A solemn place to attend mass, or just light a candle and just pray. For parking the place was adequate and guarded, expect full parking during Sundays, but is quite pricey amount to 30 pesos. Overall one of the most beautiful Churches in the country.

Beautiful church, weddings mostly held here. I always witness randomly. Hope and pray mine will be held here too. But before that I must look for a man first. In God's will 🙏❤️

Food is good unlike the one in Carcar City. Crew is very helpful and knows how to provide good customer service. This is opposite Addies Grill House and adjacent to RAM Coffee House, all in one compound. 👍

The place is solemn and not crowded. The staffs or servers of the church always make sure that the seats are with social distance marks.

Less crowded compared to the Basilica. Nice architecture. A must visit place when you're in Cebu City.

We had a holy and pure mass in a beautiful Sunday morning. I was really touched and even cried spontaneously. Oh, God! May God bless you.

When I was studying in Cebu City and later on during my seafaring journey, this place of worship was always on my list of must-visit destinations. The atmosphere inside is incredibly calming, and attending mass here can make you feel as though you're in heaven. In 2016, I took some photos of the church for a photo blog. However, the guard seemed unhappy about it, so I decided to take photos only outside the church.

The cathedral's architectural style is a mix of neoclassical and Romanesque revival, with its façade adorned with intricate carvings and reliefs depicting various religious scenes. The interior of the cathedral is equally impressive, with a high ceiling, beautiful stained glass windows, and ornate altars.

The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in history and culture. The architecture is impressive and the artwork inside is truly stunning. It's a great spot for photography too, with many unique angles and lighting opportunities.

The architectural design is explicit. I love the look of the balcony inside the church. And the golden Altar is also stylish. Highly recommended for tourists or people who are coming from other places, this one is a must visit. As a Cebuano myself and as far as I know, The Cathedral is older than the Sto. Niño Church, so much of a history.

Fabolous cathedral, with a very nice ambience. Recommended to go for mass if you can, the mass is available in English as well! Toilet is less than desirable , but also not the main attraction. Very helpful guard and people all around

Visisted CMC today since my errand is mostly in this area. Attended the mass too. Few people joined the mass since it was noon time. I do recommend as one of the best ⛪️ to have your wedding here. Parking is also available inside the church and some is located at the right of the church(if you are facing the church). Picture and video is upload for you to check it out or better to visit the place.

This church is one of the oldest churchest in Cebu City (Founded 1595). Even up to now, the place is still so beautiful. My friend had a wedding here and because the ambiance is so beautiful already, it didn't need much decorations. I love that masses here always start on time. It's definitely a must visit if you want to know a bit of history of the Christianity here in Cebu.

Accessible, even when commuting by public transportation. Clean and area has spaces you can rest. Mass schedules are also on time.

One of the imposing remnants of the Spanish heritage in the City of Cebu. A good place for a solemn devotion to the almighty. The whole place is clean and not so crowded on regular days. This historical religious marker is worthy of a visit.

Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral is one of the best Catholic churches in the Archdiocese of Cebu. It is one of the jubilee churches for the 500 years celebration of Christianity in the Philippines. The plenary indulgence that can be obtained thru the visit of this church is extended until December 2022. It is a very serene place within the city. Every person who visits this place can have a special experience of the presence of God since I believe that holy Christians of olden Cebu used to stay or celebrate mass in this Cathedral. I am very much convinced that Saintly people used to gather in this Cathedral and activities like Ordination to the priesthood and other Sacraments are solemnly celebrated in this Cathedral. If you want to experience the immensity of God's love for the Church, try to visit this place and you can witness yourself. Please try to be in the state of grace and with holy intention and pray for the intentions of the Holy Father to avail of the plenary indulgence.

Another heritage to be proud of... this is very close to the famous Sto. Nino Church... I wonder cathedrals are close to each other here... perhaps depends upon the diocese that ran them before.

Lovely place to pray and just escape from the busy city. Parking area is huge compared to most city churches. Maintainance is ongoing in some areas as well. It looks like this structure wasn't hit so bad with typhoon Odette as with the other Churches. When we visited here, there was also a wedding ceremony going on. Congrats to the couples and best life ahead.
