    Very interesting with many artifacts. I know it's a Portuguese museum but it fails to get five stars as I saw no translations for foreign visitors. Still worth a visit though.

    A gem of a museum. Beautifully arranged, run by the gentlest and quietly instructive staff, and a core asset of the beautiful town in which it is located. Don't miss this window into Roman life in ancient Portugal.

    Great place to get to know the archeological importance of this area. Even now there are still mines in Neve, dating from late Bronzeage and Iron age. And the collection of Roman Oli Lamps is fabulous and gives insight in daily life 2000 years ago.

    Mar 27, 2018 - Excellent little museum with a collection of Roman Oil Lamps. The guide (whom I think was an Archaeologist) Was very enthusiastic and proud of this well displayed collection.

    Interesting little museum. Lack of other than portuguese information was compensated by enthusiastic personel who explained everything in english.
