I have been attending this Clinic for a number of years. I have found Dr Lois Macfarlane to be caring and interested in my wellbeing. She is very friendly and follows up on your health. I can also recommend highly Dr Kerri Toland. The counter staff are friendly and courteous. I shall be staying with this practice, even though I have moved quite some distance away.

A GP is one of the most important people in your life when you have a few health issues. Dr Macfarlane is wonderful I know I'm getting the best of care, advice and treatment. She is honest and never condescending, I trust her completely and always feel positive and empowered after a consultation. The clinic staff are friendly and professional.

I have seen the nutritionist here! She is very thorough! The young male Dr Howen is a cardiovascular specialist! You can get an appointment on the same day if you ring early enough! Wheelchair access is available! At least two receptionists operate the phones each day! They are extremely helpful & friendly!The Terry White Pharmacy is attached to the surgery so you can conveniently slide in & put in your scripts! The pharmacists are very helpful!

Dr Lois Mcfarlane been our family GP for last 7 years. She is so kind, very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to help people. I am grateful I have found such a great Doctor. Reception staff are friendly, helpful.

Excellent medical centre. All staff are friendly, supportive and caring. Reception staff are happy to go the extra mile to assist patients with appointments and the associated paperwork. All medical staff are so pleasant and professional, I'd give them six stars out of five if that was possible.

Have been looking for a new local GP for the family for a while. I saw Doctor Kajani today and he was very friendly, thorough and informative. Wait time was not that long at all, and very convenient having both pathology and chemist next door. Will be returning!

Dr Macfarlane has been our family GP for many years. She is professional, caring and thorough. Reception staff are polite and friendly.

The doctor that my kids and I see is really thorough and professional, but also very personable. She takes the time to ask lots of questions and always explains treatment options and procedures clearly. The clinic is located beside a pathologist and adjoining a chemist, with lots of other shops and services in the centre and plenty of undercover parking.

Although a great clinic with fantastic doctors and have been going to clinic for many years now. Not great when you have to wait more than an hour over the phone to speak to receptionist.

I've been under Dr. Imran's care for the past two years, and I appreciate his genuine concern and helpful approach towards my health. He's very caring professional who has made a positive impact on my well-being.

A GP clinic where the Dr takes the time to get to the cause of the issue, not just simply throw a prescription at you and throw you out the door. Can be a little challenging to get appointments but I’ve found that communicating my needs when booking follow-ups has made it easier to secure these.

Dr. Lois Macfarlane is been in charge of my whole family’s health since 2016. Highly recommended as one of the best doctors in Northside BNE. Also she’s very kind and funny 😄

Place is very welcoming and the staff are really nice. The GPs are so good and the nurses too. Dr MacFarlane is amazing and Dr Simon Chong is fantastic.

Staff were very helpful and were able to offer me a cancelled appointment on the same day I called. The Dr was lovely and supportive.

My children and I have recently become new patients at the Brookside Family Clinic, and on both occasions that we have attended the Clinic we have been greeted kindly and very politely by the reception staff, check in has been very straightforward and welcoming and leaving and making payment has been the same. The two Doctors we have seen have both been very nice, helpful, friendly and made us feel supported and heard, but most of all empathetic and took the time to listen to our needs to help us. Thank you for providing such a great caring service to your patients.

Would not recommend seeing Lois Macfarlane. Obviously in a bad mood because she was already 20 minutes being at the start of the day. Greeted me by saying I didn't look happy to see her, I explained that I wasn't overly after waiting 20 minutes with a sick one year old. She told me that was good for her to only be 20 minutes behind, and I'd be waiting longer if I had gone to ER. A simple apology, and maybe some empathy would have been appreciated instead of her snarky attitude. Rude woman. I passed on my feedback to reception, who didn't seem to care either. Funny how my appointment would be cancelled if running that late, yet they can do what they like with no apology necessary. Appreciate doctors run late and things happen but good manners and politeness go a long way. Dr Imram on the other hand had been nothing but polite, caring and a pleasure every time we've visited. Maybe he could give her some tips to improve her cold disposition.

Met Dr Lois Macfarlane for the first time today at Brookside Family Clinic. Felt very comfortable. She is very thorough and I love her sense of humour. I've found my new doctor. Yeah.

I took my boys in for their immunisations today and the staff were so amazing! My 4 year old was adamant he was not getting a needle today but all the staff were so friendly, patient and understanding. They really went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. All immunisations are now complete and we had minimal tears 🙌

Dr Kajani from Brookside Family Clinic was my GP when he was previously working at Brighton which is where I live. I now drive the half an hour to Brookside to see him because he is hands down the best GP I have ever come across. He is friendly, engaging, attentive, efficient and methodical. He is also the only doctor I recall who has called me out of hours to just check in on how I was doing health wise. In terms of other aspects of the practice I found the staff to be friendly and professional.

I drove half an hour to see Dr Kerri Toland after hearing great things about her and she did not disappoint. She is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable she will cover all your questions before you even have to ask them. Minimal waiting time in in the waiting room. The receptionist staff are lovely which is rare to come across at drs, it was nice. Overall great experience and will be my clinic from now on!

The medical center is conveniently located and its facilities are clean and organized. The staff available at reception is far more gentle and sympathetic than the previous staff which is a game-changer variable when you are dealing with people who need more compassion whilst being vulnerable due to sickness. Doctors avaliable at the practice are also very professional, experienced and empathetic. I personally highly reccomend Dr Marissa, Dr Imran Kajani and Dr Simon Chong.

Dr Kerri is fantastic, she always has the time to listen to me and explains things in an understandable manner. The front staff are always courteous and efficient.

Besides running a bit late, like all medical practices, the reception staff were polite and professional and Dr Kajani was professional, friendly and very thorough.

I've never had anything but good experiences with this practice. They are recently hired some new doctors who are all compassionate, thorough and efficient. Our whole family receives the highest level of care and the reception team and nurses are amazing.
