we stayed for 2 nights and two rooms at this place, but since since first night one room AC was not working. I drove attention from hotel staff and they said they person is not here who manage system so I need to wait until tomorrow. so somehow we managed one night but second day nothing was done, so we stayed two nights in one room uncomfortable. they don't have refrigerator in room. two star only for good breakfast and front desk person she was nice. Its too far from city center too.

Be aware!!!! Don't stay here if you don't want to lose things. There are a lot of other good hotels. I stayed for 1 night before going to the Algarve. The Air Conditioner in the room doesn't work. The room is very hot. even I couldn't sleep all night. One more thing, I left my jacket in the room. I called the receptionist, she said there was nothing in the room. She answered my phone very impolite. I don't know who is lying? receptionist or person who cleans the room. The point is that this hotel employee is a thief!!!

Great place to stay! My family and I had a very nice stay here. We picked it for the much better price, but we were concerned by reading that the location is not central. That wasn't a problem at all. We took an Uber every morning to the area that we wanted to explore and then walked from there. Then, we took an Uber back. It was only between 5-11 euro each way. (The trip to and from the airport were 19 and 8 euro due to the time of day and demand.). The room and rest of the hotel were clean and comfortable. We especially liked the breakfast. Many types of breads, pastries, meats and cheese, cereals, and fruit along with eggs and a variety of beverages allowed us to eat and drink what we want before heading out. Finally and most importantly, the hotel staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Excellent Staff! Excellent Services! Good Breakfast! Very Clean! Highly Recommended! We stayed here for 3 days and had a great time during our stay. The location is very good, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel entrance, very convenient. Check-in was smooth. The staff was so kind, helpful and co-operative. We arrived late around 10 pm and the staff was so kind and helpful to arrange some plates, microwave our home food. The rooms are very clean, and they had good options in breakfast, even for vegetarians. Highly recommend this Hotel and will visit again for sure.

Booking.com booked 63 euros. Because I didn’t bring a credit card, I called to book. The front desk said 69 euros per room, but when I arrived, the front desk charged me 120 euros per room because our arrival time was already more than 11pm. Now, the weather is cold, so I had to stay,

Great room, very nice staff, and delicious pastries every morning. They also had espresso and coffee every morning, and breakfast hours are longer thankfully than most hotels

Smaller Holiday Inn is located off the main drag in an industrial area. If you are there on business, all is perfect. If on holiday find a more central location. Rooms are larger than most Holiday Inn, very clean. Lots of free street parking and safe area as property is next door to police station. Breakfast was very nice and FREE electric car charging! Front desk staff very efficient compared to most Holiday Inn hotels.

Great location, service and staff. Room is spotlessly clean. The building and facilities look pretty new and everything is so convenient. Definitely want to stay longer!

Quite far from the city center (40 min with bus) so take that into account when considering this hotel. The reception is very welcoming and breakfast is good.

The reception staff were friendly and lovely. Hotel was generally clean. Breakfast was decent, but could have been better if there was a larger selection such as sausages, bacon, mushrooms, and if the fruits were sliced. The room itself was decently sized and nicely warm. It had two single beds. The bathroom was amazing, the basin was at the perfect height, no bending or stooping over, at least for someone standing at 172cm. The toilet was a bit low and small but adequate. The shower was hot, strong and large. The bathroom has a blue neon light, although ours was broken. It could potentially contribute to a nice and calming shower or just as well for a romantic and steamy couple's shower.

Postives: Hotel aligns with expectation - standard. Cleanliness was good. Great Showers. Strong water pressure, never had to wait for water to get warm. Couldn't figure out the air-con, whether it was on or not, no difference, but fortunately we didn't need it. They have a comfortable waiting area. Good access for buses and taxis. Location access to basic facilities is also good. Breakfast is closer to continental but was buffet. Mini bar available. On site, undercover paid parking available. Less than 5km jog to Torre de Belém. Negatives: Several rooms were booked using a single account, but each respective room in said booking was edited with the name of each person that would be staying. Somehow this was confused, and our particular booking was mixed up with the original person who made the booking who was staying only for 1 night, where we were staying for 2. We were given the incorrect room and then when we got to the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke, even though this is a non-smoking hotel and the room had just been 'cleaned': We called to rectify the issue and we told they would sort out the situation for us. We wait for more than 30 minutes - nothing was communicated. Went down to reception again to inquire, and we saw the lady that we had spoken to leaving after her shift. Nobody had or was resolving our issue. After the gentleman who was working there was brought to attention, this was when we realised we were given the wrong room and he promptly resolved the mix up. Unfortunately, when we headed to our "new" room, the lady was still cleaning. Mind you, this whole time, we're busy pulling our luggage back and forth throughout this hotel. The lady informed us that no one had told her that the room needed to be available, assuming because of the whole mix-up. Fortunately, we knew someone else staying there and while we waited for the room to be straightened up, we waited in theirs. This just made the whole experience worse because travelling to the hotel itself had it's own problems so we had hoped the hotel was going to be a kind of refuge from all that but alas, that wasn't the case. Nonetheless, after that, everything was smoothly sailing.

My choir and I stayed in this hotel during our choir tour and received fantastic service! They went above and beyond for us and we are all incredibly grateful for how they provided and cared for us.

Had a nice stay here. Good selection of breakfast options, very clean rooms and the hotel is not too far from the touristy spots (relatively close to Belem Tower via Uber).

This is an underrated hotel in Portugal, lovely location, clean and neat. The team at the front desk Joana Rodrigo Carvalho made our stay worthwhile, so did there's of the team. The housekeeping team just added to our delight, kind, friendly and efficient, then there was the kitchen staff, they were amazing as well, honestly I have nothing but praise for this facility and its staff. I believe this should be a 4 STAR Hotel, this facility is immaculate and is perfectly located between quick national roads to get in and out of Lisbon. The room sizes are larger than most in Lisbon and parking is secure and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel !
