I hope it was uncommon but there were four or five employees. (One appeared to be a brand knew trainee) and I was the only client. I was treated very professionally. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. One young man listened carefully to.the need as I explained it, walking me carefully to the solution. They all seemed to have a specific job mixing the paint and filling the order. My only complaint is the cost. But when I think about how many people were employed and how long the paint should last, it didn't seem nearly as bad.

I sent my crews to this location to get a color match from RGB values and the manager said they can't do that (and didn't know what that even stood for)... Other Sherwin locations do that for our company with no issues. He has supposedly been doing that for 10 years and never had that request. (Lowes ended up doing it based on the RGB values.) I'd recommend the management team knows a bit more about paint.

Please stop running a semi truck all night long parked on the side street. Residential neighborhood is not a truck stop. We have to listen to it all night long. We do have city noise ordinance, maybe a ticket will help us get some sleep? I’ve already asked for the delivery driver to please turn it off. I’ll leave my review up this time.

I truly believe Sherwin Williams has the best product on the market today. I love the selections that your able to sort through and using their color snap made things easier. The order process was a breeze and the sales team were outstanding! Answering my questions and they even loaded my purchase into my vehicle. If your looking for a quality paint that will last for years, Sherwin Williams is the place to look.

I was so impressed with the young lady working there. She was fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. She provided great advice on the two types of paint that I might be most satisfied with based on my needs. She helped someone on the phone while mixing my paints and made me feel she was still engaged with me. She worked quickly and moved easily from one task to the next without missing a beat. She acknowledged others as they entered the store and communicated with her co-worker without making anyone feel that she was rushed or making us feel neglected. I believe her name was Regan. She is a great asset to your organization!

best place to buy paint. knowledgeable and friendly staff with quality products they stand behind. manager is a 3rd generation painter who knows his stuff and gives great advice on what and how to use. really saved me a lot of money.
