoese. Call again and speak to manager slade who says he would look into an call straight back this was at(12pm) 5pm still no call i call again and am told your on the list to call trying to sort your hoses there out of stock. I will call you tomorrow morning with an answer, i ask how is it you have a fridge on display and parts missing and now apprently no stock. Well its tomorrow and still no phone call with were the hoses are. We have had the fridge since 2/12 and good guys north lakes couldnt seem to care less about supplying the parts for a fridge they sold and delivered. Yet happy to take your money. Dont call when they say they will have excuse after excuse. Wont be purchasing from this store again.

    Good Guys have Bad Guys working for them !! I bought numerous items in one transaction. The Sneaky, Sleazy Sales Guy snuck in an extended warranty (added $50) against the microwave that was RRP $200. I never asked for it at all and will never go back, based on lack of trust.

    Dear Good Guys Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional service I have received during my recent purchase of a fridge from your website. I had selected January 29th as the delivery date and received a confirmation text message, however, I was later informed that the delivery date was not achievable without any prior notification from your team. This caused me to take time off work and resulted in an extremely frustrating experience. Furthermore, my attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful as I have been continuously passed from one representative to the next without any satisfactory resolution. The lack of effective communication, inaccurate information regarding stock availability, and the unprofessional manner in which this matter has been handled has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expect a higher standard of customer service and for your team to be trained to meet basic expectations, such as providing accurate and up-to-date information. The fact that this was not the case in my experience is unacceptable and I demand that this matter be thoroughly investigated and for measures to be put in place to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. My delivery date has been shifted a total of 4 different days now! I find the level of unprofessionalism in the handling of my issue to be unacceptable and I look forward to a prompt resolution and for someone to take ownership of my case and provide the level of service that I deserve as a customer.     It’s easy to write good reviews when everything goes perfectly, however, due to a misunderstanding an incorrect washing machine was purchased and delivered. The Good Guys and specifically Cody from North Lakes called me, took ownership of the situation, and made sure we quickly received exactly what we wanted. Frankly, I’m amazed by the response and now regret the grumpy tone of my complaint email. I’m delighted with the service we have received and recommend Good Guys at North Lakes as a place to shop with confidence that you’ll be looked after. Well done and thank you.

    Went in on Thursday to purchase an IPad. The salesman clearly hated Apple, which is his prerogative, however he IS a salesman at a store that stocks Apple devices, and should act in a professional manner. Not impressed. We walked out and bought out IPad from JB Hifi, where we got wonderful service by Jennifer.

    We bought a refrigerator from them and been told to get a cash back of around $200, in monthly instalments of $20-30 every month. We never received any money as such, upon inquiry had nothing to say apart from the apologies. It’s such a scam. I would never go there again. Not trustworthy at all, I advise everyone to be cautious to trust their promotions.

    We always go here for our electrical . As always we had 3 appliances go within one month.TV ,fridge and washing machine !! a very expensive month . Bought new ones from this store within a few weeks of each other . Last one the washing machine was leaking and after all the trouble shooting and finger crossing a phone call to the store and they were going to send a new one out that day.Replaced the next day as per our request.Very impressed . Thankyou Good guys I was expecting a real nightmare but was great service.

    First their female staff wanted to use the bathroom and decided to open my locked toilet with store key while I occupied. Then they mixed coffee machine model (stainless) on discount with a different colour (smoked hickory) of the same model in stack. The colour difference is not shown on the package. Paid $50 more for not looking at my receipt on site. Called but they told there are obvious differences and it was my responsibility to check it at check out, because customers may stack unwanted items there although the boxes were well stacked I won't judge but I won't go good guys no more I supposed.

    Terrible. I was waiting for someone to help me on a Friday at 10am for 20 minutes. No one came even when I approached a staff member. She just announced for someone to come. I was just needing help to access the products I wanted because they were locked away. So instead of selling me the items I went elsewhere. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

    Disgusting. Delivery doesn't come when it's supposed to. Get your name wrong in the system. Then call you by another name and reveal what THAT customer has purchased along with their home address (breach of customer privacy much???) Still no product, no resolution, though paid in full and spent more than 3 hrs on phone to resolve....which it still isn't. Need to change their name to Bad Guys

    I am so impressed with the quality of service from The Good Guys North Lakes. We bought a coffee machine that failed after a couple of months. The team successfully had it serviced and returned within the timeframe promised. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and their team are very friendly and helpful. Good quality service is rare to find, but this team have it. Thank you. You are our first point of call for electronics!

    Very happy. Got a great deal on a fridge, and they delivered the next day. Good customer service, clean store, plenty of parking. Only issue I had was with the website. They have a feature that does a price search/match that offers the best price... Then when you try to get that price to buy the item, it reverts back to the higher price. I had to go into the store and have an employee to fix it up, so I could get the price they offered. Unfortunate I had to make the extra trip, but the staff were really helpful, so It was okay. Just a bit pointless to have the website that doesn't work properly.

    I have no complaints with the service in store, however, the delivery is by far the worst service I have EVER experienced. Delivery attempt number THREE tomorrow. Delivery one - drivers too lazy to bring it up the stairs. Said it wouldn’t fit - it does. I have measured this SEVERAL times. My 2nd delivery, due today, I wasn’t even told wasn’t coming, I found out 20 minutes AFTER the time frame when I called to chase delivery. Unfortunately for me, I am waiting on a fridge and had sold mine - assuming a second delivery could not possibly be stuffed up. Rookie error. I requested several times today with you and your delivery partner, first delivery tomorrow. You have inconvenienced me twice now, An early delivery would be the least that could be done. My text says between 1pm & 3pm. A fridge and freezer full of food that will now spend 30+ hours out of the fridge. Pointless money spent on ice trying to salvage what I could - for what?! All of it will need to be binned!!!!!!! Angry, would be an understatement. Absolutely NOT good enough.

    I purchased a Samsung TV from the store on Friday (17 June) requesting delivery on Sunday as we wouldn’t be at home on Saturday. While the sales process was fine the trouble started that very night. I received a text that the delivery will happen on Saturday (when I didn’t want). Had to call store on Saturday morning to reschedule. Not clear how it was booked for Saturday. My call was transferred to a Delivery Team member who said the driver is having the TV on his truck but is rostered off on Sunday, so the delivery was rescheduled to Monday. I sat at home on Monday specifically waiting for the delivery between 10-12noon. The delivery window passed & no news when I called the store. They had no clue what was going on & said someone from Delivery Team will call me soon. Someone called after many hours & said the driver was rostered off on Monday too (which nobody knew it seems) & rescheduled it for Tuesday delivery with the assurance that my delivery is prioritized for delivery first thing in the morning. Since there was no further news till 11am today I called the store again when I was told it will definitely be delivered before 12noon. That passed & I called up store asking to speak to Store Manager to lodge a complaint giving my docket details etc. I was told he is busy & will call me back. Never heard from the Manager. I ended up calling ANC (courier) using the incoming call number from yesterday. Had to be on hold over 10mins while the person was checking & the call got disconnected. I called again & was told that the driver is definitely delivering. Finally at around 1pm the delivery was made with the driver obviously blaming others for the delay. The store wasn’t at all helpful in this whole matter. Felt like they are interested only in the sale & nothing else. Felt totally let down by the store.

    Customer service that goes above & beyond. Had a Bissel carpet cleaner fail badly & the standard approach is to get these assessed (In Melbourne I think) which takes a week or two. With a very sick child this wasn't going to work for us - so the customer care team got hold of the Bissel rep 1st thing the next morning & I had a replacement an hour later. Wonderful sympathetic & caring people who listen & will go the extra mile.

    We went to The Good Guys at Northlakes and was recommended to go to Adam by a friend and he was THE BEST! He was honest, so knowledgeable on all the products, helped us compare the range and have us an awesome price- so glad we were recommended to go to him and will make the drive just to be served by Adam again!

    Great service by the staff that helped us find the fridge and washing machine we wanted and gave us the best deal….until we reached the front desk and were looked down on by an unhelpful lady when we said we wanted to use zippay, so much so that we ended up leaving without buying them. Will go to morayfield next time.
