I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hayden and the whole team! The entire staff is super friendly and caring. I first came to Dr. Hayden at my 'rock bottom' health-wise, experiencing 2-3 severe migraine headaches a week that had been negatively impacting my life for several months. Within the span of less than two months, I'm down to having only about 1 headache a month. Now that my headaches are better, we are working on my mid-back pain that has been bothering me for years despite thousands of $ spent on physical therapy and chiropractic work. I can’t say enough good things about Active Life. The staff is professional and kind, always willing to make accommodations to exceed expectations. The new facilities on Joyce are outstanding, each room is tidy and relaxing (the dimmable lights are great). Out of the three practitioners, I have only received treatment from Hayden. After pestering from my wife (love you honey!) I decided to try it out. I have always been skeptical of this type of medicine, but after one treatment I was hooked! Each time I go in I receive personalized care for my specific issue. Unlike a traditional Dr., I always leave in better shape than when I arrived, often times completely pain-free. Hayden’s bedside manner is terrific, and he genuinely care about you and your health. Don’t pass up his herbal recommendations, they are worth the money.

Been seeing Dr Hayden for a few months now. Have been dealing with psoriasis for over 20 years, the treatment plan they have been doing has helped tremendously. I have had autoimmune issues for 17 years and have been to countless rheumatologists and conventional doctors of all sorts during those 17 years. I have been medically gaslighted, put on horrible prescriptions that only made my mental and physical health worse. Then, more recently, I had an awful experience with my OBGYN where she had me on birth control pills while still being pregnant with an incomplete miscarriage which completely wrecked my cycle and hormonal health. When I came to Dr. Hayden, I was defeated and angry. His approach as a TCM doctor/acupuncturist was unlike any experience I had with conventional doctors. He listened and mapped things out in a way that was blew my mind, honestly. For the first time, I felt HEARD by a medical professional. He knew by my pulse I was angry and had horrible anxiety and got to work. It was like a month of talk therapy in one acupuncture session. He simplified things for me and focused on stress, nutrition which I know is the root cause of so many illnesses. My anxiety almost disappeared, my hormonal health became balanced and my inflammation was almost non existent after 4 treatments. I was introduced to Active Life by a friend and what a blessing that was! Dr. Hayden and his staff provide the absolute best care. They have helped me to get off of thyroid medication, and also helped tremendously while I was expecting my third child. I had to be on several medications to keep food down for the entire nine months of my first two pregnancies and that was not the case this time.
