Met owners Aida and Jill, very friendly. Jill speaks fluent English. They bake everything daily starting at 5am. Most of their ingredients are organic. Their Tortas are listed as vegan, made with olive oil. Tried the regular flavor and the cacao and ginger. Both were moist, sweet and light. They have several types of round bread made with various grains. Also have naan and several delicious looking cookies. Wish they were open all day, everyday.
