La nova promesa 2024 de Cadaqués: Està tot realment bo, una barreja de tradició i innovació, amb un equip jove però amb molta experiència. Hem demanat bastants plats i tots estaven molt bons, però a destacar els rogers en escabetx casolà com a entrant diferent, les múrgoles amb foie en un format que mai havia vist realment espectacular, i la galta dessossada amb una base molt innovadora. Very high talent in the kitchen and with the wine menu. A feeling of genuine local food cooked with the highest care for detail. The morels, the rice and the sorbet are all peak eating experiences.

I only have positive things to say about Vincle. The waiting staff was very welcoming and nice. The place itself is absolutely lovely, with a warm atmosphere. Most important of all, the food was absolutely delicious, from appetizers to desserts it was a 10/10 experience. This is a must stop option if you are visiting Cadaqués !

Nueva referencia gastronómica en Cadaqués. El local es muy acogedor con paredes de piedra de la antigua muralla. Servicio excelente desde la acogida hasta como te aconseja platos y con que vino meridarlos. La carta concreta pero cocinada con mucho cariño, y es difícil escoger que plato estará más bueno !! Los postres, ni cuento (buenisimos) !! Defino El Vincle como un restaurante novedoso y con experiencia extraordinaria. NUEVA REFERENCIA EN CADAQUÉS !! Además es Pet friendly!!

What a find! Opened recently and the experience was superb. The service, like you’d expect in a fine French restaurant, and the food was divine served in many small courses, which is what we loved because each morsel was a work of art.

The place is built in a 1400 years old ruin, adjusted with modern and simple design solutions; it’s very cozy and service was just impeccable, friendly and professional. Food was delicious, we would have eaten here every day of our journey

Loved everything about our experience here. Food was amazing. Service possibly even more so. Servers speak almost every language in the region. Morels are an absolute must. Love the atmosphere.

New favourite in town. Excellent food and service. Great menu with local options. Really enjoyed the "croquetas de gambas" and the chocolate desert. We will be back.

Vincle in the old town of Cadaqués is set in a charming location. Our host was gracious and helpful in recommending which dishes we would like and a good wine. And the food was delicious. We loved the beans and lberico ham and the rice with sausage and langoustine was heavenly. Highly recommend.

A wonderful culinary experience! Very warm and authentic welcome. A chef who's really passionate about his art of cuisine and honouring the local traditions of Cadaquès.
