When I first moved to Greens at Nutters Chapel I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and pleasant, and I had a great view from my apartment. But when I found another place to live and went through the process of vacating the residence, their true colors began to show. Approximately two weeks after leaving the apartment I received a document in the mail detailing my move-out charges. Paint and cleaning, no problem...I'm sure I didn't leave the apartment perfectly spotless. But to my surprise, there was a charge of $393 for "carpet damage". Considering I only lived in the apartment for 8 months and am a single man with no children, this seemed curious. I called on a Saturday morning for more information and was provided with a ridiculously vague explanation by someone in the front office. I asked for a manager to call me ASAP, and I sent a follow-up email. I requested the most basic information possible so I could make a determination as to whether the charge was valid. Pictures and a description of the damage, information about when the carpet was last replaced, and a copy of the invoice to confirm the damage was repaired. After two weeks...nothing. If you are thinking about renting at this facility I encourage you to consider your options carefully. I will never rent from another Lindsey Management facility again...lesson learned!

Me and my fiance currently live here and can't WAIT to get out. Horrible maintenance (aka, when your kitchen is flooded from your wash machine 10 minutes before the office closes, they don't consider that an "emergency"), rude front desk workers, poorly taken care of lawn...the list goes on. By the looks of the other reviews on here, I can't wait to see what they charge us upon moving out. Absolute thieves and overall terrible management, especially by the Community Director who've I've experienced first hand to not be a pleasant person. Do NOT rent here. We learned our lesson, and hope that nobody has to go through what we've had to with these people. Honestly, Fox Run apartments were nicer than these! Don't waste your time with these people!

It was a nice place a few years back. While the property has gone downhill some, the real problem is that the management is virtually useless. There are a bunch of kids who only know the basics and how to call for a manager. Managers use the word "corporate" like a shield to avoid helping residents. I'll be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Conway has too many nice new apartments going up for me to deal with this.

I've lived here for 6 months. The first 6 months were perfectly fine no issues. However last week my washer decided to make a swimming pool in my kitchen. I called down to the office and they came out immediately. The guy was great and he installed a new faceplate on my washer. I also had an issue with my garbage disposal leaking water when I washed dishes, there was a younger kid that "fixed" that. Fast forward about 5 days later. The knob to start the washer is disconnected from behind the faceplate so it doesn't start, and underneath the sink is leaking worse than before. I contacted the front desk again as last time and the nice lady told me I'd have to go in and put in a work order request to get someone out here. Which is fine and I understand that. She discouraged the last gentleman for not making me put in a work order request...maybe I should have let the pool in the kitchen develop into a nice community apartment cleanse for my downstairs neighbor while I took my time putting in a work order request. I still have a pool of water underneath my sink...which causes a horrid smell after sitting. Imagine dish water sitting underneath your sink...I feel she handled the situation in a very poor manner and hopefully they can use this to take a better course of action next time. Sometimes it's better to just take care of someone first and follow up with what you need after.

Terrible! Didn't even move in. We put in a application and when putting in the routing and account number we put in the wrong number. They charged us a fee for that which is understandable it was our mistake. So Then we realize that our current lease ends a month after the month we put as our move in date. So we call them and ask if we could change the move in date before we pay the deposit. They said yes they could change it. fast for 3weeks after multiple calls to get the move in date changed. We finally get someone who says it can't be changed til we pay the deposit and fees from the return check. So we say cool we will pay it this coming Friday. So Friday comes along and we call because we want to make sure that once we pay they can move the move in date back a month. Well we get then they tell us its been 30days since yall got the return check fee so this application has been cancelled, but yall still need to pay the application fee, deposit, plus the return check fee. We had not been told we only have 30days to pay. We had contacted the probably 10times in those 30days to get the move in date changed and not once did they mention we have 30days to pay. Then we get a bill from them. The bills says we have 30days from the move out date to pay $470. They put the move out date as 03/18 so following the bill they sent us we have until 04/18. Nope they sent us to collections right after they sent us the bill. This is just a terrible company.

I give two stars because I DO like the apartments themselves, the property is very nice, and the community is relatively quiet and peaceful. However, I'm only giving two stars because the management has not taken care of us like they should. I have lived here 5 years and I've had a few incidents in which the staff and management have been rude and uncaring. Most recently, their online payment portal experienced an error that ended up overdrawing my bank account by $945. Because of their mistake, my rent was late and they still charged me a returned payment fee AND a late fee. This wasn't our fault and we've never been late on rent. Our rent also keeps going up. They need to take better care of the long term residents.

I don't live here, but I visit family who lives here nearly every month. I've considered applying to rent here but after what I've witnessed and reading the other reviews, I don't think I'll ever live here. The property is actually very nice and well maintained. The community is nice and quiet. But I've witnessed management treating my family poorly on multiple occasions. I'm not going to get into specifics, because I'm not the one who lives there, but I will say that, based on the other reviews, that this is an ongoing issue. I will look elsewhere for a place to rent.

The employees are nice but that’s the only nice thing thus far: In the 4 months I’ve lived here I’ve had my refrigerator looked at 4 times, my dishwasher 1 time, and my sliding glass in the bathroom 1 time and a neighbors water pipe bust so the appliances are a little fragile to say the least but my thorn in the side is the pool policy… they only allow 1 guest per apartment instead of the standard 2… so when my parents come to visit we have to take turns on whose my guest which is splits our visit time and makes this “ amenity” less fun When my brother and sister-n-law lived here a few years ago it was way less strict and fragile which is why I chose to move here when I decided to come to Conway

They are rude! My fiancé and I have been on the waitlist for an apartment since June , and they told us the latest we would get in would be august. Then they told us that they don’t have any availability for a 2bed1bath and that we would have to get a 2bed2bath in September. Now we have found a different place, so we called to get our deposit back which they will not give back, they never told us once we get assigned a apartment that we can’t get our deposit back, all they said was if we were still on the waitlist which we are , we could get our deposit back. $350 they will not give back. Ridiculous.
