Horrible experience! Very rude person (Don Privado) I’ve asked for his name and he said it was private, he was also very rude to my son, and to the whole family, it was shocking really for no reason. My parents were having an ice cream from his business on the tables outside, my son and I arrived with a different ice cream from another shop later on. I was standing up talking to them because I was going somewhere else but my son sat next to his grandparents in the same table, the waiter started to shouting at us, telling us to leave because we didn’t order from him place (but my parents did) I tried to calm him down saying that I wasn’t staying I was just talking for less than a minute… he kept telling my son to move out of his place and out of the table, it was very bad to speak like that to anyone, specially to a 10 years old who couldn’t understand why he couldn’t seat with his grandparents, it was ridiculous, very embarrassing and disgusting! Nunca en mi vida he visto nada así, con lo fácil que hubiera sido acercarse a nosotros y explicarnos de buena manera, pobre hombre mal educado, pena me da!

I have order coca cola and wanted for 40mins and all I got was glass full of ice without any coca cola… AVOID THIS PLACE

Food not great, charged for food we didn’t even order. Added 10% gratuity on at end of bill although this was already included. Waiter didn’t care just slapped bill on table insisting we paid full price. No negotiation. Avoid

Avoid. Scam - they add extra dishes to bill not ordered i.e. I ordered chicken strips, they provide it on a salad but then charge for 2 meals - the crispy chicken Caesar salad and the chicken strips (i.e. charge 2 meals when only 1 provided). Then they 'upgrade' bill to jarra de cerveza when only a caña was ordered and actually provided, i.e. was a small not large beer! Then after all that, they have the audacity to give LESS (wrong) bill change (change of a couple euros from a different table ordering a few coffees). Unbelievable, horrendous service and completely untrustworthy.

Not a good place to eat. I would avoid the restaurants outside the cathedral. Just down one of the narrow roads onto Cadiz a Moret monument are much better cafes and restaurants . Only 1 to 2 mins walk from the Cathedral

Excellent location to have a beer and refresh just in front of the cathedral.

NEEDS FOOD INSPECTION FOOD W/ BUGS This restaurant is very awful. The tables are very dirty, the waiter wasn’t alert enough and the toilet was discusting. After receiving our first course, immediately we’ve noticed two insects lying in the oil and food. Just like others comments said, we can relate our experience. They have to do an food inspection!! Never come here !!

Avoid. A good location cannot reduce the unpleasant feeling of extremely bad service. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the rating before I sat down, but even 1.7 is too high

We took only a beer and a wine. In front of the cathedral, they don’t serve a wine from the area!! They served wine from Catalonia and north of Spain!! We didn’t ask for food but it looked disgusting

Very very bad service, they charged you different prices then what’s written on the menu. Scam

Worst Tapas bar we had the misfortune to stop at. The waiter had no people skills whatsoever! Food was an insult to Spanish cuisine. We were charged for the stale bread we didn't ask for. There was rubbish lying around the ground. Such a shame as there is no excuse for shoddy food and service. DO NOT visit this establishment.
