I didn't make a purchase because the sales personnel refuse to acknowledge me as I stood at the counter and they looked me in my eyes. I watched another person walk up and get waited on. Then I watched a couple come into the store walk up to the counter and someone came out of the backroom to wait on them. And I was still standing there, so I exited the store. Terrible customer service.

Sportsman's is one of the last mid sized, friendly, helpful, and stocked everything places around. The workers are polite, kinda rare these days and don't push but let you know they're there if you need them. Especially if you make eye contact, while other bigger places look away as if you are bothering them? I've been looking to add another piece to my ccw collection and they are great to view online as well!

Very large selection, pricing very competitive now. Knowledgeable staff and experience with bow, firearm and fishing equipment. They have gotten away from some products such as trapping equipment. Have most other things smaller stores don't stock.

I drove all the way from Tipton County to find out the website is wrong and they didn't have what I needed in stock. Also... when me and the wife were walking around aimlessly trying to find this specific item, there were no employees to be found. It was a ghost town. We finally found someone and he checked the back for the item and stated that I could order it online. I told him that's why we drove all the way down there, because we didn't want to have to wait for shipping. This is why everything is going online and businesses are going out of business. No one was nice and couldn't explain the reason online was telling me that were multiple items in stock but they actually weren't.

Great store, great selection of guns and ammo. Also everything needed for outdoor activities. My favorite by far!

Went in today to buy a bow never seen a group of people so clueless. No help getting the bow because “their archery guy wasn’t there” then watched the manager and an employee play tug of war with the 500 dollar bow I’d just bought because they didn’t know where the key was for the safety. The manager was being rude as well saying he didn’t know why I got the bow “because his archery guy wasn’t there” would recommend giving your money and business to somewhere that cares
