    I bought a product online to pick up in the store. I lost half a days work and 2x40min drive for nothing. Upon arrival in the store they said they didn't have the product, despite already having charged my card. Update: The money was refunded after 2 days. Tip: Call in advance to confirm availability on low stock items.

    Have been standing in line for a simple product return for 45min and still am. Just one employee. Can't understand why the staff don't call for help in a situation like this.

    Great place to shop for materials. Although the variety is good, it's pricy. Recommend to search other places before buying. Quality wise is good.

    Eh, im not a super fan bc they are often out of stock of things and some things lack quality. But sometimes you can get good stuff too. So pick and choose .

    Worst custommer service i experienced in Setubal at all. I asked in english 6-7 people for advice or check of availability. Noone could keep conversation with me and just gived up and say no to me. Very inappropriate mimicks which made me feel like alien in Setubal.
