We took the ferry and we hiked the boardwalk to the falls (four stations) and the lake at the top of the waterfalls. Beautiful!

Pristine National Park in Argentina with the blue waters of the lake set against the snow capped mountains when we visited in October. Many view points along the road as you hug the lake with one or two large viewing platforms providing beautiful 180 degree views of the area. Simply breathtaking.

A true adventure to see Cerro Tornador the thunder mountain and glacier. On the road you meet gorgeous lupiin flower fields like being in Alps, a ilsand Corason the Heart shape island and always river is by your side until you reach this and there is an eagle flying. Waterfalls with crystal clear water:) i use this water to my paintings:)

Each season has its own wonder. flowers and birds in spring, silent falling snow in winter with hares and foxes running when you least expect. and I can go on with the hot summer with small waterfalls, never ending nights watching the stars. and at last the autumn with reds covering the forest. its a marvellous place... always, even when the wind blows and the rain falls, and you can do nothing but watch...

Absolutely amazing and gorgeous. We did the trip from Bariloche to San Martin de Los Andes along the 7 lakes route during August (winter time) and enjoyed snowing and amazing sites. Be sure to stop at each lake.

The Parque nacional Nahuel Huapi is one of the most important national parks in Patagonia. It can be visited all year round, by earth or water transportation means. From its entrance, located in Puerto Pañuelo, several tours can be hired, including the one that crosses to Chile. The fairs for the park entry and tours can be paid cash or with credit cards.

Nahuel Huapi National Park (Spanish: Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapi) is the oldest national park in Argentina, established in 1934. It surrounds Nahuel Huapi Lake in the foothills of the Patagonian Andes. The largest of the national parks in the region, it has an area of 7,050 km2(2,720 sq mi), or nearly 2 million acres. Its landscapes represent the north Patagonian Andean Zone consisting of three types, namely, the Altoandino (with perpetual snow above an altitude of 1,600 metres (5,200 ft)), the Andino-Patagónico (in the lower reaches of the hills) and the Patagonian steppe. It also represents small parts of the Valdivian Rainforest. The park and the reserve lie at an altitude of 720–3,574 metres (2,362–11,726 ft), and are designated under IUCN management categories II (National Park) and IV (Management Reserve). The park is completely protected while the reserve is partially protected. The national park is dominated by the high mountain chain of the Andes, many lakes, rapid rivers, waterfalls, snow-clad peaks, glaciers and extensive forests. It is bordered by Chile on its western side.

(Translated by Google) Both for its size and its beauty, in all its extension you come across wonderful places. There is no way to go through it all in one trip so the return is imminent. I recommend, if you have the possibility, not to make an itinerary beforehand ... It is better to settle in a place and know or visit everything you can in that area ... Once you have managed to move to another place and do the same ... Patience with the rubble since it will always take you somewhere you dream of, prepare to walk a lot since the best places require us to make an effort to arrive and prepare the batteries because each photo is a postcard. A place to fall in love like the whole mountain range.

It’s the natural beauty that is outstanding, not the never ending traffic on the main roads or the noise caused by them. Get away from all that and it is wonderful.
