I did not want to make a scene earlier but you will remember me as I had a fifty pound note which I gave your server in her hand and even though I put my hand out for my change and kept it their she insisted on not putting my change in my hand but on the counter, yes I am a person of colour which should not make any difference but I wonder, not happy it reminded me of some very sad days. Food was good especially vegan option.

Great place for lunch! I am here at least once a week and I must say that all the staff here is amazing. Always friendly , smiling and in good moods, even during busiest times (Especially Ewelina, who made my day today.) They work hard making sure that the place is always clean, tables are cleared and shelves are topped up. Highly recommend!

I find this a great venue to meet clients that I help as a McKenzie Friend at nearby Bristol family court for child custody and divorce financial settlements cases.It's big enough to have private conversations that others can't overhear and the food and coffee is of the usual high standard.The staff and very welcoming and friendly as well.car parking nearby mean it is a great place to meet people for a coffee

Checkout is always super quick and friendly. They never have a shortage of staff behind the counter. I’m a big fan of their salad with the beat hummus. I also love the granola and yogurt with blueberries and pomegranate.

All right never gona order from this place again. Got half of my order the manager lady on phone was rude and didint want iven to talk, I asked to send the missing part so got refused straight away. What kinda of a service it is, makes mistakes do not want to fix it. Worst delivery experience. Plus they didint vien say sorry.

Always good fresh sarnies and salads for lunch and the freshly baked pastries in the morning are delicious - pain au raisin is my weakness. Less seating here now as it is popular at peak times so has been more geared up for takeaway service (which saves a few pennies). Discount for using a reusable cup too. Staff always good, especially dealing with busy times. Never too much of a wait for service.

Environmentally unfriendly. They serve in disposable cups even for customers sitting in.
